MOTOR COOLING DEVICE AND METHOD

A fan assembly, including motor cooling configurations and/or integrated controller configurations and associated methods are shown. Some examples of fan motors shown include electronically commutated motors that may include integrated controller circuitry. A number of cooling configurations are shown that may be used individually or in combination 10 to provide cooling to a motor in a fan assembly.

Fan blade with improved structure

A fan blade with improved structure includes a hub, a plurality of blades. The hub has a lateral side having two ends, one of which is formed a top side and the other end is extended to form an extended section, and a plurality of connecting slots located on the periphery of the extended section. Each blade has a first end correspondingly engaged in respective connecting slot and a second end. With these arrangements, the fan blade with improved structure can increase structural strength of thin fan blades and be easy to connect the hub to the blades.

Asymmetric double inlet backward curved blower

A blower assembly includes a blower housing and a fan wheel mounted within the blower housing and being rotatable about an axis of rotation. The fan wheel includes a support disk positioned near a center of the fan wheel. A first wheel portion having a first plurality of impeller blades is positioned adjacent a first side of the support disk. A second wheel portion having a second plurality of impeller blades is positioned adjacent a second side of the support disk. The first wheel portion and the second wheel portion are asymmetrical about a plane oriented perpendicular to the axis of rotation and intersecting the support disk.

Profiled Blade, Fan Wheel and Method for Producing a Profiled Blade

Profiled blade for a fan wheel, with a profile body produced from at least one curved metal strip, whereby adjacent end zones of the at least one metal strip are connected to each other in an adhesively bonded and/or form-fit manner wherein a second end zone at a distance from a second end zone edge is equipped with at least one embossed area for forming a contact surface enabling a first end zone to, at least in sections, be brought into contact with it.

CENTRIFUGAL BLOWER WHEEL FOR HVACR APPLICATIONS

A forward curved blower wheel has fan blades having relatively small leading edge blades angles and a relatively lengthy mean camber lines. The blower wheel also comprises leading edge notches adjacent its blower wheel inlet. The leading edge notches eliminate buffeting that would occur with such blades if such notches were not present.

This invention relates to a ceiling mounted air circulating apparatus comprising, in combination: a motor; an essentially centrally located radial or axial air impeller; air guiding means; optional airflow enhancement by means of air amplification means; optional centrally located wiring path from an electrical power source to a wiring enclosure suitable for hanging a lighting fixture or chandelier; and decorative embellishments, ail of which are arranged to blend with the architectural style of a space in a manner similar to a decorative ceiling medallion, the plariform of which, when viewed from below may be circular, rectangular, or polygonal. Optionally, the apparatus of the present invention may embody any of the following; heating, cooling, filtration means, positive ion generation means, and / or air sterilization means.

Cross-flow fan, molding die, and fluid feeder

A cross-flow fan includes a plurality of fan blades provided to be circumferentially spaced apart from each other. The fan blade has an inner edge portion arranged on the radially inner side to/from which air flows in/out, and an outer edge portion arranged on the radially outer side to/from which air flows in/out. Fan blade has a blade surface extending between the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion. The blade surface includes a pressure surface arranged on the rotation direction side of the cross-flow fan and a suction surface arranged on the back side of the pressure surface. When cut along a plane orthogonal to the rotation axis of the cross-flow fan, the fan blade has a blade cross-sectional shape in which a concave portion concave from the pressure surface is formed.

A multi-blade forward-curved impeller for a centrifugal fan is disclosed. The impeller may include a blade having a curved portion and an extended portion. The curved portion may have a leading edge and a trailing edge, and the extended portion may extend outward from the trailing edge of the curved portion.

CENTRIFUGAL FAN AND CLOTHING DRYER

A centrifugal fan and a dryer, where the centrifugal fan includes a shell, a driving mechanism, an impeller and a volute tongue arranged in the shell, the driving mechanism is connected with the tongue and can drive the tongue to rotate between a first limit position and a second limit position, the tongue includes a first volute tongue part and a second volute tongue part; when the tongue is located at the first limit position and the impeller rotates forwards, the first tongue part abuts against the inner wall of one side of the shell in a sealed mode, the second tongue part can cut the air blown by the impeller, and when the tongue is located at the second limit position and the impeller rotates reversely, the first tongue part can cut air blown by the impeller.
