A electric motor assembly includes an electric motor and a fan assembly coupled to the electric motor and configured to rotate therewith about an axis. The fan assembly includes a hub including a core ring, a first inner ring circumscribing the core ring, and a first plurality of circumferentially-spaced ribs extending between the core ring and the first inner ring. The hub also includes a second inner ring circumscribing the first inner ring and a second plurality of circumferentially-spaced ribs extending between the first inner ring and the second inner ring, and a plurality of circumferentially-spaced blades coupled to an outer periphery of the hub.

A ventilator for a control device for a vehicle may include a stator having a plurality of coils and a rotor comprising a hollow cylinder. An impeller may include a plurality of blades, the impeller being coupled to the hollow cylinder such that a rotation of the hollow cylinder causes a rotation of the impeller. The hollow cylinder may have a plurality of magnets. The stator may partially encompasses the rotor.
Segmented fan wheel
The invention relates to a fan wheel having blades (11) which are distributed over the circumference and are connected to one another in the circumferential direction via at least one ring. The fan wheel consists of at least three integrally formed segments (I to VII). Said segments comprise at least one respective ring portion (1) of at least one ring as well as either a blade (II) or at least a portion of the blades. The segments (I to VII) are joined together to form the fan wheel. The ring portions (1) lie against each other with edges (4, 5) which form the joining areas (15, 16) that are disposed transversely with respect to the circumferential direction of the fan wheel. At least one edge (4) of the ring portion (1) of each segment (I to VII) is provided with at least one projecting form-fitting part (18), and at least one edge (4, 5) of the ring portion (1) of each segment (I to VII) is provided with at least one recess (17) which is at least approximately complementary to the form-fitting part (18).
Fan coil unit with shrouded fan
An air handling unit for use with an air conditioning system is provided including a housing duct through which air is circulated. A vane-axial flow fan circulates air through the housing duct. The fan includes an impeller having a plurality of fan blades extending therefrom and an axis of rotation arranged substantially in-line with a flow path of the air. A heat exchanger assembly is arranged within the housing duct in a heat transfer relationship with the air circulating through the housing duct.

A dual concentric turbine system for use in an air cycle environmental control system including: a shaft configured to rotate around a rotational axis of the shaft; a first turbine attached to the shaft; a second turbine attached to the shaft and concentric to the first turbine; and an integral shroud attached to the shaft, the integral shroud being radially interposed between the first turbine and the second turbine, wherein the first turbine, the second turbine, and the integral shroud are configured to rotate with the shaft around the rotational axis of the shaft.

A fan wheel has a hub cup and a plurality of blades which are arranged on the hub cup and extend radially outward from an outer wall of the hub cup which is in particular at least substantially cylindrical. Each blade has a leading edge and a trailing edge, wherein for at least one blade, an axial unit depth z*(t) of the blade has an aperiodically wave-like shape. A radiator fan module has a fan wheel of the type described above, and the fan wheel can be used in a motor vehicle.
