Ice cream making methods and systems
A predetermined volume of ice-cream mix is provided to an ice cream making system or method. The ice-cream mix is cooled and whipped to form ice cream.
Method and apparatus for making and dispensing liquid or semi-liquid food products
A method for making and dispensing liquid or semi-liquid food products is implemented in a machine including a one containment tank for containing a liquid basic product, a processing circuit for that product, to obtain a liquid or semi-liquid food product, a dispenser for dispensing the food product, an actuator acting on the basic product and/or on the food product and/or on parts of the machine, and a user interface for controlling the making and dispensing. The method, implemented by a control and processing unit connected with the user interface, includes: measuring one or more operating parameters, activating a first data communication for obtaining the operating parameters, receiving the operating parameters, activating a second data communication with the user interface for receiving commands representing selectable settings of preparations, and controlling the actuator as a function of the operating parameters and commands received.
Helical movement device
A frozen confection dispenser including a reservoir for receiving and holding a product to be dispensed, an evaporator with cylindrical cooling element, a movement device including a helical element arranged to rotate concentrically externally of a cooling element in such a way as to advance the product along the longitudinal axis of the cooling element, a driver engaged with the movement device for the rotation thereof, and a dispenser for dispensing of the product, wherein the helical element has an angle of attack of less than 60° relative to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder. A helical element and a method for dispensing frozen confection with a dispenser are also disclosed.

Machine for making liquid or semi-liquid food products
A machine for making liquid or semi-liquid food products, specifically ice cream, includes a vessel for processing liquid or semi-liquid base products by means of a stirring device driven by a motor. The mixture in the vessel is transferred through a duct, along which movement means for moving the mixture are operatively located, these movement means comprising a rotary device including two juxtaposed discs, on which a series of rollers is mounted in such a way as to press a flexible portion of the duct, and an opposing element confronting the rollers.
System, machine and method for the preparation of cooled edible products
A system, machines and consumables for the preparation of portioned amount of a cooled edible product constituting a defined number of servings which may be 1, 2, 3, etc. are provided. One example of such an edible product is ice cream.

MACHINE FOR PROCESSING LIQUID OR SEMI-LIQUID FOOD PRODUCTS AND METHOD FOR FOOD PROCESSING A BASE FOOD MIXTURE IN SAID MACHINE
A machine for processing liquid or semi-liquid food products, including: a container holding the product and a dispenser. A stirrer, located inside the container, rotates about an axis to mix the product. An actuator is connected to the stirrer to rotate the stirrer. A refrigeration system, includes a closed circuit to circulate a primary heat exchanger fluid, an evaporator associated with the container, a compressor, a first air condenser and a throttle element; a control unit; a second condenser regulator for regulating the flow of the fluid and operating on the first and/or second condenser. The control unit drives the regulator to regulate the flow of fluid in the first and second condensers as a function of an operating parameter of the machine.
Method for manufacturing of frozen confection product
A system for manufacturing and packaging one or more frozen confection products said system comprising one or more production machines, wherein the one or more production machines comprises chemical applying unit configured to apply one or more anti-moisture chemicals on a hollow wafer. The processing unit is configured to insert the hollow wafer inside the first half of an equally divided mould. The second half of the equally divided two part mould is coupled with the first half to form a closed mould. One or more funnels configured to inject at least two portions of one or more frozen confection material into the closed mould, wherein one portion of the at least two portions of the one or more frozen confection material are injected in the hollow wafer. The closed mould injected with the at least two portions of the one or more frozen confection material to form the one or more frozen confection product. The packaging section is configured to extract the one or more frozen confection products from the closed mould, wherein the one or more frozen confection products comprise at least two portions of the one or more frozen confection material filled inside the hollow wafer. A method for preparing a frozen confection product is also disclosed.
Layered Drink or Dessert Dispensing Apparatus
A layered drink or dessert dispensing apparatus that accepts a single serving container and transfers the container through a grater that transfers the product into a cup glass or bowl while maintaining the layers. The dispensing apparatus pushes the product through the container while the grater turns. The container is configured in a non-round shape, so the consumer container does not rotate as the grinder or grater is rotated under the container. The grater has one blade or a plurality of teeth or scoops that “cut” through the layered product in the consumer container to extract, remove and scoop the beverage or dessert. The course configuration of the grater minimizes harm to pulp, fibers and/or seeds that may exist in the drink or dessert. Different layers with different densities and material are all equally removed and fall through the dispensing apparatus.
