Main header for internal combustion engine radiator
11193723 · 2021-12-07 · ·

A main header for an internal combustion engine radiator has cut-outs and V-shaped notches provided at the four corners of the main header. The cut-outs and V-shaped notches release the stresses after the main header is flanged, thereby ensuring the flatness or straightness of the main header. The main header further includes one or more strengthening strips disposed along the length sides and the width sides of the main header, and optionally at the region adjacent to the cut-outs, to further enhance the flatness of the main header.

LAMINATED FLUID WARMER

A laminated fluid warmer includes: a laminate including a target fluid layer having a plurality of target fluid channels through which a warming target fluid flows, and a warming fluid layer that is laminated on the target fluid layer and has a plurality of warming fluid channels through which a warming fluid for warming the target fluid layer flows; and a collection device that collects at least a part of the warming fluid accumulated in the plurality of warming fluid channels. The collection device includes a storage portion that receives the warming fluid flowing out from the warming fluid channel when collecting the warming fluid.

SUPPORT AND CONNECTION DEVICE

A support and connection device is for an operating group of a vehicle. The support and connection device is configured for supporting and for fluidic connection with an operating device in turn included in the operating group. The support and connection device identifies a vertical axis and two longitudinal axes and includes at least one plate-shaped unit in which, in the vertical direction, there is at least one mouth for the passage of a working fluid. The plate-shaped unit includes an upper laminar element, a lower laminar element reciprocally stacked along the vertical axis and a hollow space between them. The at least one mouth for fluid passage is defined laterally by a fluid mouth wall constituted by the reciprocal engagement of an upper mouth rim included in the upper laminar element and by a lower mouth rim included in the lower laminar element.

TUBULAR HEAT EXCHANGER AND PACKAGING METHOD OF TUBULAR HEAT EXCHANGER

A tubular heat exchanger includes an upper tube plate box, a lower tube plate box, a plurality of heat exchange tubes, and a pressure bolt. Each heat exchange tube includes an inlet end and an outlet end opposite to the inlet end, the inlet end passes through the upper tube plate box, the outlet end passes through the lower tube plate box, the first sealing rubber is filled in a gap between the plurality of heat exchange tubes and the upper tube plate box, and the second sealing rubber is filled in a gap between the plurality of the heat exchange tubes and lower tube plate box. The pressure bolt is located between the upper tube plate box and the lower tube plate box. The present application also relates to a packaging method of the tubular heat exchanger.

Ultra-compact thin foil heat-exchanger

Various embodiments include heat exchangers and methods of making heat exchangers from a series of stacked plates each made of two foil sheets bonded together in bonding locations forming fluid flow passages between the foil sheets in regions where the foil sheets are not bonded. An inlet port and an outlet port located at opposite ends of the planar extent of the two foil sheets extend through the foil sheets perpendicular to the planar extent of the foil sheets. The inlet and outlet ports provide access for a first fluid to flow into or out of the internal plate passages formed between the two foil sheets. Interstitial channels are formed between the series of plates and configured to allow the flow of a second fluid between the series of plates, allowing heat to be transferred between the two fluids while isolating the two fluids from one another.

MULTI-CHANNEL HIGH-EFFICIENCY HEAT DISSIPATION WATER-COOLING RADIATOR

A multi-channel high-efficiency heat dissipation water-cooling radiator includes a water distribution box, a water collection box, a first radiating pipe, a second radiating pipe, a third radiating pipe, and a fourth radiating pipe. Multiple chambers are formed by arranging partitions in both the water distribution box and the water collection box, and each radiating pipe is in communication with the corresponding chambers, so that the channels in the water-cooling radiator are connected in sequence to form a circuitous configuration. This allows the water to travel a longer distance in the water-cooling radiator, so that the water-cooling radiator can effectively cool the water and dissipate heat.

HEAT EXCHANGER

A heat exchanger includes a pair of headers, and a plurality of heat exchanger tubes stacked between the pair of headers. Each of the headers includes header members each having a gutter-shaped cross section and including an open part and a bottom part. The header members are stacked in a staking direction of the heat exchanger tubes in such a way that the bottom part of one header member closes the open part of another header member. A fitted hole into which an end of a heat exchanger tube is fitted is provided in a side part of the header member.
