WATER HEATER

Provided is a water heater including a burner that receives a supply of combustion air from a fan, a heat exchanger having a heat transfer tube, and a combustion chamber case in which a combustion chamber of the burner is formed in the interior thereof and which is to be capable of guiding combustion gas generated by the burner to the heat exchanger. The water heater further includes a unit case that surrounds the combustion chamber case, and a region on the outside of the combustion chamber case within the unit case serves as an air pressure chamber having a higher pressure than the combustion chamber. Thus, combustion gas leakage to the outside can be prevented or suppressed appropriately by means of a simple configuration.

HEAT EXCHANGER

A tube plate of a heat exchanger includes a tube plate base material to which ends of a plurality of heat transfer tubes are fixed, a first backplate that covers a surface of the tube plate base material on a first tube chamber side, and a fastener that includes at least a shaft section and fixes the first backplate to the tube plate base material. The first backplate includes heat transfer tube insertion holes through which a plurality of heat transfer tubes are inserted, and an insertion hole through which the shaft section is loosely inserted. The first backplate is joined to an end section of a second partition wall on a first end side. The second partition wall, the first backplate, and the fastener are formed of a material having higher corrosion resistance than the tube plate base material.

The present application provides an evaporator, comprising: a housing, a first heat exchange tube set, a second heat exchange tube set, a first side heat exchange tube baffle device, a second side heat exchange tube baffle device, and a redistribution device. The first heat exchange tube set is located above the second heat exchange tube set, and the number of columns of the first heat exchange tube set is greater than that of the second heat exchange tube set. The first side heat exchange tube baffle device and the second side heat exchange tube baffle device are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the first heat exchange tube set and the second heat exchange tube set, and are arranged along the outer contours of the first heat exchange tube set and the second heat exchange tube set, so as to guide a refrigerant to flow from the first heat exchange tube set to the second heat exchange tube set. The redistribution device is disposed between the first heat exchange tube set and the second heat exchange tube set to evenly distribute the refrigerant to the second heat exchange tube set. The evaporator in the present application has higher heat exchange efficiency.

MG-AL MAGNESIUM ALLOY, PREPARATION METHOD FOR TUBE MADE OF MG-AL MAGNESIUM ALLOY, APPLICATION OF MG-AL MAGNESIUM ALLOY

The present disclosure discloses a MgAl based magnesium alloy, and a preparation method of a tube and an application of the same, and belongs to the technical field of alloy materials. The magnesium alloy includes, by weight percentage, 7.0-8.6% Al, 0.8-2.0% RE, 0.2-0.8% Mn, and a balance of Mg, and the magnesium alloy has an elongation of 15-22%. The preparation method of a tube of the MgAl based magnesium alloy includes: mixing and smelting an Al source, a RE source, a Mn source, and a Mg source to give a liquid mixed metal; casting the liquid mixed metal into a bar through semi-continuous casting; performing homogenization heat treatment on the bar at 360-400 C. for 6-10 h; and performing extrusion-forming on the heat-treated bar to obtain a magnesium alloy tube. The MgAl based magnesium alloy of the present disclosure has high elongation, and the elongation of the tube formed using the same can reach 15-22%, so that it can withstand large plastic deformation. Meanwhile, the MgAl based magnesium alloy has excellent welding performance and a welding loss rate of less than 6%, which greatly reduces the strength loss of magnesium alloy profiles after welding, and ensures the strength of magnesium alloy profiles after welding. The MgAl based magnesium alloy can be used in the fields of vehicle equipment and medical equipment.

Heat exchange device

A heat exchange device of a floating core type, having a special configuration which allows increasing its durability as it increases its thermal fatigue resistance. The device is characterized by a configuration having high thermal fatigue resistance due to the special configuration of the end where the floating side of the core is located since stagnation regions that are usually produced in the baffle of the floating end are eliminated by the combination of the shape of the shell and of a deflector. This configuration furthermore results in a low-cost exchanger.

Evaporator

The present invention is a cross-flow evaporator adapted to generate vapor from the heat of the exhaust gases from an internal combustion engine. The evaporator is constituted, among other elements, by two plates spaced from one another which contain chambers. The heat exchange tubes alternately communicate the chambers of both plates, establishing a specific path for the fluid intended to change phase. The tubes extending between the chambers of the two plates are arranged transverse to the flow of the hot gas. This evaporator is suitable for heat recovery systems using a Rankine cycle, making use of the heat from the exhaust gases. The invention is characterized by a special configuration of the chambers by means of caps that allow the evacuation-of the gases generated during a brazing welding in the manufacturing process.
