PROJECTILE GUIDE
A crossbow includes a frame that has a front end and a stock at a rear end. A projectile moves along a projectile axis that extends between the rear end and the front end during firing. The crossbow includes a power source that is configured to fire the projectile. The crossbow includes a latch that is movable between the rear end and the front end of the frame. The latch has a main body that defines a nock aperture aligned with the projectile axis and configured to receive a portion of the projectile therein. The crossbow includes a projectile guide connected to the main body of the latch and positioned adjacent the projectile axis. The projectile guide is configured to interface with the projectile when the projectile is in a misaligned rotational position, and be positioned between portions of the projectile when the projectile is in an aligned rotational position.
Arrow rest mounting system enabling slide-based position adjustment
An arrow rest mounting system is disclosed. The system, in an embodiment, comprises a main body configured to be coupled to an archery bow and an arm extending along an arm axis and configured to be supported by the main body. The arm comprises one or more main body engagement surfaces configured to engage the main body to at least partially surround the arm on the main body. The arm further comprises an arrow rest support configured to support an arrow rest. The arm is configured to be adjustably slid relative to the main body along the arm axis.
Arrow rest adjustment
In some embodiments, an arrow rest comprises a first body portion arranged for attachment to an archery bow and a second body portion attached to the first body portion. The second body portion comprises an arrow support member. The second body portion is moveable with respect to the first body portion along an arcuate path.
CROSSBOW
A crossbow including a center rail including a rail body and a riser, a first flexible limb coupled to the riser, a second flexible limb coupled to the riser, and a first cam mounted to the first flexible limb and rotatable around a first cam axis. The first cam including a first draw string journal defining a first draw string plane of rotation perpendicular to the first cam axis, and a first power cable take-up journal extending in a direction perpendicular to the first draw string plane of rotation. The crossbow further including a second cam mounted to the second flexible limb and rotatable around a second cam axis. The second cam including a second draw string journal defining a second plane of rotation perpendicular to the second cam axis, and a second power cable take-up journal extending in a direction perpendicular to the second draw string plane of rotation.
COMPOUND BOW WITH QUIVER BEHIND RISER
A compound bow includes a riser having a left face, a right face, and a rear face between the left face and the right face. A mounting bore extends through the rear face. The mounting bore is spaced from the left face and the right face. A quiver has a rod that is releasably engaged to the riser in the mounting bore. The quiver has a base and a hood supported by the base. The base is supported on the riser by the rod.
ARCHERY ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
An archery assembly and method are disclosed herein. The archery assembly, in an embodiment, includes an archery riser mount. The archery riser mount has a riser mounting portion that is configured to be secured to a rear surface of a riser of an archery bow. The archery riser mount also has an adjustment assembly supported by the archery riser mount. The adjustment assembly includes first and second portions that are moveably interfaced with each other. The first portion is configured to be moved, relative to the second portion, along an axis that intersects with a vertical plane. The archery assembly has a projectile support device supported by the first portion.
Archery adapter
An archery adapter is disclosed herein. The archery adapter, in an embodiment, includes a first surface and a second surface. The first surface is configured to make contact with a rear section of a weapon. The body defines at least one opening configured to at least partially receive a fastener. The body at least partially has a dovetail shape, and the body is configured to mate with an element of an accessory.
ARCHERY BOW AND RELATED APPARATUSES
An arrow rest for an archery bow can include a housing, a biasing element, and a member or wheel that rotates between states, configurations, or orientations. The member can be rotated from a first orientation to a second orientation when the archery bow is at least partially drawn. While the member is in the second orientation, the biasing element can apply a torque retaining the member in the second orientation. The member can be rotated to a third orientation and released to generate momentum. A relatively large momentum of the member causes the member to rotate from the third orientation, past the second orientation, to the first orientation. A relatively small momentum of the member can cause the member to rotate from the third orientation to the second orientation.
CROSSBOW
A crossbow including a center rail including a rail body and a riser, a first flexible limb coupled to the riser, a second flexible limb coupled to the riser, and a first cam mounted to the first flexible limb and rotatable around a first cam axis, and including a first draw string journal defining a first draw string plane of rotation perpendicular to the first cam axis, and a first power cable take-up journal extending in a direction perpendicular to the first draw string plane of rotation. The crossbow including a second cam mounted to the second flexible limb and rotatable around a second cam axis. The second cam including a second draw string journal defining a second draw string plane of rotation perpendicular to the second cam axis, and a second power cable take-up journal extending in a direction perpendicular to the second draw string plane of rotation.
Archery bow arrow rest and blade holder
An archery bow arrow rest launcher system is disclosed comprising a launcher mount block, a launcher mount, a launcher arm holder wherein the launcher arm holder is adjustable, a launcher arm wherein the launcher arm is configured to extend in a forward position distal from an archer and to extend in a rearward position proximate an archer, a launcher blade holder wherein the launcher blade holder is adjustable when the launcher arm holder and the launcher arm are in a set position, and a launcher blade wherein the launcher blade is configured to integrate with the blade holder, and wherein the launcher blade is positioned at about a 30 to 40 degree angle when the launcher arm and the launcher arm holder are configured in a level position.
