Clamping Strap for Mounting a Component
A device for holding a tubular component on a vehicle is proposed. The device includes a bracket, two strap parts and at least two trunnions. Both strap parts on one end include a loop and on an opposed end a connection surface. The bracket includes at least one receiving opening for each trunnion to hold the respective trunnion in the at least one receiving opening. Each loop is dimensioned to allow one of the trunnions to extend through the loop when being placed in the respective at least one receiving opening of the bracket. The connection surfaces are shaped so as to be connectable to each other and to form a closed strap and the bracket includes a holding device for attaching the bracket to the vehicle.
Fastening device for a shielding part, in particular for a heat shield, and shielding part having at least one fastening device
A fastening device for fastening a shielding part to a fastening partner in a vibration-decoupled manner having a collar bushing that has at least one bushing core and two collars that protrude outward in a radial direction (R) and are spaced apart from each other in an axial direction (A), with the collars forming an interstice between themselves and having a bridge element, which is positioned with its radially inner region in the interstice; and the bushing core extends through an opening of the bridge element with a radial play (s),
wherein a damping element is positioned in the axial direction (A) between the collars and in the radial direction (R) between the bushing core and a radial stop of the bridge element and is dimensioned so that the radial mobility of the bridge element relative to the bushing core is limited to an effective radial play (s′) that is reduced relative to the radial play (s).
Exhaust device
An exhaust device in which an exhaust passage wraps around from a front side of an engine to a lower side of the engine and extends to a rear side is provided. The exhaust device includes a catalyst configured to purify exhaust gas in the exhaust passage and disposed in front of the engine, and a gas sensor disposed on a wall surface of the exhaust passage at an upstream side than the catalyst. The gas sensor is disposed in front of the engine so as to be directed toward the engine.
Systems and methods for mounting an aftertreament system component
An aftertreatment system includes a first mounting plate and a first hanger rod. The first mounting plate includes a first aperture and non-circular recessed portion aligned with the first aperture. The first hanger rod comprises a mounting plate connection portion and a shaft. The mounting plate includes a non-circular mounting head having a portion that is engaged with a portion the non-circular recessed portion so as to prevent rotation of the mounting plate connection relative to the first mounting plate. The shaft extends from the non-circular mounting head through the first aperture.
Vehicle exhaust bracket
A vehicle includes an exhaust, a frame hanger connected to a body of the vehicle, and an isolator connecting the exhaust to a body of the vehicle via the frame hanger such that the exhaust rotates about the frame hanger. The vehicle further includes a first frame bracket having a fixing portion fixed to the body of the vehicle and an engaging portion located near the isolator at a first distance. The first distance defines a first maximum allowable displacement of the exhaust as it rotates in a first direction about the frame hanger. The vehicle may include a second frame bracket having an engaging portion located adjacent to the isolator at a second distance opposite to the first frame bracket. The second distance may define a second maximum allowable displacement of the exhaust as it rotates in a second direction about the frame hanger.
Work vehicle
An attachment device includes a support table member and a coupling mechanism. The coupling mechanism includes a coupling bolt and an abutment member having a nut portion. In the abutment member, there is formed a locking protrusion protruding to the side where an auxiliary machine fixing portion is present. In the auxiliary machine fixing portion, there is formed an insertion hole for the coupling bolt and an anti-rotation hole in which the locking protrusion can be fitted.
IMPROVED MUFFLER FOR SMALL ENGINES
A muffler (40) devised particularly for use with an engine of the type used on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and a UAV (10) having an engine (30) fitted with the muffler (40). The muffler (40) comprises a body (51) having an interior chamber (60). The muffler body (51) has a first end section (53) and a second end section (55). The first end section (51) is adapted for mounting onto the engine (31) by way of a first mount (81), with the interior chamber (60) in communication with an exhaust outlet of the engine (31) to receive exhaust flow therefrom. The second end section (53) is adapted to be mounted by way of a second mount (82) in a manner resisting movement with respect to the engine (31). In one arrangement, the second mount (82) is configured to yieldingly resist movement with respect to the engine (30). In another arrangement, the second mount (82) is configured to mount the second end section (55) under a preload resisting movement of the second end section with respect to the engine (30).
VEHICLE REAR STRUCTURE
A vehicle rear portion includes a resin rear exterior member, a metal exhaust finisher, and a reinforcing block. The rear exterior member is provided at a rear portion of a vehicle body. The exhaust finisher is provided at a terminating end portion of an exhaust pipe. The reinforcing block is fixed to the exhaust finisher and attached to the rear exterior member. The reinforcing block has an upper side portion that straddles an upper side of the exhaust finisher in a vehicle width direction, an inner side portion that extends downward from an inner region of the upper side portion in the vehicle width direction, and an outer side portion that extends downward from an outer region of the upper side portion in the vehicle width direction.
Exhaust mechanism and working vehicle
An exhaust mechanism includes an exhaust pipe, an exhaust port, and a baffle plate. The exhaust pipe has one end connected to an engine and another end opposite to the one end along a length of the exhaust pipe. The exhaust port is provided at another end of the exhaust pipe and extends in a first direction inclined from the height direction along a height of the work vehicle. A length of the exhaust port in the height direction is shorter than a length of the exhaust port in the transverse direction perpendicular to a plane including the first direction and the height direction. The baffle plate is provided in the exhaust port and configured to change an exhaust gas flow from the first direction to the transverse direction.
