Load bearing harness
Load carriage systems are described including one or more of a first chest panel, a first back panel, and a self-adjusting cummerbund connecting the first chest panel and the first back panel. The self-adjusting cummerbund may include a tensioning mechanism configured to allow the cummerbund to extend and retract, and may be configured to provide varying resistive force. The tensioning mechanism may include one or more of a sliding portion, a continuous patterned length of material that is folded over itself, and an elastic member that is attached to the sliding member and the length of material. Body armor plates may be held between outer and inner chest panels and/or between outer and inner back panels. A strip of webbing may be used to secure the body armor plate between the outer and inner panels.
DEEP CONCEALMENT HOLSTER ASSEMBLY
Example implementations relating to a deep concealment holster assembly are disclosed herein. In one particular implementation, a holster specifically designed and/or structured for a waist belt concealment may be adapted for a deep concealment.
BUCKLE
The present disclosure comprises a buckle for connecting a functional element to a webbing loop, having a base element which comprises a bottom region and two web elements and can be inserted under the webbing loop in such a way that the bottom region is arranged below the webbing loop and the web elements engage around the webbing loop on both sides, and having a connecting element which can be latched to the web elements of the base element arranged on the webbing loop.
Holster and tourniquet device and method of use
A tourniquet assembly is provided comprising an external band and an internal band with a first and second semi-permanent adhesive members. The external band has a first connecting member affixed thereto and a second connecting member removably connected thereto. The internal band is designed to form a loop having a circumference around a limb for constricting blood flow in the limb when the external band forms a loop when the first connecting member is attached to the second connecting member. The tourniquet assembly further comprises a tensioning member connected to the internal band and configured to apply direct tension to the internal band without applying direct tension to the external band. Herein, the circumference formed by the internal band is reduced when the tensioning member is actuated, thereby compressing the limb when the tourniquet assembly is placed around the limb, and thereby reducing blood flow to the limb.
DEEP CONCEALMENT HOLSTER ASSEMBLY
Example implementations relating to a deep concealment holster assembly are disclosed herein. In one particular implementation, a holster specifically designed and/or structured for a waist belt concealment may be adapted for a deep concealment.
Holster mounts
Representative implementations of devices and techniques provide a holster mount assembly, to mount and to support an implement (such as a handgun, for example) or an implement holster (such as a handgun holster or shell, for example), or the like, in a variety of configurations. The holster mount assembly is arranged to be worn on a user's person, clothing, or gear (backpacks, gear packs, accessories, straps, belts, etc.), for example, for temporarily and safely carrying the implement, while making the implement easily accessible to the user. In various embodiments, the holster mount assembly is comprised of two primary components, where one of the two components is coupled to the implement or implement holster.
Barrel held firearm carrier
A firearm carrier that is design and configured to hold a firearm. In one embodiment, the firearm is a pump-action (or slide-action) firearm, such as a scattergun. The firearm can have a rear portion with a pistol grip, and a forward portion with a barrel and a pump-action (or slide-action) receiver. The firearm carrier can be secured to a user's waist and leg, and then the firearm can be removably secured to the firearm carrier. Advantageously, the firearm carrier is configured to receive a portion of the barrel of the firearm and can thus be secured to the firearm carrier. The firearm can also be rapidly removed from the firearm carrier should the user desire to remove the firearm from the firearm carrier.
Holster for assault rifle
A holster is disclosed specially adapted for a long weapon, the long weapon having a pistol grip and a magwell. The holster comprises two separate brackets, an upper bracket and a lower bracket, where both the upper and lower holster brackets are adapted to be supported by a tactical vest with moly webbing. The upper holster bracket is U-shaped and snaps over the pistol grip of the long weapon. A detent is located on the inner surfaces of the U-shaped bracket which engages a channel located on the faces of the pistol grip. In another embodiment a post is attached to the holster that is adapted to engage a corresponding hole through the pistol grip of a weapon. The post has a spherical knob on the end opposite the holster wherein the knob snaps into a corresponding enlarged spherical section of the hole located through the pistol grip. A snap element including a spring biased button is embedded into the pistol grip wherein the snap element releasable engages the hemispherical bulb of the post.
Weapon retention device
Disclosed is a weapon retention device for retaining a weapon on the personal gear of a user. At the core of the weapon retention device is a “U” shaped clamp. The clamp provides a friction force around the frame of the weapon. The weapon retention device may have various secondary and tertiary retention mechanisms. In some embodiments, the weapon retention device may have components which surround the weapon and any sighting optic which may be attached. The components which surround the weapon and optic may provide protection and retention of the weapon.
Handgun holster with trigger guard
Handgun holster devices are provided that allow a user to securely, comfortably and safely carry a handgun on their person. The holster may be integral with a support band configured to be worn on a body part of a user. The holster and support band may each be made from one or more flexible materials such that the device is lightweight, unobtrusive and comfortable to carry in a concealed manner. The holster includes a trigger guard that is sized, shaped and positioned to substantially cover the trigger of a holstered handgun, thereby preventing a user from inadvertently discharging the weapon.
