HEAT EXCHANGER, OUTDOOR UNIT INCLUDING HEAT EXCHANGER, AND AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS INCLUDING OUTDOOR UNIT
A heat exchanger includes: a heat exchange body having a plurality of flat tubes arranged and spaced from each other in a horizontal direction; an upper header provided at an upper end of the heat exchange body; a lower header provided at a lower end of the heat exchange body; and a partition plate provided in at least one of the upper and lower headers to partition the heat exchange body into a plurality of regions in a horizontal direction. The partition plate is provided such that in each of the regions, refrigerant flows in the opposite direction to the flow direction of the refrigerant in an adjacent one of the regions, and is provided such that regarding the regions, the more downward the region in the flow of the refrigerant when the heat exchanger operates as a condenser, the smaller a flow passage cross-sectional area of the region.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME
The present disclosure discloses a heat exchanger and an air conditioning system having the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a first heat exchanger core, a second heat exchanger core and a connection part. Heat exchange tubes of the first heat exchanger core and the second heat exchanger core include first circuit heat exchange tubes. A length of the heat exchange tube of the first heat exchanger core is greater than a length of the heat exchange tube of the second heat exchanger core. The connection part includes a first connection part through which the first circuit heat exchange tubes of the first heat exchanger core are connected with the first circuit heat exchange tubes of the second heat exchanger core. The heat exchange tubes of at least one of the first heat exchanger core and the second heat exchanger core further include second circuit heat exchange tubes. First circuit heat exchange tube groups each constituted by at least one of the first circuit heat exchange tubes and second circuit heat exchange tube groups each constituted by at least one of the second circuit heat exchange tubes are arranged alternately. Thereby, the heat exchange performance can be improved at both partial load and full load.
Condenser, method for condensing, and heat pump
A condenser includes a condensation zone for condensing vapor to be condensed in an operating liquid, the condensation zone being formed as a volume zone including a top end, a bottom end and a lateral boundary between the top end and the bottom end, and a vapor introduction zone extending along the lateral end of the condensation zone and being configured to feed vapor to be condensed into the condensation zone laterally via the lateral boundary.
Heat exchanger and refrigeration cycle apparatus
A heat exchanger is configured such that flat tubes in at least two levels bent or connected to each other at one end in an axial direction of the flat tubes and the flat tubes in at least two columns connected to each other are included in refrigerant passages through which refrigerant flows, and a flow direction of gas is counter to flow of refrigerant through the refrigerant passages in a column direction while the heat exchanger serves as a condenser.
Apparatus and Associated Methods for Cleaning HVAC Systems
An apparatus is disclosed that is designed to be able to clean HVAC condensers. The apparatus comprises a plurality of pipes that facilitates the passage of water through them allowing water and/or a cleaning solution to clean the condenser by spraying the condenser with sprayers without having to move the apparatus. The apparatus is designed so as to be able to spray every part of the condenser without having to move the apparatus. The apparatus may also have a timer associated with it that allows the condenser to be cleaned at periodic intervals.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator includes a cabinet configured to define a low-temperature storage space and a machine room, in which a compressor is disposed; and a condenser disposed in the machine room. The condenser includes a header comprising a first header and a second header, which are spaced apart from each other, a plurality of tubes configured to connect the first header to the second header, and a heat exchange fin disposed between the tubes spaced apart from each other. The header includes a baffle configured to partition an inner space of the header so as to guide a flow direction of a refrigerant, each of the tubes includes a passage in which a hollow is defined so that the refrigerant flows, and the passage has a volume that gradually decreases along a flow path of the refrigerant.
HEAT EXCHANGER COIL WITH OFFSET FINS
Apparatuses, systems and methods are directed to heat exchangers that are made of microchannel tubes and that have offset fins of various geometries and density. The heat exchanger coils can be implemented in various refrigeration and/or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units or systems thereof.
COMBINED PLATE-AND-TUBE HEAT EXCHANGE EVAPORATIVE CONDENSER
The present invention discloses a combined plate-and-tube heat exchange evaporative condenser, which comprises a fan, a water pump, a water sprayer, a reservoir and a combined plate-and-tube heat exchanger; the combined plate-and-tube heat exchanger is composed of a plurality of combined plate-and-tube heat exchange pieces connected by inlet headers and outlet headers; the combined plate-and-tube heat exchange piece comprises a heat transfer plate and a serpentine tube machined by the heat exchange tube; the heat transfer plate is provided with a groove, and the shape of the groove is matched with that of the serpentine tube; the serpentine tube is disposed in the groove, and a gap between the serpentine tube and the groove is filled with a thermally conductive adhesive layer.
Cleaning Device for Condensers
There is described a novel cleaning device for a condenser of a chiller system comprising: a condenser provided with a cooling grid, said cooling grid comprising one or more fins; a dust extraction system configured to remove dust from the surface of the one or more fins of the grid and/or the condenser.
Condenser
A condenser includes a gaseous refrigerant section, a liquid refrigerant section, a heat exchange channel, a refrigerant inlet port, and a refrigerant outlet port. The heat exchange channel allows flowing of a cooling fluid. An overheat gaseous refrigerant having high pressure and high temperature is introduced from a compressor into the refrigerant inlet port. A liquid refrigerant is introduced through the refrigerant outlet port into an expansion valve. The refrigerant inlet port is located at the liquid refrigerant section to enhance a working efficiency of the condenser.
