A second injection hole included by the injection nozzle is formed such that an angle that a second virtual line passing a second inner-wall-side center point away from the center axis by a predetermined second distance, forms with the center axis becomes a second injection angle that is smaller than the first injection angle, and an angle that second injection hole inner walls form becomes a second open angle that is larger than the first open angle.

The second needle is configured to start operation in order to open the second injection hole after a predetermined time has elapsed from a point of time when the first needle starts operation in order to open the first injection hole.
Internal combustion engine
A fuel injection valve has first injection holes, second injection holes, a first needle that opens and closes the first injection holes, and a second needle. The fuel injection valve is arranged such that a part of fuel injected from the first injection hole and a part of fuel injected from the second injection hole are gathered together at a position spaced from the side wall of the cavity by a predetermined distance. The second needle starts operating to open the second injection holes, after a predetermined time elapses from a point in time at which the first needle starts operating to open the first injection holes.
FUEL INJECTION DEVICE
An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection device in which fuel sprays hardly adhere to an intake valve, a wall surface in an engine cylinder, or a piston.
In a fuel injection device including a valve body 114 and a seat surface 601 to perform injection and sealing of fuel cooperatively and a plurality of injection holes 501 and 502 of which inlet opening surfaces are formed on the seat surface 601, a first injection hole 501 and a second injection hole 501 and 502 arranged closest to the first injection hole 501, which configure the plurality of injection holes 501 and 502, are configured such that the first injection hole 501 is larger than the second injection hole 502 in an injection hole angle to be an angle formed by a normal direction 601a of the seat surface 601 and a center axis 119a of the injection hole (1>2) and the second injection hole 502 is larger than the first injection hole 501 in an area of a cross-section perpendicular to the center axis 119a of the injection hole (injection hole diameter Da2>injection hole diameter Da1).
FUEL INJECTION DEVICE
In an injection hole set, primary and secondary injection holes are formed to satisfy the following relationship: t1+t20.87P0.52, where (deg) is an injection-hole-to-injection-hole angle, which is an angle formed between a primary central axis of the primary injection hole and a secondary central axis of the secondary injection hole; t1 (deg) is a primary taper angle, which is an angle formed between outlines of a primary injection hole inner wall of the primary injection hole in a cross section of the primary injection hole inner wall; t2 (deg) is a secondary taper angle, which is an angle formed between outlines of a secondary injection hole inner wall of the secondary injection hole in a cross section of the secondary injection hole inner wall; and P (MPa) is an average pressure of the fuel in a fuel passage at a time of injecting the fuel from the injection holes.
FUEL INJECTION DEVICE
An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection device in which variations in an injection flow rate for each injection is suppressed and an injection amount is stabilized.
The fuel injection device according to the present invention includes: a valve element that is seated on or unseated from a valve seat; a plurality of guide parts (302a, 302b, 302c) that slidably guide the valve element; and flow paths (306a, 306b, 306c) sandwiched between the guide parts in a circumferential direction. In the fuel injection device, one guide part (302a) among the plurality of guide parts is formed to have a longer circumferential length than that of other guide parts (302b, 302c).
SPARK-IGNITION DIRECT FUEL INJECTION VALVE
A spark-ignition direct fuel injection valve includes, at least, a seat member provided with a fuel injection hole and a valve seat and a valve body which controls fuel injection from the injection hole by contacting and separating from the valve seat. In the spark-ignition direct fuel injection valve: the injection hole has an injection hole inlet which is open inwardly of the seat member and an injection hole outlet which is open outwardly of the seat member; an opening edge of the injection hole inlet has a first round-chamfered portion formed on an upstream side with respect to a fuel flow toward the injection hole inlet; and an extending length (L) of the injection hole does not exceed three times a hole diameter (D) of the injection hole.
