Turbojet engine nacelle including a single movable frame of a cascade thrust reverser and passages of ancillaries

A turbojet engine nacelle having a cascade-type thrust reverser includes a movable frame surrounding a cold air flow path, guided axially by longitudinal rails fixed to an intermediate casing surrounding the cold air flow path and supporting cascades of thrust-reversal guide vanes and mobile rear cowls. The nacelle has a passage of ancillaries opening radially towards the outside of the movable frame, in a zone with no bearing structure passing radially across the cold air flow path. The movable frame is cut in an axial plane at the passage for the passage of ancillaries, and each edge of the cut of the movable frame is connected to the intermediate casing by a slide rail fitted on a longitudinal rail arranged each on one side of this passage.

A thrust reverser system for jet aircraft comprising an exhaust tailpipe mounted to the turbine engine aft turbine flange, clamshell doors, actuators and locking systems to prevent inadvertent deployment of the clamshell doors. Improved design clamshell doors shrouding the tailpipe fitted with two patented design actuators, enclosed between the doors and the tailpipe. The actuators throw the doors behind the tailpipe exhaust exit area using improved linkages attached to the tailpipe and the doors, to reverse the exhaust gases forward. The tailpipe can be of circular or any geometric shape. Reverse Exhaust gases are enclosed between the doors and two movable fairings. Several sound attenuation configurations provisions for the tailpipe, the fixed and movable fairings. Three independent locking systems provisions to prevent inadvertent deployment of the doors.

A housing between the hoods has a securing wall, a seal with a sausage secured to the securing wall, and a crusher rigidly secured to the second hood and arranged so as to crush the sausage towards the securing wall when the second hood goes from the spaced-apart position to the close-together position. Therefore, the sausage moves in the longitudinal direction, thus limiting shearing of the seal and transverse movements owing to the manufacturing and assembly tolerances and the movements in flight.
