The bottom portion includes a heat conduction wall formed of material including heat conductivity which is higher than heat conductivity of the housing. The housing includes a space portion formed with a flow path configured to allow the fluid to flow into the space portion and flow out of the space portion after the fluid is in contact with an inner surface of the heat conduction wall.
Water pump
Provided is a water pump including: a housing; a support shaft fixed to the housing; an impeller disposed on an upper portion of the housing; a stator disposed inside the housing; a rotor rotatably supported to the support shaft; and a connecting member inserted in the supporting shaft to rotatably support the rotor and connecting between the rotor and the impeller, thereby reducing the number of parts and simplifying a manufacturing process.
Canned motor device
A canned motor device includes a fixed seat, a motor unit, and a rear cover protector and a leakproof member. The rear cover protector has a main body portion disposed between a case body and a stator of the motor unit and sleeved around a cylindrical portion of the case body, and an extended portion connected to the main body portion, perpendicular to an axis, fluid-tightly abutting against a flange portion of the case body, and having an outer periphery that surrounds the axis and that has an outline larger than that of an annular periphery of the flange portion of the case body. The leakproof member is mounted between the flange portion of the case body and the extended portion of the rear cover protector.
LIQUID PUMP
A liquid pump includes a pump house with an electric motor housed therein, a pump cover connected to the pump house, an impeller housed in the pump cover and driven by the motor, and a sleeve disposed between the pump cover and the pump house. Two of the pump cover, the pump house, and the sleeve are respectively provided with an outer binding segment and an inner binding segment, the outer binding segment is made of polyphenylene sulfide mixed with glass fiber, and permeable to a laser light, the inner binding segment is cable of absorbing the laser light.
CANNED MOTOR AND PUMP DRIVEN BY SAME, AND ROCKET ENGINE SYSTEM AND LIQUID PROPELLANT ROCKET EMPLOYING SAME
Provided is a canned motor in which vaporization of the handling liquid is reduced in a case where a rotor rotates at high speed. A canned motor 10 includes a stator 18 disposed in a stator chamber 26, a rotor 14 disposed in a rotor chamber 12, and a stator can 7 enclosing the rotor 14. Furthermore, the canned motor 10 includes a stator chamber inlet portion 43 configured such that a cooling liquid for cooling the stator 18 flows into the stator chamber 26, and a stator chamber outlet portion 44 configured such that the cooling liquid flows out from the stator chamber 26.
PUMP DEVICE COMPRISING A RADIAL BEARING
A pump device, in particular for a fluid circuit in a motor vehicle, comprising a housing, a drive, a rotor, a stator and a radial bearing, wherein the housing has an inlet, wherein the rotor comprises an impeller wheel, wherein the drive is designed to set the rotor in rotation relative to the stator, wherein the inlet is fluidly connected to the impeller wheel, wherein the rotor has a rotor cavity, wherein a section of the stator projects into the rotor cavity, and wherein the radial bearing is situated in the rotor cavity between the section of the stator and the rotor.
Magnetic levitation centrifugal pump
A magnetic levitation centrifugal pump comprises: an internally hollow body, an inlet connector and an outlet connector for blood. The hollow body comprises a lower element and an upper element which are mutually coupled to each other; a rotor element housed inside the hollow body and provided with a portion made of magnetic material, the rotor element being magnetically commanded in rotation about a relative axis, without contact, by a stator element associable with the hollow body. The upper element has a perimeter flange for coupling and a substantially dome-shaped body projecting from the perimeter flange. The outlet connector is associated with the dome-shaped body and is spaced away from the perimeter flange, between the outlet connector and the perimeter flange being defined an air space inside which mutual tightening device/component can be inserted for the tightening of the upper element with the lower element.
Flow through magnetic drive system for artificial lift
A stator for a downhole-type motor includes a housing. The housing includes a sleeve. The sleeve includes a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer. The first layer is erosion-resistant. The second layer is corrosion-resistant. The third layer can provide structural support. The stator includes a motor stack. The stator can be used to drive a rotor disposed within an inner bore of the housing.
Fluid pump
A fluid pump includes a pump casing, a motor connected to the pump casing, and an impeller driven by the motor. The motor includes a housing and a stator arranged in the casing. The housing is made of a non-magnetic material. The stator includes a stator iron core and a plurality of windings wound on the stator iron core. The motor further includes a sleeve having a cylindrical main body and a flange extending radially outwards from one end of the main body and fixed to the housing.
