Valves for gas engines are disclosed, in particular for wastegates arranged upstream of a turbocharger. Accordingly, a valve for a gas engine, comprises a metal housing having an opening for providing a fluid flow out of the valve, and a metal valve member configured for adjustably restricting the fluid flow through the opening, wherein the housing is made of a first material comprising a steel and wherein the valve member is made of a second material having a thermal expansion coefficient being lower than the first material. By providing the valve member and the valve housing with materials with different thermal expansion coefficients, the expansion of the valve member may be reduced during a rapid temperature increase or heating up of the valve member e.g. when the gas engine is started or accelerated.

Provided is an exhaust valve device 1 for a vehicle in which a valve element 7 is supported in an exhaust passage 4 by a rotating shaft 5 axially supported by a valve body 3, a flexible joint member 16 is secured to an output shaft 13a of a motor unit 13 attached to the valve body 3, and a lower end of the flexible joint member 16 and an upper end of the rotating shaft 5 are coupled via a rigid joint member 15, in which the rigid joint member 15 includes: a sealing element 18 having a sealing surface 18a and arm portions 18c, the sealing surface 18a being coupled to one end of the rotating shaft 5 and sealing an axially supported portion of one end of the rotating shaft to prevent exhaust gas from leaking, the arm portions 18c being formed in a periphery of the sealing surface 18a; and a transmission element 19 having a spring groove 19a and engagement grooves 19b, the spring groove 19a being coupled to the end of the flexible joint member 16, the engagement grooves 19b being engaged with the arm portions 18c of the sealing element 18 to restrict relative rotation.

Provided is an electronically controlled throttle device for an engine driving to open and close a throttle valve (8) of a valve body (3) to which rotation of a motor (15) is transmitted from a driven gear (14) via a throttle shaft (6), and disposing a substrate (22) on which an excitation conductor (23) and a signal detection conductor (24) are arranged to face an exciting conductor (21) rotating together with the throttle shaft (6). The driven gear (14) comprises an embedded core metal (25), and has one side surface to which an exciting conductor (21) is exposed, the core metal (25) and the exciting conductor (21) being insert-Molded of a synthetic resin material and prepared, and a caulked portion (6a) of the throttle shaft (6) is inserted and fixed into a shaft hole (25a) extending through the core metal (25).

Airtightness of a connector molding is improved. There is provided a connector molding in which a conductor and a fixing member are integrally molded with a molded body including a connector portion. The conductor is fixed to the fixing member, and is integrally molded with the molded body in a state in which an external connection end portion protrudes into a space within the connector portion. A part of the fixing member is exposed to the space within the connector portion and the remaining portion is covered by the molded body, or the entire fixing member is covered by the molded body.
FLAP DEVICE
A flap device for a motor vehicle comprises a flap housing that can be flowed through by a gas flow; and a flap shaft that is rotatably supported about an axis of rotation in the flap housing by means of at least a first and a second bearing element, which are held at the flap housing, and that carries a flap for selectively blocking or throttling the gas flow. The flap shaft is supported at the first bearing element in a first axial direction via a fixed abutment element that is axially fixedly arranged with respect to the flap shaft. The flap shaft is supported at the second bearing element in a second axial direction, which is oriented opposite the first axial direction, via a movable abutment element that is axially displaceably seated on the flap shaft, with the movable abutment element being preloaded in a direction toward the second bearing element by means of a spring device, and with the spring device in this respect being supported at a support surface fixed to the shaft and thus pressing the fixed abutment element against the first bearing element.

Provided is an exhaust valve device 1 for a vehicle in which a valve element 7 is supported in an exhaust passage 4 by a rotating shaft 5 axially supported by a valve body 3, a flexible joint member 16 is secured to an output shaft 13a of a motor unit 13 attached to the valve body 3, and a lower end of the flexible joint member 16 and an upper end of the rotating shaft 5 are coupled via a rigid joint member 15, in which the rigid joint member 15 includes: a sealing element 18 having a sealing surface 18a and arm portions 18c, the sealing surface 18a being coupled to one end of the rotating shaft 5 and sealing an axially supported portion of one end of the rotating shaft to prevent exhaust gas from leaking, the arm portions 18c being formed in a periphery of the sealing surface 18a; and a transmission element 19 having a spring groove 19a and engagement grooves 19b, the spring groove 19a being coupled to the end of the flexible joint member 16, the engagement grooves 19b being engaged with the arm portions 18c of the sealing element 18 to restrict relative rotation.

Provided is an electronically controlled throttle device for an engine driving to open and close a throttle valve (8) of a valve body (3) to which rotation of a motor (15) is transmitted from a driven gear (14) via a throttle shaft (6), and disposing a substrate (22) on which an excitation conductor (23) and a signal detection conductor (24) are arranged to face an exciting conductor (21) rotating together with the throttle shaft (6).
