RAPIDLY COOLING FOOD AND DRINKS
Systems and methods have demonstrated the capability of rapidly cooling the contents of pods containing the ingredients for food and drinks.
Carbonated beverage apparatus
A carbonated beverage apparatus includes a freezing cylinder for receiving a mixture, and a stirring pusher disposed inside the freezing cylinder for pushing and mixing the mixture from an inlet of the freezing cylinder to an outlet thereof in a spiral manner, wherein the mixture is removed from the inner wall of the freezing cylinder radially back into a center portion of the freezing cylinder by the stirring pusher.
SCRAPER LOCKING ARRANGEMENT
The present invention relates to paddle (2) and a scraper disc (1) that is placed in a container and cannot be removed when the paddle and scraper disc are rotating in the operational mode in the container.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CRUSHING DEEP-FROZEN FOODSTUFFS PROVIDED IN BLOCK FORM
A device for shredding deep-frozen food products provided in block form comprises a tool which is rotated around an axis of rotation (X) and advanced towards the block, thereby scraping off layers from the block. The device comprises two drive motors for generating rotational and feed movements of the tool, which can be controlled separately, at least one being of variable-speed. The device also includes a gear arrangement coupled to the drive motors in such a way that only one of the drive motors rotates the tool and other drive motors together serve to feed the tool, in a way that at a certain rotational speed ratio of the two drive motors the tool is rotated without axial movement of the latter and, at other rotational speed ratios advancing or retracting movement of the tool along the axis of rotation (X) occurs.
System for providing a single serving of a frozen confection
A system for providing a single serving of a frozen confection, wherein the system comprises a pod comprising at least one ingredient for providing a single serving of a frozen confection; the system cools the pod; the system introduces water into the pod; the system simultaneously stirs the contents of the pod while scraping at least one wall of the pod to prevent a build-up of the frozen confection on the at least one wall of the pod; and the system ejects the frozen confection out of the pod.
Door and baffle interface assembly for frozen dessert machines
An interface assembly for a frozen dessert machine is disclosed that includes a freezer door having opposed front and rear sides and including at least one recessed mounting pocket formed in the rear side thereof, the at least one recessed mounting pocket including a cornice covering an upper portion thereof, and at least one elongated baffle having opposed proximal and distal end portions, the proximal end portion of the at least one baffle including a retention flange that is dimensioned and configured for detachable reception within the at least one mounting pocket of the freezer door behind the cornice.
Food processor with integrated agitation treating
A self-contained food processor is provided for treating a food flow path in the food processor with a solution. The food flow path can be treated without requiring disassembly and reassembly of the food processor and without requiring direct operator input. The food processor includes a controller for directing passage of a solution through at least portions of the food flow path without requiring constant operator oversight. The food processor can employ available positive pressure water supply, such as public utility water pressure to selectively and automatically push solutions, including rinses, backwards or forwards through the food flow path in the food processor.
SCRAPER BLADE
The present invention relates to a unique helical design for scraper blades (1) and a driver-disc (2) that allows for optimum performance when preparing single-serve portions (100-300 ml) of freshly-made frozen and/or chilled confections on demand directly in a packaging container. The present invention improves upon the prior art by not only shortening the time it takes (less than 180 seconds) to prepare portionable volumes of freshly made frozen/chilled confections with optimal microstructure inside a conically shaped container packaging, but also minimises cross-contamination and reduces the need for cleaning in-between portions/batches.
