Ice cream stick insertion device for ice cream products and method for inserting a stick into ice cream products
A method for inserting a stick into an ice cream product with a stick pusher, the stick pusher including an actuator for linear and reciprocating movement, a control unit controlling the actuator, a sensor for measuring at least one of: the stick's position in relation to the ice cream product's height, horizontal position in relation to the product's end point, and angle in relation to the product's end point, where the control unit is connected to the sensor, the method including, at a start time, pushing a stick into an ice cream product to a stick position by accelerating the stick pusher in a first direction from a starting position, deaccelerating the stick pusher to a speed equal to zero and moving the stick pusher to the starting position, where the control unit controls the stick pusher's start time based on measurements from the at least one sensor.
Leak-proof tray for frozen food
A leak-proof tray for frozen food includes a first tray main body and a second tray main body. The first tray main body includes a first sleeving opening, and the first sleeving opening is configured for receiving an ice-cream cone. The second tray main body is connected to the first tray main body. The second tray main body is provided with a second sleeving opening. The second sleeving opening is configured for receiving an ice lolly stick. When a user consumes the ice-cream cone, the cone can be inserted into the first sleeving opening, so that the first tray main body can accommodate the melted liquid of the ice-cream cone. When the user consumes an ice lolly, the second tray main body can be fitted onto the first sleeving opening of the first tray main body, and the ice lolly stick can be inserted into the second sleeving opening.
Production facility and method for control of weight of coating material on an ice cream product
In a production facility for coating ice cream products a plurality of carriers are used for transport of the ice cream products from the supply station to a coating station where coating, for example chocolate, is applied to the product. The production facility includes weight equipment configured for automatically weighing the ice cream products before and after application of the coating, which is used in a feedback loop for adjusting the coating parameters, for example chocolate temperature.
