Dual path kiln and method of operating a dual path kiln to continuously dry lumber
A dual path kiln is provided that includes a kiln having at least three chambers including first and second end chambers separated by a central heating chamber. At least two lumber conveyors convey lumber through the kiln in opposite directions. External unidirectional fans are utilized to provide circular directional flows through the lumber. Also provided is a method utilizing the kiln to continuously dry green lumber.
BAKING DEVICE
A baking device including a body having an access port, through which a baked object is allowed to be placed into or taken out of the body. The access door is mounted at the body and is configured to open and close the access port. An inner side surface of the access door defines therein grooves configured to receive condensate.

HIGH CAPACITY, SILENT, SPACE SAVING DEHYDRATOR
A food dehydration device which can dry comestibles as well as other items utilizing electric and/or solar power. Drying trays may be disposed vertically or horizontally. Units may be stacked vertically to expand capacity. For food storage, drying trays may fit into standard zip plastic bags, without need of unloading. Drying trays may be sized similar to standard dinner plates to fit more easily into dishwashers, over countertop cabinets. Variable venting resists rain and other liquids from the drying cavity. A hand-operated pusher device may be used to impale foods onto posts to load the drying trays. Trays may include orthogonal posts to impale and/or open-air suspend on the tips of posts, articles being dried, such as fruit rollup trays, yogurt cups, herbs, seeds, or nuts. Embodiments may be stored on their side to reduce storage shelf height requirements suitably including nonstick coating.
Method and a plate module for manufacturing a thermal modification kiln
A method for manufacturing a thermal modification kiln for timber includes making plate modules from steel plates (200) by forming edges (210, 220, 230, 240) of the plates with flaps (211, 213, 215, 221, 223, 225, 231, 233, 235, 241, 243, 245), which enable adjacent modules to be interconnected for constructing a kiln frame.
CELL FREEZE-DRYING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A cell freeze-drying system, comprising: a temperature-elevated nitrogen supplier, a freeze-drying operation box, and a gas discharger, which are connected in that order using a first connection pipe. The temperature-elevated nitrogen supplier supplies warmed nitrogen to the freeze-drying operation box. A cell sample frozen by liquid nitrogen is placed in the freeze-drying operation box, and then the freeze-drying operation box, which is preset to a temperature suitable for placing the cell sample frozen by liquid nitrogen, is warmed up in a preset mode while continuously being supplied with the warmed nitrogen to sublimate solid state water in the cell sample into gaseous water. The gas discharger is used to discharge the gaseous nitrogen and the gaseous water. Further disclosed is a cell freeze-drying method. The invention can effectively address an issue of cell damage and contamination during freeze-drying, and realizes safety, efficiency, and low costs for cell freeze-drying.
INTERACTIVE AUGMENTED REALITY
An electronic device having a display on one side of the device and one or more image sensors on the opposite side of the device captures image data using the one or more image sensors. The display displays a portion of the captured image data on the display and a first graphical object overlaid on the displayed portion of the captured image data. A user gesture is detected using the one or more image sensors. In accordance with a determination that the detected user gesture meets a set of criteria, a position of the graphical object is updated based on the user gesture or is the first graphical object is replaced with a second graphical object. In accordance with a determination that the detected user gesture does not meet a set of criteria, the display of the first graphical object is maintained.
TREATMENT PLANT AND METHOD FOR TREATING WORKPIECES
A treatment plant and method for treating workpieces, in particular for coating and/or drying vehicle bodies, having a treatment device with a housing in which a treatment space is accommodated. A conveyor system having a multitude of transport trolleys for conveying workpieces through the treatment space, wherein each transport trolley has a chassis and a fastening device for at least one workpiece, which are coupled together by means of a connecting device. Outside the treatment space, there is a guiding area with a travel space for the chassis. The travel space is connected to the treatment space via a connecting passage such that the chassis of a transport trolley can move in the travel space and at the same time the fastening device is entrained in the treatment space and the connecting device extends through the connecting passage. The travel space is defined by a travel space housing and a gas device is present to feed a throughflow gas, in particular air, to the travel space. At least a major part of the throughflow gas can again be discharged from the travel space as exhaust gas, without this throughflow gas reaching the treatment space through the connecting passage.
