Radial Piston Machine with Brake
A radial piston machine includes a rotor within a housing that is rotatable about an axis, a shaft coupled to the rotor, a distributor which surrounds the shaft and cannot rotate with the rotor and that contacts the rotor in an axial direction, a plurality of brake discs including first brake discs and second brake discs arranged side-by-side along the axis, wherein the first brake discs are coupled to the housing for torque transmission, and the second brake discs are coupled to the shaft for torque transmission, and an actuator configured to releasably exert a brake force in the axial direction on the brake discs. The distributor is located axially between the rotor and the actuator, and the brake discs are located axially between the distributor and the actuator. When the brake force is exerted the brake force is supported by the distributor in the axial direction.
Pump valve assembly
A valve assembly having a valve body, a hardened insert, a sealing insert, and a carrier. The hardened insert is cylindrical and comprises a primary sealing surface. The sealing insert is cylindrical and comprises an initial sealing surface. The carrier has an inside surface. The hardened insert and the sealing insert are coupled to the carrier. In a closed configuration of the valve assembly, the valve body contacts the primary sealing surface of the hardened insert and the initial sealing surface of the sealing insert to prevent fluid flow through the valve assembly, and in an open configuration, the valve body is separated from the primary sealing surface of the hardened insert and the initial sealing surface of the sealing insert to allow fluid flow through the valve assembly.

Hydraulic fluid pump and retainer assembly for same
A fluid end assembly of a hydraulic fluid pump includes a housing having a first housing bore and a second housing bore offset axially from the first housing bore. A plate is fastened to the housing. The plate has a first plate bore axially aligned with the first housing bore and a second plate bore axially aligned with the second housing bore. A first removable valve cover closes the first housing bore and a second removable valve cover closes the second housing bore. A first retainer engages the first plate bore and abuts the first removable valve cover and a second retainer engages the second plate bore and abuts the second removable valve cover.
SUCTION VALVE FOR HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL PUMP
A suction valve of a high-pressure fuel pump for a vehicle includes a housing having an inlet through which a fuel is introduced and a pump chamber configured to press the fuel, a valve installation space arranged between the inlet and the pump chamber, and a solenoid part provided with a rod for performing a linear reciprocal motion, and further includes a valve sleeve inserted into the valve installation space and formed with a flow hole, a valve spring seated on the valve sleeve, a valve plate elastically supported by the valve spring, and moving in conjunction with the rod, and a valve sheet formed with an introduction hole opened and closed by the valve plate, in which the valve sleeve is slid and inserted into the valve installation space, and the valve sheet is fitted into and fastened to the valve installation space to support the valve sleeve.
Multi-material frac valve poppet
A valve poppet assembly comprising a valve stem, a poppet insert retainer, and a poppet seat, wherein, in an assembled configuration, the valve stem extends along a central axis through the poppet insert retainer and the poppet seat, and wherein the valve stem, the poppet insert retainer, and the poppet seat are not a single, integral component.
Pump plunger with wrench features
A reciprocating element includes a cylindrical body having a front end opposite a tail end, and a central axis. The tail end of the cylindrical body is configured to be operatively connected to a pump power end that reciprocates the reciprocating element along a path within a bore of a pump fluid end during operation of a pump. The front end of the cylindrical body includes one or more tool engagement features positioned about an outer circumference of the front end of the cylindrical body of the reciprocating element and adapted to engage a corresponding one or more reciprocating element engagement features of a reciprocating element end of a tool. The reciprocating element can be rotated, pulled, and/or pushed via the tool relative to the central axis of the cylindrical body.
Pump With Segmented Fluid End Housing and In-Line Suction Valve
A plunger pump fluid end in which the suction valve and seat is aligned with the plunger and the fluid end housing is constructed with multiple modules. Modules are held in a rigid assembly by staybolts that connect to the power end of the plunger pump. Said staybolts pass though bores in the central fluid module and the suction seat module and bound by a conventional threaded nut. Packing box modules are bound to the central fluid module by bolts that also pass through separate bores in the same central module. A suction valve spring retainer/plunger spacer within the plunger bore of the assembly shields the intersection of the plunger bore and the discharge bore from destructive erosion damage.
