HIGH PRESSURE GAS SEALING
A gas processing system includes a vessel defining a cavity for processing a gas. The vessel includes a process gas inlet for accepting process gas at an input pressure, and a process gas outlet for discharging process gas at an output pressure. The gas processing system further includes a shaft coupled to the vessel and a multistage sealing system comprising multiple seals spaced along the shaft. The shaft is configured to transfer mechanical energy to or from gas in the vessel. Each adjacent pair of seals defines a corresponding pressure space therebetween. One of the pressure spaces is an equalizing pressure space in hydraulic communication with the process gas inlet via a flow line, such that in operation, pressure in the equalizing pressure space is maintained at an equalized pressure with respect to a pressure in the process gas inlet.

MECHANICAL BARRIER FLUID PRESSURE REGULATION FOR SUBSEA SYSTEMS
A technique facilitates controlling barrier fluid via a mechanical pressure regulation system which may be coupled with a rotating machine at a subsea location. The mechanical pressure regulation system enables controlled supply of the barrier fluid to the rotating machine and comprises a mechanical valve mechanism. The mechanical valve mechanism automatically maintains a pressure differential between the barrier fluid and a process fluid within a desired range. According to an embodiment, the mechanical valve mechanism is mechanically actuated via pressures applied to a pilot piston so as to provide barrier fluid to the rotating machine when the pressure differential reaches a lower limit and to dump barrier fluid when the pressure differential reaches an upper limit.
SUBMERSIBLE WELL FLUID SYSTEM
A submersible well fluid system for operating submerged in a body of water may include an electric machine and a fluid end. The electric machine includes a rotor and a stator residing in a first housing at specified conditions. The fluid end may include an impeller and be coupled to the electric machine. The submersible well fluid system may also include an adjustable speed drive for the electric machine in the housing. The submersible well fluid system may also include a chemical distribution system for supplying treatment chemicals to the submersible well fluid system, a barrier fluid supply system for supplying a barrier fluid to the submersible well fluid system, and a pressure management system.
Gas Compressor
The invention relates to a gas compressor 10, in particular a turbocharger, having a rotatably mounted compressor wheel which is arranged at least partially in a compressor housing, the compressor housing having a gas routing area, for guiding a gas stream compressed by means of the compressor wheel, wherein an electric motor is provided, which has a motor rotor and a motor stator and which is mounted at least sectionally in a mounting area of a motor housing. In order to ensure permanently reliable operation in such a gas compressor 10 in a simple manner, it is provided in accordance with the invention that a gas pressure generator is provided, which is connected to the mounting area of the motor housing (20) in an air-conveying manner via at least one gas pressure line (70).
