A cone-shaped edible container according to the present invention comprises: an edible outer layer; an edible inner layer; a first edible adhesive layer disposed between the outer layer and the inner layer to bond the outer layer and the inner layer together; and a second adhesive layer for maintaining the outer layer and the inner layer to be in the shape of a cone, wherein at least some regions of the edible container have a first cross-section structure in which the inner layer, the first adhesive layer, and the outer layer are sequentially laminated in a direction from the inside toward the outside, and have a second cross-section structure in which the inner layer, the first adhesive layer, the outer layer, the second adhesive layer, the inner layer, the first adhesive layer, and the outer layer are sequentially laminated in the direction from the inside toward the outside.
ICE CREAM CONE DRIP CATCHER
An ice cream cone drip catcher including a trough adapted for surrounding an upper portion of an ice cream cone. The trough has an inside rim adapted for surrounding the upper portion of the ice cream cone in close proximity and an outside rim adapted for surrounding the upper portion of the ice cream cone at a predetermined distance such that ice cream drips from ice cream placed in the ice cream cone and extending upwardly and outwardly therefrom are captured therein. The drip catcher further includes a cone-interacting structure extending downwardly and inwardly from the inside rim.

The invention also provides a process for manufacturing a coated edible receptacle for a frozen confection comprising the steps of: providing an edible receptacle; at least partially coating the internal surface of the edible receptacle by spraying a fat-based coating onto the internal surface of the edible receptacle; and introducing a gas-dosing element into the edible receptacle, wherein the gas-dosing element has an external surface shape corresponding to the internal shape of the edible receptacle and wherein cooled gas is introduced into the edible receptacle through the gas-dosing element and wherein the gas dosing element does not come into contact with the fat-based coating.
ICE CREAM CATCHER AND DISPENSER FOR FROZEN CONFECTION TOPPINGS
A device for reducing dripping or spillage of a frozen confection food item during the consumption of the food item that includes a catcher device which catches melting ice cream or frozen confection. There is also provided a food additive arrangement that can be used with a food dispenser to enable a food additive to be easily and conveniently mixed with the food item as the food item is being dispensed from the dispenser.
Apparatus and process for the manufacture of a frozen confection
The present invention provides an apparatus for producing frozen confectionery products, the apparatus comprising a mixing chamber, the mixing chamber having: at least one frozen confection inlet connectable to a source of a frozen confection; at least one sauce inlet connectable to a source of sauce; and an outlet, wherein the at least one sauce inlet is positioned between the at least one frozen confection inlet and the outlet, characterised in that the mixing chamber is rotatable. The present invention provides a process for producing frozen confectionery products, the process comprising: providing the foregoing apparatus; supplying a frozen confection to the at least one frozen confection inlet; supplying a sauce to the at least one sauce inlet; and extruding the frozen confection and sauce from the outlet, characterised in that the mixing chamber is rotated thereby to distribute the sauce randomly throughout the frozen confection.
COLD DESSERT WITH GELATIN-BASED COMPONENT ADAPTED FOR LOW TEMPERATURE CONSUMPTION
Cold desserts incorporating gelatin-based (gummy) components are provided in this paper. In particular, stick-mounted cold desserts, edible-cone cold desserts, and container-served desserts with gelatin-based components are described. The gelatin-based components of these desserts are made from gelatin-based candy material that is specially-formulated for consumption at cold temperatures. The gelatin-based components may be used with other components of a cold dessert such as with flavored water ice, ice cream, sherbet, sorbet, and the like as described throughout this paper.
NOVEL FROZEN CONFECTION SHAPED BAKERY ITEM COMPOSITIONS
A frozen confection shaped bakery item dough composition comprising: from 10.0 wt % to 30.0 wt % water; from 5.0 wt % to 35.0 wt % sugar; from 4.0 wt % to 25.0 wt % fat; and, from 35.0 wt % to 60.0 wt % flour. A frozen confection shaped bakery item prepared from the frozen confection shaped bakery item dough composition and a process for its preparation.
