A binding may be affixed over the upper and lower edges of the first layer via a horizontal stitching pattern, and the second layer may be affixed to first layer along the plurality of bridge portions via a vertical stitching pattern.

A holster pocket is affixed to the at least one leg sleeve along three edges thereof to define an open upper end. The flap overlies the holster pocket when the flap is in the closed position.
