Liquid cooling radiator with impurities filtering
A liquid cooling radiator with impurities filtering includes a radiation fin module, a top cover and a bottom cover respectively enclosed at two opposite ends of the radiation fin module, liquid cooling heat dissipation pipes tightly inserted through the radiation fin module in communication between an enclosed top chamber in the top cover and an enclosed bottom chamber in the bottom cover for coolant circulation, and wire gauge filters individually mounted in the liquid cooling heat dissipation pipes for removing impurities from the circulating coolant and slowing down the flowing speed of the circulating coolant.
THERMAL MANAGEMENT, HEAT TRANSFER IMPROVEMENT OF RADIATOR AND CONDENSER USING AC SYSTEM EVAPORATOR'S CONDENSATION
Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to using condensation from an evaporator of a cooling system of the vehicle to facilitate thermal management of systems or components of the vehicle. According to one embodiment, a vehicle can comprise a cooling system evaporator and a condensation water collection system disposed in proximity to the cooling system evaporator. The condensation water collection system can be adapted to collect and accumulate condensed water from the cooling system evaporator. The vehicle can further comprise a heat exchange and one or more spray nozzles disposed proximate to the heat exchanger. The spray nozzles can be adapted to dispense a mist of water obtained from the water accumulated by the condensation water collection system onto the heat exchanger.
COLLECTOR PLATE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE HEAT EXCHANGER
The invention relates to a collector plate (14) for a motor vehicle heat exchanger (10), comprising a first receiving zone (30) for tubes of a first tube bundle of a heat exchanger (10), and a second receiving zone (32) for tubes of a second tube bundle of a heat exchanger, the collector plate (14) having a groove (38), the groove (38) extending between the first and second receiving zones (30; 32), the collector plate (14) being thinner at the groove (38). The invention also relates to a heat exchange device for a motor vehicle (10), in particular a radiator for cooling the engine of a motor vehicle, with two methodical passes, comprising such a collector plate.
Header plate for a heat exchanger
A header plate includes slots to receive heat exchange tubes of a heat exchanger. Each slot includes a lip extending in a direction of the tubes. Each slot has straight sides and corners. At least two tabs extend from each lip. One tab is on one side of each lip, and another tab is on an opposite side of each lip. Tabs are absent from the corners of the lip. Each tab is turned out from the lip so that the tabs on the lip act as a lead in for a tube entering the slot. Each slot has two long sides opposite one another. At least one tab is on each long side of the lip.
COMPLEX HEAT EXCHANGER
A complex heat exchanger capable of working in different air conditioning modes by controlling flow of coolant in a refrigerant-coolant secondary loop system linked with a primary loop of refrigerant circulation. The heat exchanger is capable to perform heating or cooling operation with the flowing coolant being heated or cooled by the refrigerant, while two heat exchanger cores are disposed in parallel, and a path regulating manifold is provided to connect inlet and discharge ports to allow the coolant to flow sequentially or independently through two heat exchangers. In cooling or heating mode, coolant flows sequentially through two heat exchangers to maximize the heat exchange efficiency. In a dehumidifying mode, the low-temperature coolant and the high-temperature coolant respectively flow through the two heat exchangers independently to smoothly implement the dehumidification. Therefore, the single complex heat exchanger can perform the heating, cooling, and dehumidifying operations with maximum efficiency.
Vehicle heat exchanger
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for a motor vehicle provided on the front surface of an engine room of the vehicle, and, more particularly, to a heat exchanger for a motor vehicle including a sealing member provided on the circumference of the heat exchanger in order to prevent driving-induced wind from leaking to the outside of the heat exchanger without passing through the heat exchanger.
LIQUID COOLING RADIATOR WITH IMPURITIES FILTERING
A liquid cooling radiator with impurities filtering includes a radiation fin module, a top cover and a bottom cover respectively enclosed at two opposite ends of the radiation fin module, liquid cooling heat pipes tightly inserted through the radiation fin module in communication between an enclosed top chamber in the top cover and an enclosed bottom chamber in the bottom cover for coolant circulation, and wire gauge filters individually mounted in the liquid cooling heat pipes for removing impurities from the circulating coolant and slowing down the flowing speed of the circulating coolant.
MOTOR VEHICLE WITH RADIATOR COVER
A motor vehicle includes a radiator. A cover is arranged on the radiator and covers the radiator at a specific place to prevent damage to the radiator in the event of an impact or crash.
EXCHANGER FRAME AND CORE ASSEMBLY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
An exchanger assembly with a heat exchanger that includes a core and at least one tank assembled to the core. Additionally, exchanger assembly includes a structural frame to allow the heat exchanger to be removably encapsulated within the structural frame and a plurality of dampers and/or isolators affixed to the structural frame. Furthermore, the plurality of dampers and/or isolators facilitate mounting of the structural frame to a motor vehicle front end assembly.
HEAT EXCHANGE SYSTEM
The present invention concerns a heat exchange system including at least one support, a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, each of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger being fixed to the support via a fixing element including at least one tongue. The first heat exchanger includes a first tongue and the second heat exchanger includes a second tongue, the first tongue and the second tongue extending facing one another, each of the first tongue and the second tongue engaging with a common fixing tab of the support.
