ELECTRIC CENTRIFUGAL PUMP WITH CONTAINMENT SHELL GROOVES
An electric centrifugal pump having a motor housing, a pump head, a containment shell, and a rotor assembly consisting of a pump impeller and a permanent magnet rotor, wherein the pump head with the containment shell defines a wet chamber, in which the rotor assembly is arranged rotationally around a longitudinal motor axis, the containment shell with the motor housing defines a dry chamber, in which a wound stator is arranged, and the permanent magnet rotor is arranged within the stator and a hollow-cylindrical region of the containment shell. Particle accumulations in the region between the containment shell and the permanent magnet rotor cannot occur or can only occur to a very minor extent and that the consequences of impurities in the wet chamber are reduced in order to prevent premature wear or a blockage of the centrifugal pump.

A pump for a water-conducting appliance, the pump having an electric motor comprising: a rotor comprising a ferrite body with at least four magnetic poles, wherein the ferrite body has a lateral-circumferential magnetization; and a stator comprising a pole chain made of a stack of a plurality of straight transformer sheets and rounded to a circular configuration by bending the stacked transformer sheets, wherein the pole chain has a plurality of pole portions each comprising a pole tooth; and a plurality of winding cores attached to the respective pole teeth for accommodating coils of a three-phase winding comprising wires; wherein the wires of respective phases of the three-phase winding are routed spatially separated from each other and without mutual contact at an axial end surface of the pole chain between and along adjacent winding cores around the pole chain; and wherein the wires are supported and guided such that their positions relative to the pole chain are substantially maintained when the pole chain is rounded from its straight configuration to its circular configuration.

A stator including a stator core formed in a ring shape is manufactured as follows; previously preparing an original core body provided with a belt-shaped part in a straight line shape structured of multiple outer peripheral parts and multiple salient pole parts, forming a recessed part on each of outer side faces of first outer peripheral parts disposed on both end sides of the belt-shaped part at a position between the salient pole part connected with the first outer peripheral part and an end part in the longitudinal direction of the belt-shaped part; and a bending step in which the original core body is successively pressed and bent from a center of the belt-shaped part toward both end sides.
Canned-motor pump for vehicle
A canned motor pump that includes a pipe-shaped can part which accommodates a rotor, a plurality of supports protruding radially outward from sides of the can part, and a plurality of the split cores each of which is inserted inside a corresponding support of the supports. Each distal end of the split cores extends in a direction toward a corresponding insulator part. A plurality of insulator parts are respectively formed on distal ends of the supports. An annular outer ring surrounds the outer circumference of the insulator parts. The inner circumference of the outer ring adjoins to exposed outermost ends of the split cores. Coils then are wound on the supports to provide a can motor pump with fewer parts and better performance.
SYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MOTOR FOR THE OPERATION OF A PUMP AND THE RELATED MOTOR PUMP
A synchronous electric motor for operating a pump includes a motor body, a stator and a rotor coupled to an impeller of the pump. The motor also comprises a cylindrical element that extends towards the inside of the motor body from one of its outer walls so as to define a first cylindrical cavity open to the outside to insert inside the rotor, wherein the rotor has a circular cross section essentially corresponding to the inner section of the cylindrical element so that the rotor is in contact with the cylindrical element and then there is a friction between the rotor and the cylindrical element when the rotor rotates, and the rotor is shaftless and axially and directly coupled to the impeller of the pump.
CIRCULATION PUMP ASSEMBLY
A circulation pump assembly, with a wet-running electrical drive motor (4), includes a pump casing (6) as well as a motor housing (22) which is connected to the pump casing (6). The motor housing (22) is a combined stator and electronics housing that accommodates a stator (18) of the drive motor (4) as well as motor electronics (34). The motor housing (22), at a first axial end (24) facing the pump casing (6), is closed by an air gap sleeve (16) of the drive motor. The motor housing (22), at a second axial end (26) which is away from the pump casing (6), includes an opening (42) closed by a cover (28). An interior of the motor housing (22), in a region adjacent the first axial end (24), is filled with a potting mass (40) surrounding the stator (18) and the motor electronics (34).

There is provided a resin molded rotor, comprising: a rotor configured to hold a magnet; a main shaft provided with the rotor mounted thereto and configured to transmit power to outside; and a resin mold configured to integrally cover the rotor and part of the main shaft on respective sides in an axial direction of the rotor, wherein an O-ring is placed between the resin mold and the main shaft to seal between the resin mold and the main shaft.
