Systems and methods for manufacturing a shrouded impeller
A method of manufacturing an impeller includes attaching blades to a hub. The impeller includes the blades, the hub, and a shroud. The blades each include a tip, and the shroud includes an inner surface and at least one ring extending from the inner surface. The method also includes applying a brazing compound to the tips of the blades and to the inner surface of the shroud. The method includes inserting the blades and the hub into the shroud such that the tips of the blades press against the rings. The rings and the tips of the blades form an interference fit between the rings and the tips of the blades that maintains a consistent gap between the shroud and the blades during manufacture of the impeller. A compressor including the impeller is also disclosed.
FABRICATION METHOD FOR ROTOR ASSEMBLY, ROTOR ASSEMBLY, AND ELECTRIC PUMP
A rotor assembly being an injection molded piece, and comprising a first shaft sleeve and a rotor; a first injection molded body is formed by using the rotor and the first shaft sleeve as injection molding inserts to pass through injection molding; a second injection molded body is formed by at least using the first injection molded body as an injection molding insert to pass through injection molding; the second injection molded body comprises a lower cover plate and a wrapping layer, the wrapping layer wrapping around at least a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the first injection molded body; the rotor assembly further comprises blades, the blades being fixedly connected to the lower cover plate or the blades forming an integrated structure with the lower cover plate.
METHOD OF MAKING A CENTRIFUGAL PUMP IMPELLER
A method for producing a centrifugal pump impeller having a base plate, which is a single piece with pump blades and a cover plate, which consists of a thermoplastic material, wherein contact areas are available, which are heated and melted by means of ultrasonic excitation and form a close bonded connection after cool-down. The objective of the invention is to ensure inherent stability with the individual parts and a simple and reliable pre-assembly as well as a fixed mechanical connection, wherein only a small amount of excitation energy is required, with a centrifugal pump impeller comprising a base plate and cover plate.
IMPELLER WITH REMOVABLE AND REPLACEABLE VANES FOR CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
The present disclosure relates to impellers with removable and replaceable vanes, and methods of constructing such impellers. According to aspects of the present disclosure, a plurality of impeller back plates are provided with differently configured slots to receive removable vanes. In addition, a plurality of differently configured vanes are disclosed which may be connected to the plurality of impeller back plates. As a result, the desired performance characteristics of a pump based upon end use applications may be efficiently and quickly achieved by combining appropriately configured vanes and back plate into a desired impeller providing the desired characteristics, together with a particular pump casing and motor.
High-powered sanitary pump
A high-powered sanitary pump includes an impeller (20) axially mounted inside a case (10) and rotating by a motor (M) in order to inhale and discharge fluid by a rotational centrifugal force of the impeller. The impeller (20) has discharge pipes (22) radially connected to the cylindrical inhalation groove part (21) so as to be able to run at low noise and at low vibration and provide high performance with high pump-up head and flow rate while inhaling and discharging fluid not by forced pressure that forcedly pushes the fluid by a conventional rotor blade but by pressure inducing a gentle flow, by high pressure or by vacuum pressure.
Efficient fan assembly
A fan assembly includes an internal housing having an outer internal housing, and an inner internal housing partially disposed within the outer internal housing. The inner internal housing defines an internal cavity, and has a curved exterior surface. Stator blades extend between the inner internal housing and the outer internal housing.
IMPELLER FOR FLUID PUMP
An impeller (100) for a fluid pump according to the present invention comprises a shroud (150) that has a disk shape and is drivingly rotated about a center axis, and a cover (110) comprising a cover main body (120) having a truncated cone shape with an inlet port (123) for a fluid formed at a center and a plurality of blades (130) arranged around a center axis of the cover main body (120). The cover (110) and the shroud (150) are joined to each other with a welding contacting portion (135) and a welding contacted portion (177) welded to each other in a center axis direction, in a state where another end surface of the shroud (150) and a distal end portion (131) of the blades (130) are in parallel with each other.
MANUFACTURING OF A TURBOMACHINE IMPELLER BY ASSEMBLING A PLURALITY OF TUBULAR COMPONENTS
A method for manufacturing impellers is described. The method provides for manufacturing a plurality of tubular components, each tubular component forming an inner passage, which is shaped as one of the flow passages of the final impeller. The tubular components are assembled together forming a semi-finished impeller. The semi-finished impeller is provided with annular cavities extending around the rotation axis of the impeller and gaps between adjacent tubular components. The gaps and cavities are filled with metal powder and the semi-finished impeller is subject to hot isostatic pressing, to densify the metal powder and form a monolithic final impeller.
IMPELLER ASSEMBLY FOR CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS
An impeller assembly for centrifugal pumps has two disk members that have different diameters, are arranged coaxially to a rotation axis and face each other so as to form an interspace; blades are radially arranged in the interspace; the two disk members are also centrally provided with a fastening means for fastening to a transmission shaft, which rotates about the rotation axis. The particularity of the present invention resides in having contoured vanes that protrude radially from the peripheral region of the disk member that has the smallest diameter and are arranged substantially at the blades.
FAN MOTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
A fan motor according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: an impeller a hub connected to a rotary shaft and at least one blade formed on the outer surface of the hub; a shroud surrounding the outer circumference of the impeller; and a coating layer coated on the inner circumferential surface of the shroud. The coating layer may include: a polymer having strength lower than the strength of the blade; and a plurality of beads mixed with the polymer and having strength higher than the strength of the polymer.
