VESSEL, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR PREPARING A FROZEN FOOD
One variation of a method for preparing a frozen food product includes: following insertion of a vessel into a receiver: activating a cooling element thermally coupled to the receiver; transitioning a rotary motor from rest to a first target angular speed; and setting a first timer of a first duration; in response to expiration of the first timer and detection of contents of the vessel approximating a first target viscosity: reducing an angular speed of the rotary motor; and setting a second timer of a second duration; in response to expiration of the second timer and detection of the contents of the vessel approximating a second target viscosity: reducing the angular speed of the rotary motor; and setting a third timer of a third duration; in response to expiration of the third timer: reducing the angular speed of the rotary motor; and indicating completion of a frozen food product.

Soft-serve dispensing machine with freezer drawers
A product dispensing apparatus includes a first drawer assembly including a first drawer containing a first product; and one or more refrigerated cylinders that is operable to receive the first product; where the first drawer is selectively movable from a first position to a second position, the second position extending outwards and away from the first position.
COUPLING ASSEMBLY FOR A MICRO PUREE MACHINE
A helical coupling assembly for a micro puree machine includes at least one protrusion on a processing bowl configured to slidably engage a slot on an interior surface of the coupling when the processing bowl is rotated in a clockwise direction. The slots are configured such that, for a certain range of rotation, the slots are not helical to prevent the bowl from disengaging during extrusion of ingredients from the bowl.
MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MAKING LIQUID OR SEMI-LIQUID FOOD PRODUCTS
A machine for making liquid or semi-liquid food products includes a plurality of supply containers containing a basic mixture and deformable wall, so the space occupied by each first container depends on a quantity of basic mixture therein. A processing container includes a stirrer and thermal treatment system, operating with one another to convert the basic mixture into a liquid or semi-liquid product. A connecting system connects the supply containers to the processing container to transfer the basic mixture from one of the supply containers to the processing container and includes a plurality of pneumatically operated closing valves, where each of the valves is associated with one of the supply containers and can be activated and deactivated independently of the remaining valves to allow the placement of one of the containers in connection with the processing container.
MACHINE FOR PROCESSING AND STORING LIQUID OR SEMI-LIQUID FOOD PRODUCTS
A machine for processing and preserving liquid or semi-liquid food products, includes: a frame having an upper surface; a container for the product with an internal stirrer, the upper surface having an opening to the container; an actuator rotates the stirrer relative to the container or vice-versa; a refrigeration system, including: a closed circuit to circulate a heat transfer fluid, an evaporator, associated with the container, a compressor, a condenser, and a lamination member; a cover movable between a closed position for access to the container via the opening, and an open position, allowing access to the container, the cover defining in the closed position a volume between an internal surface of the cover and the upper surface; an air suction system within the volume including a suction unit and a suction mouth in fluid communication with the volume; a control unit controls the actuator and the suction unit.
SLUSH MACHINE
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of refrigeration equipment, and in particular to a slush machine, comprising a material tank of which two sides are provided with a support bracket, respectively; an agitator component including a body upper shell, wherein one side of the body upper shell is provided with an agitator of which one end extends into an interior of the material tank and a driving mechanism for driving the agitator. The present disclosure achieves sliding positioning and precise locking of the material tank using the structure of double support arms, tracks and lock buckles, which improves the assembly accuracy and operation stability.
