System and Method of Making a Soluble Coffee Product
A system and a method of making a soluble coffee product is used to make a serving of fresh coffee on the go that is healthy and matches the user's taste. The overall process starts by mixing the amount of soluble coffee, the first amount of liquid sweetener, and the amount of bee pollen into a quantity of liquid mixture. The quantity of liquid mixture is partitioned into liquid-mixture portions by filling each molding receptacle with a corresponding liquid-mixture portion from the liquid-mixture portions. Each liquid-mixture portion is inserted with a corresponding stick from the lollipop sticks. The liquid-mixture portions are frozen into solid-mixture portions. The solid-mixture portions are removed from the molding receptacles. A liquid-sweetener coating is applied to each solid-mixture portion by dipping each solid-mixture portion into the second amount of liquid sweetener. Finally, the liquid-sweetener coating is frozen into a solid-sweetener coating for each solid-mixture portion.
ICE CREAM MACHINE AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ICE CREAM PRODUCT USING AN ICE CREAM MACHINE
The present disclosure relates to an ice cream machine having a filling zone and an emptying zone. The ice cream machine may include a rotatable unit, a mould for receiving ice cream, a stick providing arrangement, and a guiding structure arranged to prevent more than one stick from entering the groove of the mould from the stick providing arrangement. The stick providing arrangement is arranged such that a rotation of the rotatable unit causes the groove to match the position of the stick providing arrangement and thereby allow a single stick to enter the groove, wherein further rotation of the rotatable unit causes one of the sidewalls of the groove to bring the stick along the rotational movement of the rotatable unit.
Metering the disposition of a food product into cavities forming a pellet
A process for metering the disposition of a food product into cavities forming a pellet. The cavities are defined in a conveyor as individual cavities. Each cavity defines a specific volume. The process includes supplying a quantity of food product in a supply chamber which includes a plurality of nozzles aligned above the conveyor. The nozzles are aligned with a predetermined portion of the cavities. A predefined supply of food product is dispensed and metered through each nozzle. The food product is dispensed through the nozzles into the cavities without exceeding the specific volume of the cavity. The food product is frozen into an individual quick frozen pellet starting immediately upon disposition in one of the cavities. The step of metering the predefined amount of food product includes metering a predetermined weight of the food product.
ICE CANDY FORMING TOOL FOR PETS
Provided is an ice candy forming tool for pets which can form an ice candy simply and reliably, and the formed ice candy can be properly fed to pets. An ice candy forming tool for pets, which comprises an ice candy holding part comprising guard having first surface and second surface, grip which is connected to the first surface, and ice candy holding piece which is connected to the second surface, and a body part comprising concave portion and opening; wherein the guard has a notch which is provided on circumferential edge of the guard and communicates the first surface with the second surface.
FOOD PREPARATION SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A food preparation system that can simultaneously freeze and shape liquids quickly and has a plurality of integral walls forming a cavity that may be used as a freezing surface, a removable tray that fits inside the cavity, a plurality of shaped freezing surfaces located on the tray, a top surface forming one of the integral walls which is used as a flash-freezing surface, a front panel interface forming one of the integral walls, and a plurality of control buttons located on the front panel interface which control the food preparation system.
Moulding process
The invention is directed to a method of forming a molded item said method comprising the steps of (a) providing a mold former comprising an indentation having an inner surface and a bottom face and made of plastics and manufactured by a 3-dimensional printing process, said mold former being shaped to form a mold having (i) an indentation corresponding to the desired shape of said molded item; and (ii) a series of holes extending between the inner surface and the bottom face of the mold former, (b) forming a mold in said mold former from a plastics material; (c) positioning an elongate member in said mold; (d) introducing a volume of liquid into said indentation; (e) positioning a cover over said mold and sealing it thereto; (f) causing said liquid to solidify.
POPSICLE DEMOLDING MACHINE
A popsicle demolding machine for popsicles is provided that has one or two vertical channels, wherein the popsicle demolding machine receives a mold formed by a set of cavities. The popsicle demolding machine has a lower reservoir for heating water, and a demolding tank internally provided with a guide coupled to the demolding tank. The demolding tank receives hot water from the lower reservoir through a pump so that the hot water applies a thermal shock to walls of the set of cavities. The hot water flows back to the lower reservoir through upper ends of vertical capillaries, allowing the set of cavities to be peripherically heated, including walls of inner tubes of the set of cavities for modeling the vertical channels, so that the popsicles can be extracted without damaging walls of the vertical channels, making it possible to manufacture said popsicles.
METHOD OF FORMING FROZEN BEVERAGE BLOCKS
A method of forming frozen beverage blocks from a liquid beverage. The method may include introducing a beverage into a hot beverage reservoir of a beverage receiving subsystem to initiate the process. Next, the beverage may flow from the hot beverage reservoir of the beverage receiving subsystem into a cooling subsystem. The flow from the hot beverage reservoir into and through the cooling subsystem may be done entirely via gravity. Cool air may be blown across the cooling subsystem to cool the beverage as the beverage flows through the cooling subsystem. Upon the temperature of the beverage being measured at or below a predetermined lower threshold temperature, the beverage may be permitted to flow, via gravity, from the cooling subsystem into a cool beverage reservoir of a freezing subsystem. The freezing subsystem may be configured to convert the beverage from a liquid into frozen beverage blocks.
