Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor in which refrigerant gas is sucked into a hermetic container and is then compressed in a compression chamber. The scroll compressor includes an orbiting scroll including a second end plate having a second surface. The second end plate has an annular groove having an opening that opens into the second surface facing a frame and serving as a back-pressure chamber with the opening being closed by the frame, a gas communication path through which the groove communicates with the compression chamber in which the refrigerant gas is being compressed, and a first oil supply passage having a first opening that opens into at least one of a region inside the groove and a region outside the groove in the second surface and through which the refrigerating machine oil is supplied to a gap between the second surface and the frame.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor includes: a shell forming an outer case, the shell forming an oil reservoir in which lubricating oil is reserved; a fixed scroll stored in the shell; an orbiting scroll stored in the shell, the orbiting scroll forming a compression chamber together with the fixed scroll; a frame holding the orbiting scroll; a thrust plate disposed between the orbiting scroll and the frame; and a thrust oil return pipe fixed to the frame, the thrust oil return pipe being a pipe through which the lubricating oil flows to return to the oil reservoir, in which: a hole portion is formed on the thrust plate, the hole portion passing from a first surface portion to a second surface portion, the first surface portion slidably contacting with the orbiting scroll, the second surface portion facing the frame; and the thrust oil return pipe is inserted into the hole portion and is fit in the thrust plate, and an upper end portion of the thrust oil return pipe does not protrude from the first surface portion of the thrust plate.
Compressor with discharge valve
Provided is a compressor including a valve unit including: at least two guide pins passing through a discharge valve; and through holes allowing the guide pins to pass therethrough to control oblique motion of the discharge valve with respect to a horizontal direction during up and down movement of the discharge valve. When the discharge valve obliquely moves up and down with respect to the horizontal direction, the guide pin comes into contact with at least two points of an inner circumferential surface of the through hole so that the oblique movement of the discharge valve is restricted, thereby improving the durability of the discharge valve and reducing noise during operation of the compression.
Scroll compressor with a lubrication arrangement
A scroll compressor including an orbiting scroll having a small diameter compared to a case in which an oil groove is provided in a ring shape and constantly communicates with an outlet of an oil passage. The scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll configured to orbit in engagement with the fixed scroll. The fixed scroll includes an outlet of an oil passage configured to communicate with an oil tray storing lubricant, the outlet of the oil passage connected to a sliding surface of the orbiting scroll. The orbiting scroll includes a plurality of oil grooves configured not to communicate with each other so as to supply the lubricant to a sliding surface of the fixed scroll, the plurality of oil grooves configured to communicate with the outlet at least once and not to communicate with the outlet at least once while the orbiting scroll rotates once.
Scroll compressor and method of manufacturing the scroll compressor
A scroll compressor includes an orbiting scroll, a fixed scroll, and a shell. The fixed scroll is configured to form a compression chamber together with the orbiting scroll. The shell accommodates the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll. The fixed scroll includes a base plate and a scroll body. The base plate is fixed to the shell. The scroll body projects from the base plate toward the orbiting scroll. The base plate has a stress absorber that is formed outside the scroll body in a radial direction and that is configured to absorb stress from an outer region in the radial direction. A weld joint is formed in an overlap region where the shell and the base plate are fixed to each other and overlap each other. The stress absorber is provided on a line that passes through a center of the base plate and the weld joint.
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor includes a housing, a rotary shaft, a movable scroll, an eccentric shaft, an opposed wall, a looped elastic plate, a looped support portion, an annular protrusion, a back pressure chamber, and a back pressure supplying groove. The distance in the radial direction of the rotary shaft from the rotation axis of the rotary shaft to then outer end of the back pressure supplying groove in the radial direction of the rotary shaft is shorter than or equal to the distance obtained by subtracting the distance in the radial direction of the rotary shaft between the rotation axis of the rotary shaft and the axis of the eccentric shaft from the distance in the radial direction of the rotary shaft from the axis of the eccentric shaft to the part of the protrusion that contacts the elastic plate.
Scroll compressor with engineered shared communication port
An asymmetric scroll compressor includes a compressor housing. An orbiting scroll member and a non-orbiting scroll member disposed within the compressor housing. The orbiting scroll member and the non-orbiting scroll member each includes a baseplate and a wrap extending from the baseplate. The orbiting scroll member and the non-orbiting scroll member intermeshed to form a plurality of compression pockets. A driveshaft affixed to the orbiting scroll member and configured to orbit the orbiting scroll member from a first orbital position to a second orbital position. A communication port disposed on the baseplate of one of the orbiting scroll member and the non-orbiting scroll such that: in the first orbital position, the communication port communicates with a first enclosed pocket of the plurality of compression pockets, and in the second orbital position, the communication port communicates with a second enclosed pocket of the plurality of compression pockets.
Vacuum pump, scroll pump, and manufacturing method for such
The invention relates to a scroll pump comprising a pressure sensor integrated into the scroll pump.
Electric compressor
An electric compressor includes a housing including a compression part housing, a shaft support housing, and a motor housing fastened by a plurality of fastening members. A peripheral wall has a plurality of thick-walled portions that protrudes inwardly in a radial direction and through which their associated fastening members are inserted. The fixed scroll base plate has a plurality of protruded portions each protruding outwardly in the radial direction and disposed between the thick-walled portions in a circumferential direction. The fixed scroll base plate has a plurality of pillar portions each extending from the protruded portions toward the shaft support housing in the axial direction and spaced from each other in the circumferential direction. The elastic plate is held at a plurality of spots by the plurality of pillar portions and the shaft support housing.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
