Hydraulic fluid pump and stuffing box assembly for same
A stuffing box assembly for a fluid end of a hydraulic fluid pump includes a first stuffing box member having a first plunger bore configured to receive a plunger of the hydraulic fluid pump and a plurality of seals. The first stuffing box member further comprises a first bore spaced apart from the plunger bore. A second stuffing box member has a threaded stuffing nut bore configured to receive a stuffing nut of the hydraulic fluid pump. The second stuffing box member further comprises a second bore spaced apart from the stuffing nut bore. A fastener is configured to extend through the first and second bores to secure the first stuffing box member to the second stuffing box member.
DUAL RAIL PRESSURE CONTROL FOR ENGINE NOISE IMPROVEMENT
A method is provided for controlling operation of a fueling system including a fuel pump driven by an engine geartrain and a fuel accumulator supplied fuel by the fuel pump, comprising: determining whether an operating parameter of the engine is less than a threshold value; responding to the operating parameter being less than the threshold value by causing an inlet valve of the fuel pump to operate in a 100 percent fill mode, whereby a pumping chamber in the fuel pump is approximately fully filled for at least one pumping cycle; determining whether a fuel pressure in the fuel accumulator is greater than a desired value while the inlet valve is in the 100 percent fill mode; and responding to the fuel pressure being greater than the desired value by activating an outlet valve of the fuel accumulator to drain fuel in the fuel accumulator to a fuel tank.
HYDRAULIC FLUID PUMP AND RETAINER ASSEMBLY FOR SAME
A fluid end assembly of a hydraulic fluid pump includes a housing having a first housing bore and a second housing bore offset axially from the first housing bore. A plate is fastened to the housing. The plate has a first plate bore axially aligned with the first housing bore and a second plate bore axially aligned with the second housing bore. A first removable valve cover closes the first housing bore and a second removable valve cover closes the second housing bore. A first retainer engages the first plate bore and abuts the first removable valve cover and a second retainer engages the second plate bore and abuts the second removable valve cover.
LOW-PRESSURE LIQUID INLET MANIFOLD AND FRACTURING APPARATUS
A low-pressure liquid inlet manifold and a fracturing apparatus are disclosed. The low-pressure liquid inlet manifold includes a main liquid inlet pipe and N liquid feeding pipes; the N liquid feeding pipes are arranged in sequence; each of the liquid feeding pipes includes a third end and a fourth end, the third end is communicated with the main liquid inlet pipe, and the fourth end is configured to provide low-pressure liquid to a plunger pump; and the low-pressure liquid inlet manifold further includes at least one auxiliary accumulator, which is connected with the main liquid inlet pipe and is arranged corresponding to at least one of the N liquid feeding pipes, an orthographic projection of the auxiliary accumulator on an axis of the main liquid inlet pipe overlaps with an orthographic projection of a corresponding liquid feeding pipe on the axis.
Modular power end
A power end assembly includes a crankshaft section, a crosshead section, and a connector section coupled together by one, two, or more sets of stay rods. The power end may include one or more support plates that are coupled to the crankshaft section and/or crosshead section. The crosshead section includes a plurality of individual crosshead frames. The connector section may include a plurality of individual connector plates or may be a unitary connector plate. The power end is configured to be coupled to a fluid end assembly by coupling the fluid end assembly to the connector plates.

STATUS MONITORING AND FAILURE DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM FOR PLUNGER PUMP
Disclosed is a status monitoring and fault diagnosis system for a plunger pump, including a monitoring and fault diagnosis device. The monitoring and fault diagnosis device monitors and diagnoses a hydraulic end assembly of a plunger pump. The monitoring and fault diagnosis device further monitors and diagnoses a power end assembly and/or a reduction gearbox assembly. Beneficial effects: The diagnosis system monitors and diagnoses not only a hydraulic end assembly, but also a power end assembly and/or a reduction gearbox assembly, that is, an equipment fault can be accurately predetermined in time for an entire plunger pump, so that high-pressure, large-displacement, and continuous operation requirements on fracturing sites at present are better satisfied, and on-demand maintenance is adopted instead of regular examination and maintenance, thereby saving labor, time, and materials to achieve economic efficiency.
PUMP CARTRIDGE AND CONSOLE
A pump cartridge comprises a retention structure to retain a piston for shipping and storage, in which the piston can be decoupled from the retention structure to pump fluid. In the shipping and storage configuration, the piston can be positioned with the retention structure to allow sterilization gas to travel within a housing and into a cylinder distal to the piston. When placed in the console for use in a pumping configuration, the piston can be decoupled from the retention structure to form a seal within the housing. When the procedure has been completed, the pump cartridge can be decoupled from the console in a manner that disables the cartridge for subsequent use to prevent a non-sterile cartridge from being reused.
Lubrication system for a plunger/packing set of a fluid end
A lubrication system for a plunger/packing set of a fluid end has a lubricating fluid reservoir, a pump cooperative with the lubricating fluid reservoir so as to pump a lubricating fluid from the lubricating fluid reservoir toward the plunger/packing set, a primary pressure transducer cooperative with the pump so as to measure a pressure of the lubricating fluid exiting the fluid pump, a secondary pressure transducer cooperative with the fluid end so as to measure a pressure of the lubricating fluid exiting the plunger/packing set, and a controller connected to the second pressure transducer so as to obtain a representation of the pressure measured by the secondary pressure transducer.
SCRAPER RING
An annular scraper ring for a packing arrangement is disclosed. The annular scraper ring that can form a seal with a plunger included in a fluid end of a reciprocating pump and includes a planar upstream face and an inner surface with a tapered section. The tapered section tapers away from the plunger along a downstream direction so that the scraper ring is widest at the planar upstream face.
