PUMP AND PUMP ASSEMBLY
Provided is a fluid pump assembly. The pump has a pair of housings magnetically coupled to each other. The first housing contains a drive motor and a magnetic assembly. The second housing contains a magnetic assembly and a blade for imparting movement to a fluid. As the first magnetic assembly is rotated by the drive motor, the magnetic connection to the assembly in the second housing causes the second magnet to rotate, driving the blade.
Downhole-type electric submersible pump system
Certain aspects of the subject matter described here can be implemented in a downhole-type electric submersible pump system. An electric machine can be disposed downhole in a wellbore. The electric machine is coupled to rotate with an impeller that can be disposed downhole in the wellbore. The electric machine includes a stator assembly with at least three stator sections axially arranged and spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal axis of the electric machine. The electric machine also includes a rotor assembly with at least three rotor sections arranged axially along the longitudinal axis of the electric machine. The rotor assembly is carried within and supported to rotate by the stator assembly.
Magnetic pump
A magnetic pump comprising: a pump body supporting an output shaft on a wet side of the pump and having an inlet and at least one outlet for pumped fluid; an input drive element on a dry side of the pump, at least one magnet for coupling the input and output shafts such that motion of the input shaft causes motion of the output shaft, a pressure containing structure mounted on the pump body for separating the dry and the wet sides, wherein the pump includes: one or more pathways through which pumped fluid can pass so as to lubricate one or more moving parts within the pressure containing structure, and a monitoring port/channel through which one or more properties of pumped fluid passing through the one or more pathways can be sensed.
FAN AND MOTOR ASSEMBLY FOR AN APPLIANCE SUCH AS A VACUUM CLEANER AND A VACUUM CLEANER HAVING SAME
A fan assembly comprising a plurality of nested components comprising a first stator; a first rotor that is radially spaced from the first stator, wherein the first rotor is magnetically driven by the first stator, the first rotor includes a second stator whereby the second stator rotates with the first rotor; a second rotor that is radially spaced from the second stator, wherein the second rotor is magnetically driven by the second stator; and, a fan blade drivenly connected to the second rotor.
Radially coupled pump systems for pressurizing fluid in closed loop systems
A pump system for pressurizing a fluid within a closed loop thermal transport bus is disclosed herein. The example of the pump system disclosed herein includes an electric motor including a rotor shaft and a stator, wherein the rotor shaft is to generate a first torque; a pump including an impeller coupled to an impeller shaft, wherein the impeller is to increase a kinetic energy of the fluid; a driver wheel attached to the rotor shaft, wherein the driver wheel is radially connected to a follower wheel; and a co-axial magnetic coupling to connect at least one of the follower wheel to the impeller shaft or the driver wheel to the rotor shaft, wherein the co-axial magnetic coupling includes an outer hub, an inner hub, and a barrier can, the barrier can to hermetically seal a portion of the pump system from the fluid.
Magnetic coupling
A magnetic coupling includes an inner rotor (11) and an outer rotor (9) which at least partly surrounds the inner rotor (11). These rotors (11, 9) each are formed of magnetic material (18) and are coupled to one another by way of magnetic forces. The inner rotor (11) and/or the outer rotor (9) contain powdery, magnetizable material (18). The powdery, magnetizable material (18) is magnetized at a side lying opposite the other rotor at several locations distributed over the periphery.
MOTOR PUMP
A motor pump capable of preventing deformation of a resin-made motor casing due to heat while securing a mechanical strength of the motor casing is disclosed. The motor pump includes a motor casing made of resin. The motor stator is disposed in the motor casing. The motor casing includes a partition wall located between the impeller and stator coils, ribs extending radially, and an inner frame connected to an inner edge of the partition wall. The partition wall is fixed to the ribs. The motor casing has guide protrusions formed on an outer surface of the inner frame, and further has recesses formed between the guide protrusions.
Pump arrangement for driving an impeller using an inner rotor which interacts with an outer rotor and the outer rotor having a radially outer circumferential projection
A pump arrangement, in particular a magnetic coupling pump arrangement, includes a pump housing having an interior, a split case which hermetically seals a chamber surrounded by the split case from the interior formed by the pump housing, an impeller shaft with an impeller thereon which can be driven in a rotatable manner about a rotational axis, an inner rotor arranged at an end of the impeller shaft opposite the impeller end, an outer rotor which interacts with the inner rotor, and an adapter element which connects the split case to the pump housing or to a component paired with the pump housing, in particular a housing cover. The adapter element includes a mounting flange which rests against a support surface of the pump housing, in particular of the housing cover (4), on a face adjacent to the interior.
PUMP AND PUMP ASSEMBLY
