The box body is provided with a second opening on one side in a third direction. A first assembly in which the first heat transfer tube portion and the first closing member are assembled integrally is mounted to the box body so that a plurality of first heat transfer tubes are is inserted into the box body from the second opening and so that the second opening is closed by the first closing member.
Fuel cell system with a multi-stream heat exchanger and its method of operation
In a fuel cell system, for example HTPEM fuel cells, especially for automobiles, a multi-stream heat exchange unit is employed in order to save space.
REFRIGERATION DEVICE AND SYSTEM
Disclosed is a low-temperature refrigeration device comprising a working circuit that forms a loop and contains a working fluid the working circuit forming a cycle which includes, connected in series: a compression mechanism, a cooling mechanism, an expansion mechanism and a heating mechanism, the device further comprising a refrigeration heat exchanger for extracting heat from at least one member by exchanging heat with the working fluid flowing in the working circuit, the compression mechanism comprising two separate compressors, the mechanism for cooling the working fluid comprising two cooling heat exchangers which are arranged respectively at the outlet of the two compressors and ensure heat exchange between the working fluid and a cooling fluid, each cooling heat exchanger comprising a cooling fluid inlet and a cooling fluid outlet, characterized in that the cooling fluid outlet of one of the two cooling heat exchangers is connected to the cooling fluid inlet of the other cooling heat exchanger.
Prime surface heat exchanger with contoured separator members
A heat exchanger includes a plurality of interconnected separator members that respectively include a first surface and an opposite second surface. The separator members respectively include an array of wave features. Also, the separator members are stacked and disposed in an alternating arrangement with the first surfaces of adjacent separator members facing each other and attached at the respective wave features, and with the second surfaces of adjacent separator members facing each other and attached at the respective wave features. The heat exchanger also includes a plurality of first flow passages for first fluid flow and second flow passages for second fluid flow. The second fluid and the first fluid are configured to exchange heat through the separator members.
Vertical tube heat exchanger and method for exchanging heat
A tube heat exchanger extending in a vertical direction, comprising: a first chamber including a lower portion provided with at least one intake inlet for a diphasic fluid including a liquid and a first vapor containing a mist; an upper portion; and a first recovery member passed through by the first vapor and recovering the mist in liquid form, the first vapor next arriving in the upper portion, a central chamber forming liquid films running over the tubes and vaporizing at least partially to produce a second vapor, the tubes being traveled inwardly by a fluid hotter than the diphasic fluid, and a second chamber receiving the first vapor and the second vapor to form a third vapor, and including an outlet for the non-vaporized liquid and an outlet for the third vapor, the first chamber and the second chamber together forming a volume surrounding the central chamber around the vertical direction.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND WATER HEATING DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
A heat exchanger includes: a casing into which heating gas is supplied; and a plurality of heat transfer tubes which are arranged in the casing, wherein the plurality of heat transfer tubes are set in a posture in which a plurality of straight tube portions are arranged in a direction intersecting a heating gas flow direction, are stacked a plurality of stages in the heating gas flow direction, and are distinguished into first and second heat transfer tubes respectively located on an upstream side and a downstream side in the heating gas flow direction, and wherein the second heat transfer tube is formed so that an outer diameter of the tube and an arrangement pitch of the plurality of straight tube portions are smaller than those of the first heat transfer tube.
Solid-state heat exchanger module
The invention relates to a novel solid heat exchanger module containing a plurality of heat exchanger tubes having a particular shape and being arranged in a special manner.
SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER
Shell and tube apparatus (1) comprising: an outer shell (2); a first tube bundle (3) and a second tube bundle (4) coaxial with each other; a first inner shell (5) and a second inner shell (6); the first inner shell surrounds the first tube bundle and is arranged between said two tube bundles; the second inner shell surrounds the second tube bundle and is arranged in the space between said second tube bundle and the outer shell (2); the first tube bundle (3) operates as a preheater; the second tube bundle (4) operates as a boiler; the coaxial inner shells (5, 6) define a counterflow path for a hot fluid which passes through the shell side.
Deflector for condensation heat exchanger and exchanger provided with such a deflector
A deflector for a condensation heat exchanger and to an exchanger provided with such a deflector. The deflector includes two front and rear cups with inner surfaces at the bottom designed in relief so as to have at least one circulation groove. The two cups are assembled on either side of a central partition so that each groove forms, with the partition, a channel in which a heat-transfer fluid is intended to circulate. The channels of the front and rear cups are connected via an opening bored into the central partition, so that the heat transfer fluid can circulate from an inlet coupling to an outlet coupling of the deflector, through the channels by flowing on either side of the central partition.
