METHOD OF FORMING ASSEMBLY BETWEEN PANEL AND TUBE
A method of forming an assembly between a panel and a tube includes forming a hole in the panel, where a diameter of the hole is smaller than an outer diameter of the tube, and preforming a first end of the tube to conceal the hole of the panel. A diameter of the preformed portion is greater than the diameter of the hole and the outer diameter of the tube. The method further includes aligning a second end of the tube with the hole of the panel, followed by inserting the tube into the hole by application of axial force on the tube until the preformed first end of the tube abuts a periphery of the hole of the panel. The method also includes achieving an interference fit between the hole of the panel and the tube.
Flat extruded aluminum multi-port tube whose inner surface is highly corrosion-resistant and an aluminum heat exchanger using the tube
In this flat extruded aluminum multi-port tube, the corrosion-resistance, at inner surfaces of a plurality of flow passages independently and parallelly extending in the tube axial direction, is effectively enhanced. In a flat extruded aluminum multi-port tube 10 formed by an extrusion by employing an aluminum tube material and an aluminum sacrificial anode material having an electrochemically lower potential than the aluminum tube material, the aluminum sacrificial anode material is exposed to form a sacrificial anode portion 18 at least in a part of an inner circumferential portion in each of the plurality of flow passages 12.
Manufacturing method of heat exchanger, and heat exchanger manufactured by such manufacturing method
The disclosed method relates to manufacturing a heat exchanger which causes no brazing defects, and a heat exchanger manufactured by the method. The method relates to manufacturing a heat exchanger having an aluminum alloy tube defining a cooling-medium flowing passage and a copper alloy tube defining a water flowing passage, wherein a heat exchange is carried out between a cooling medium flowing through the cooling-medium flowing passage and water flowing through the water flowing passage. The aluminum alloy tube and the copper alloy tube are brazed to each other at a temperature of less than 548° C.

CONDENSER WITH INTEGRATED RECEIVER
A receiver includes a large diameter main body portion, and an intermediate member side small diameter portion. A wall thickness of the intermediate member side small diameter portion is smaller than a wall thickness of the main body portion. As a result, heat capacity of the intermediate member side small diameter portion is reduced. As a result, it is possible to complete brazing between the intermediate member side small diameter portion and the intermediate member, at the same time as brazing among tanks, tubes, and fins. A desiccant enclosed in a flexible bag can be taken in and out through the intermediate member side small diameter portion.
