METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TRANSIENT ELECTRONICS

The present disclosure relates to electronic devices and methods of manufacturing electronic devices. A method of manufacturing a dissolvable electronic device includes forming a dissolvable sheet; applying a self-sintering agent to the dissolvable sheet to form a substrate; and depositing electrically conductive ink onto the substrate in a trace. A method of manufacturing a meltable electronic device includes mixing a conductive material with a melted wax to form a conductive wax mixture in liquid form; molding the conductive wax mixture; and solidifying the conductive wax mixture to obtain the meltable electronic device. A method of manufacturing an edible electronic device includes cutting a layer of conductive material to form a pattern that defines a circuit; applying the layer of conductive material to an edible medium, wherein the edible medium is in liquid or semi-solid form; and solidifying the edible medium to obtain the edible electronic device.

FOOD PRODUCTS

Particles of a calcium salt having a median particle diameter of less than 100 m have been found to enhance the taste of food products, including confectionery products. Sensory testing within tasting panels is described in relation to chocolate products.

Process for producing a confectionery product

The disclosure relates to a process for producing a confectionery product comprising heat resistant chocolate or a heat resistant compound mass and to the confectionery product, which is produced by this process. The process utilizes spraying water and/or a polyol (such as a sugar alcohol or a sugar) solution onto chocolate or a compound mass thereby inducing the formation of heat resistant chocolate or a heat resistant compound mass.

FOOD COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING CACAO POD HUSK

The present invention provides food compositions such as jellied food pastes comprising cacao pod husk (CPH). More specifically, the present invention provides compositions comprising from 5.0 to 70.0% (dry matter weight/w) of one or more sugars; from 0.150 to 7.50% (dry matter weight/w) of CPH; from 0.10 to 4.0% (w/w) of pectin; from 0.10 to 7.0% (w/w) of one or more co-texturizers; from 0.030 to 3.0% (w/w) of citrate ions; from 0.0010 to 0.50% (w/w) of calcium ions; from 0.0 to 2.0% (w/w) of preservative; and water up to 100.0%; wherein the composition has a Brix comprised from 45 to 75 and a pH from 2.8 and 4.5. The present invention further relates to food products comprising such compositions and processes to obtain them.

REDUCED SALT MIXTURES FOR CONFECTIONS
20190014792 · 2019-01-17 ·

Improved confectionary compositions using a reduced salt mixture comprising at least one salt substitute, modified salt or modified salt substitute having at least two different particle sizes which give an acceptable texture, stability, clarity and flavor delivery, while having less sodium chloride than traditional salted confectionary compositions.

CHOCOLATE MASS FOR PRODUCING CHOCOLATE WITH A REDUCED ENERGY VALUE (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to a chocolate mass suitable for producing reduced-calorie chocolate food products. The chocolate mass comprises a chocolate composition and an aqueous cocoa butter emulsion. The chocolate composition includes a crumb prepared using cocoa liquor and erythritol, cocoa liquor or cocoa butter, and dietary fibre, as well as additional ingredients depending on whether the final product is intended to be dark chocolate or milk chocolate. The emulsion contains cocoa butter and an aqueous phase. The resulting product provides improved organoleptic parameters, such as intensity of chocolate flavour, absence of off-flavours and aftertaste, natural sweetness and chocolate texture, with a reduction of energy value (calories), and also improved physical properties as viscosity, yield stress, contraction degree upon crystallization, and hardness of a final product.

CONVENTIONAL OR REDUCED-CALORIE FILLED OR UNFILLED VITAMIN-ENRICHED CHOCOLATE AND PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
20180199586 · 2018-07-19 ·

The invention pertains to a conventional or reduced-calorie, filled or unfilled, vitamin-enriched type of chocolate characterised in that 100 g of product contains at least 5-1500 mg of added calcium ascorbate and/or magnesium ascorbate and/or ascorbic acid or, in some cases, other supplementary ingredients. The other supplementary ingredients are additional vitamins, such as E and/or K, as well as mineral materials, preferably magnesium and/or zinc, along with fruit concentrates. The invention also pertains to the process by which the vitamin-enriched chocolate is produced.

OILY FOOD CONTAINING HEAT-GENERATING MATERIAL
20240381894 · 2024-11-21 ·

In an oily food such as chocolate or sandwich filling, by blending and dispersing in the oily food a material that generates heat by contact with moisture, such as zeolite, a calcium compound, or a mixture of a calcium compound and an organic acid, in a state not in contact with moisture so that a calorific value derived from a heat-generating material is 1.0 J/g or more per oily food, it is possible to improve melt-in-the-mouth texture of the oily food without changing triglyceride composition of oils and/or fats contained in the oily food.
