Packaged hemp products formed from raw cannabis
Packaged hemp products formed from raw cannabis are provided. In one example, frozen hemp cubes or frozen hemp ice pops are provided. First, raw cannabis material is collected and blended to form hemp juice purée. Next, the hemp juice purée is poured into molds for manufacturing frozen hemp cubes or into tube-shaped containers for manufacturing frozen hemp ice pops, and the hemp juice purée is frozen. In another example, packaged hemp juice purée is formed by collecting raw cannabis material, blending the material to obtain hemp juice purée, and packaging the hemp juice purée using high pressure processing (HPP). In yet another example, hemp powder is formed by collecting raw cannabis material, drying out the raw cannabis material, and grinding the dried raw cannabis material to obtain a hemp powder. The hemp powder is packaged and provided along with instructions.
ICE CREAM PACKAGING MATERIAL USING HORIZONTAL DISPOSABLE PLASTIC FILM MOLD AS INNER PACKAGING MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a method of packaging character ice cream using a horizontal disposable plastic film mold as an inner packaging material. Ice cream packaging material uses a horizontal disposable plastic film mold as the inner packaging material, in which a horizontal disposable character mold for maintaining a shape of bar-type character ice cream is made by forming a plastic film in a character shape or other stereoscopic shapes. Ice cream liquid is injected into the horizontal disposable plastic film mold and then frozen, and the ice cream is packaged together with a rear reinforcement material without separating the ice cream from the horizontal disposable plastic film mold, thereby preventing a surface of the ice cream from being oxidized or preventing the character shape from being damaged.
Insulating Device for Frozen Confections
The disclosed invention is an insulating device to protect frozen confections and is supported by a receptacle, for example an ice cream cone. The device includes a dome portion, a clamp, and a clamp attachment. The dome portion comprises a concave portion that faces the frozen confection held in the receptacle, to which the insulating device is clamped. The clamp attachment attaches the clamp to the dome portion and comprises a ball-and-socket rotatable joint. The clamp holds the cone by attaching near the rim of the cone, and comprises sturdy, adjustable material such as metal. Embodiments contemplate varying the dome portion size, malleability of the clamp, or both from device to device, to accommodate various cone sizes and various volumes of frozen confection.
Circular equipment with automatic unmolding for popsicle production and method for popsicle production
The equipment of the invention comprises a toroidal channel-shaped freezing tank containing coolant superimposed on a circular crown-shaped rotary mold holder, formed by a plurality of sectors affixed to the periphery of one traction disc driven by a stepper motor, said sectors having rectangular openings into which molds engage, whose lower portions are immersed in the coolant. At the bottom of the channel there is a rigid pipe provided with a plurality of holes through which jets of coolant are released under pressure. The popsicle release means comprise a radially oriented niche within said tank and a vertically displaceable housing which, in the upper position, accommodates a mold and a perforated horizontal pipe which releases jets of heated fluid against the mold cups.
EDIBLE SUBSTRATE STICKER SYSTEM
An edible substrate system may have an edible substrate disposed on a backing substrate and a decorative substrate disposed on the edible substrate. The edible substrate may be cut to define a profile to define edible substrate stickers. Edible substrate stickers may be peelable from the backing substrate without jeopardizing the integrity of the edible sticker or decorative substrate thereon.
Ice Cream Vending Machine
An improved interactive frozen confectionery vending machine with two alternate freezer enclosures storing a variety of ice creams in cups is presented. The vending machine further comprises a toppings dispensing and a control system enclosures. A programmable control system enables a customer to select one ice cream cup at a time of a flavor of his or her choide and customize the selected ice cream with a choice of automatically dispensed hard or soft toppings via a gear motor operated arm and flexible liquid topping delivery tubes. A Wi-Fi enabled payment system and an ice cream and topping selection are implemented via a touch screen. The vending machine interior is accessible by pre-authorized personnel only.
Cold dessert with gelatin-based component adapted for low-temperature consumption
Cold desserts incorporating gelatin-based (gummy) components are provided in this paper. In particular, stick-mounted cold desserts, edible-cone cold desserts, and container-served desserts with gelatin-based components are described. The gelatin-based components of these desserts are made from gelatin-based candy material that is specially-formulated for consumption at cold temperatures. The gelatin-based components may be used with other components of a cold dessert such as with flavored water ice, ice cream, sherbet, sorbet, and the like as described throughout this paper.
Uncoated Dairy Product
Uncoated frozen dairy products and methods of making such uncoated frozen dairy products are disclosed herein. Uncoated frozen dairy products have an acidified surface layer, contain substantially no stabilizers or emulsifiers, are structurally unsupported, and exhibit a product loss of less than 30% over 60 minutes at a temperature of 25° C.
Pasteurized juice formed from raw cannabis
Pasteurized juice products formed from raw cannabis are provided. First, a cannabis juice purée having a particular cannabinoid profile is formed. Next, the cannabis juice purée is pasteurized without decarboxylating any cannabinoids in the cannabis juice purée thereby obtaining a pasteurized cannabis juice purée. In one example, the pasteurizing is performed using flash pasteurization, such as a High Temperature Short Time (HTST) pasteurization process. The flash pasteurization process neutralizes pathogens such as bacteria and parasites. Next, the pasteurized cannabis juice purée is packaged into a container thereby obtaining a packaged pasteurized cannabis juice purée. The container is a food-grade bottled juice container, an ice pop container, or a juice cube container. The packaged pasteurized cannabis juice purée contains only non-decarboxylated cannabinoids. In other embodiments, additional cannabinoids are added before or after the HTST pasteurization process. In other embodiments, the packaged pasteurized cannabis juice purée includes decarboxylated cannabinoids.
ICE CREAM CONE DRIP CATCHER
An ice cream cone drip catcher including a trough adapted for surrounding an upper portion of an ice cream cone. The trough has an inside rim adapted for surrounding the upper portion of the ice cream cone in close proximity and an outside rim adapted for surrounding the upper portion of the ice cream cone at a predetermined distance such that ice cream drips from ice cream placed in the ice cream cone and extending upwardly and outwardly therefrom are captured therein. The drip catcher further includes a cone-interacting structure extending downwardly and inwardly from the inside rim.
