Novelty items for foods on a stick or a cone
The present invention relates generally to food items on a stick and how to keep the sticky mess off the hands, arms and surrounding area of the one eating the food. Generally food items are served on a stick or in a cone without anything to catch the mess. When frozen treats are not eaten quickly enough the food items melts and runs down the hand and arm of the one eating it and will even drop on the surrounding area creating a sticky mess. Food items that have condiments on them sometimes are so heavy with condiments that they drip down on hands, arms and the surrounding area creating a mess. These novelty items allow the user to have fun creating unique fun items with their food while keeping the mess at bay. Flowers can be created with the food item being the Stamen and the container being the body of the flower and the petals. The food parts that drop off the food item would fall in the body of the flower and be contained there allowing the user to keep eating and not worry about the mess.
Ice cream machine and a method for producing an ice cream product using an ice cream machine
The present disclosure relates to an ice cream machine having a filling zone and an emptying zone. The ice cream machine may include a rotatable unit, a mould for receiving ice cream, a stick providing arrangement, and a guiding structure arranged to prevent more than one stick from entering the groove of the mould from the stick providing arrangement. The stick providing arrangement is arranged such that a rotation of the rotatable unit causes the groove to match the position of the stick providing arrangement and thereby allow a single stick to enter the groove, wherein further rotation of the rotatable unit causes one of the sidewalls of the groove to bring the stick along the rotational movement of the rotatable unit.
Packaging system for delivering consistent serving sizes of hard ice cream
A package for a frozen food includes a plurality of spherically-shaped portions of hard ice cream. A first sealing member at least partially conforms to the shape of each spherical portion of the plurality of spherically-shaped portions. A second sealing member is adhered to the first sealing member. The first and second sealing members cooperatively form a plurality of storage cavities. Each storage cavity selectively encloses a corresponding spherical portion of the plurality of spherically-shaped portions, wherein each corresponding spherical portion includes a concave depression.
Horizontal Molding System
A horizontal molding system and method can include: an ice pop stick, the ice pop stick including: an ice pop stick key, the ice pop stick key including a key top side, a key bottom side and key edges, an inner portion having a top side, the inner portion vertically below the ice pop stick key, and an external portion coupled to the ice pop stick key, the external portion having a curve extended vertically down and horizontally away from the ice pop stick key and extended below a horizontal plane defined by the top side of the inner portion; and a mold including a notch and a mold upper lip, the notch configured to seal around the key edges and the key bottom side, and the key top side being co-planar with the mold upper lip.
HOLD A DENTAL CLEANING DEVICE ON FOOD RELATED ACCESSORIES
An ice cream toothbrush apparatus includes an edible ice cream segment and a toothbrush segment. The toothbrush segment includes a handle and a brush head, while the ice cream segment includes a handle and an edible ice cream head. The ice cream handle and toothbrush handle are configured to couple together so that the ice cream handle and toothbrush handle form a continuous handle between the ice cream head and the toothbrush head.
PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR APPLICATION OF PARTICLES ONTO FROZEN CONFECTIONERY
The invention relates to an apparatus for decorating frozen confectionery (1) on sticks, the apparatus comprising: a coating station (4) for applying coating material onto the frozen confectionery (1), a particle dispensing station (7) for applying particles onto the coated frozen confectionery, a conveyor (3) for moving the frozen confectionery past the coating station and the particle dispensing station, the conveyor (3) comprising gripping means (2) arranged on the conveyor (3) and having a product attached position and an opened position for gripping and releasing the stick of the frozen confectionery (1), and the conveyor (3) comprising guides for moving the gripping means with the frozen confectionery between a vertical position and a horizontal position, and wherein the apparatus further comprises a heating station (11) installed at a position between the coating station (4) and the particle dispensing station (7), and wherein the gripping means (2) are arranged to hold the frozen confectionery in the horizontal position when passing the heating station (11) and the particle dispensing station (7), and optionally coating removal means (6) for removing coating material on one side of the frozen confectionery, which coating removal means (6) are at a position after the coating station (4) in the direction of the movement of the conveyor (3) and before the particle dispensing station. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing decorated frozen confectionery on sticks making use of the apparatus.
A STICK HANDLING APPARATUS, AN ICE CREAM PRODUCTION SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING ICE CREAM
A stick handling apparatus for handling ice cream sticks, said apparatus comprising a magazine arranged to hold ice cream sticks, a conveyor band arranged to retrieve ice cream sticks from the magazine, a stacker unit arranged to retrieve ice cream sticks from the conveyor band and to stack the ice cream sticks one after the other, a stick placing unit arranged to receive the ice cream sticks from the stacker unit for positioning the ice cream sticks inside a piece of ice cream mass, and a printer unit configured to print information on the ice cream sticks while the ice cream sticks are conveyed by the conveyor band.
