A tension memory system that provides a mechanism allowing a user to set an appropriate amount of tension in wearable equipment on an initial wear cycle and then hold that setting through multiple wear cycles. The tension memory system allows for faster, more repeatable fit to enhance wearer safety and comfort. The tension memory system may also include additional functional features, such as storage or an integrated holster. The system is low-profile and may help to extend the life of wearable equipment such as armor carriers, ballistic vests, and other safety equipment.

A rigid attachment system is provided. The rigid attachment system may be, e.g., an assaulter belt assembly, which includes a first layer having a plurality of windows cut from a thermoplastic composite material, e.g., Tegris® or Curv®, the windows spaced apart along a length of the first layer and separated by a plurality of bridge portions. The assaulter belt assembly further includes a second layer extending along and coupled to a back side of the first layer forming a plurality of openings configured to support one or more accessory holders. A binding may be affixed over the upper and lower edges of the first layer via a horizontal stitching pattern, and the second layer may be affixed to first layer along the plurality of bridge portions via a vertical stitching pattern.

Such a holster includes at least first and second holster subcomponents that have at least first and second partial cavities, respectively. The first and second holster subcomponents are assemblable to align the first and second partial cavities to define a pocket that is configured so that the first and second holster subcomponents are interlocked together to define the holster when an item is placed in the pocket and the first and second holster subcomponents are simultaneously released from each other in response to the item being removed from the pocket.

A garment with a concealed firearm holster is provided. The garment includes a garment body having an upper waist opening and a pair of leg sleeves, wherein each leg sleeve of the pair of leg sleeves includes a lower leg opening. A hip holster pocket is disposed on an interior surface of the garment body adjacent to the upper waist opening. In some embodiments, concealment pocket is affixed to the garment body along at least one leg sleeve of the pair of leg sleeves. The concealment pocket includes a flap removably securable to at least one leg sleeve along an upper edge and opposing lateral edges of the flap defining a closed position. A holster pocket is affixed to the at least one leg sleeve along three edges thereof to define an open upper end. The flap overlies the holster pocket when the flap is in the closed position.

A holster for carrying a concealed weapon in an area of a body between a knee and an ankle. The holster includes a sleeve that has a non-uniform circumference defining a shape contoured to substantially encompass the lower leg of an individual, a closure mechanism that is fixed to the sleeve and configured to allow for expansion and compression of at least part of the sleeve and a pocket that is fixed to the exterior of the sleeve and that is shaped to carry a weapon therein.

A multi-purpose carrier constructed from single continuous sheet of material that is folded along a horizontal axis or a vertical axis in a manner so as to create opposing open top ends and a closed or open bottom end. The opposing left and right sides are folded towards the vertical or horizontal axis in the center of the sheet of material to create opposing left and right channels. The channels have a plurality of apertures located along the outer edge of the channels. A cord or torsion spring is funneled through the channels and apertures to compress the opposing sides of the device together to create a positive compression grip of the contents carried in the carrier.

An outer belt for use with inner-outer belt systems includes a series of multiple belt links pivotally attached with roll pins.
