Dual way magazine loader
A magazine loader comprises a body for receiving an upper portion of the magazine and a cap slidingly engaged with the body for loading cartridges in to the magazine received by the body. The body comprises a plurality of wall portions defining a body cavity configured to receive an upper portion of a magazine. The plurality of cap wall portions may comprise a starboard cap wall portion and an opposing port cap wall portion. An upper portion of the body is slidingly received in the interior volume defined by the cap so that the body and the cap slide relative to one another along a sliding axis. The sliding axis may extend in the upward and downward directions and the cap may translate between an upper position and a lower position along the sliding axis.

Cartridge loader
A cartridge loader receives a magazine. The loader directs a cartridge into the top of the magazine. A lever in the loader is pivoted to insert the cartridge while the lever simultaneously downwardly depresses existing cartridges in the magazine to make space for the cartridge being inserted in the top of the magazine.
Magazine loader with coupled top and front round pushers
A device for assisting loading rounds into a firearm magazine (70) includes a body (12) that locks to the magazine using a catch pin 16. The body has a top opening (32) for a round (74). A press (40) hinged to the body top includes two plungers (44, 46) projecting down and aligned to enter the opening. A bullet pusher (60) is hinged to the body front and has a tongue (68) with a pushing surface (64). A wire (54) couples the press and pusher so that when the press is moved down, the pusher is moved out, and vice versa. A round is placed in the opening and on the tongue and the press is moved down to withdraw the tongue and push the round partly into the magazine. The pusher is then moved to the body to raise the press and push the round fully into the magazine.
Universal multiple caliber firearm magazine loader
A multiple caliber firearm magazine loader. The loader provides two main features. First, the loader provides the capability to pick up rounds of ammunition in a wide variety of calibers. Second, the loader has a body that accommodates a large number of magazines with a variety of form factors and dimensions designed to work with a diverse collection of firearms. The body has multiple alignment features that align the feed opening of magazines with the rail of the loader in order to receive rounds of ammunition as they are pushed downward along the rail.

Apparatus and method for loading pistol magazines
An apparatus for loading cartridges into a pistol magazine comprises a main unit with a magazine holder having an opening configured to receive a pistol magazine with a first long axis and a tray having an elongate channel configured to arrange a stack of cartridges along a second long axis laterally offset from the first long axis. An angled wall extends across the elongate channel toward the opening at a non-zero angle relative to the second long axis. A sleeve covers the cartridges in the main unit, and a handle is movable relative to the main unit to cause the cartridges to be pushed into the magazine. Moving the handle is continued to cause each of the cartridges in succession to be tilted by the angled wall and loaded via the opening into the pistol magazine along the first long axis.
Apparatus and method for loading pistol magazines
A pistol magazine loader includes a main unit comprising a magazine holder and a cartridge holder coupled with the magazine holder, the magazine holder defining an opening configured to receive a pistol magazine, and the cartridge holder defining a channel configured to hold a plurality of cartridges in a column, the cartridge holder further including an angled wall at an end of the channel proximate the magazine holder, the cartridge holder still further including a recess on a side of the channel opposite the angled wall, wherein, when the plurality of cartridges in a column is forced from the cartridge holder toward the magazine holder, a first cartridge about to exit the cartridge holder is urged against the angled wall and into the recess such that an edge of a shell of a cartridge immediately adjacent/following the first cartridge does not contact a bullet of the first cartridge.
