The rotor actively magnetically levitated in a radial plane and passively magnetically stabilized in the axial direction against tilting. The stator has coil cores, each including a longitudinal limb extending in the axial direction and a transverse limb arranged in the radial plane. The transverse limb extends from the longitudinal limb and is bounded by an end face. A concentrated winding is arranged on each of the longitudinal limbs surrounding a respective longitudinal limb. The end faces have a first distance in the radial direction from a first portion and a second distance in the radial direction from a second portion, the second distance greater than the first distance.

The cover is provided with a fluid stopper. The diversion plate is disposed in the cooling chamber, and one end of the diversion plate abuts against the fluid stopper, so that the cooling chamber is divided into an upper passage and a lower passage. The housing unit includes a housing and a pump module. The fluid in the housing is driven by the pump module to flow through the upper passage to the lower passage, and then the fluid returns to the housing to carry the heat from the heat conductor.

The invention discloses a micro hydraulic suspension mechanical pump structure and an assembling method thereof. The hydraulic suspension micro pump includes a volute, an upper end cap, a positioning sheet, an impeller, a hollow cup motor, a waterproof cover, and a rotor. The hollow cup motor includes a motor casing, a motor bottom cap, a magnet rotor, a coil, and an iron core. The waterproof cover is in a separated state from the motor, and a lower part has a positioning boss to implement radial cooperation with a recess at a corresponding position of the motor. At the same time, there is the sheet between the recess and the boss to implement axial positioning of the waterproof cover.

The invention relates to the field of pump design. A multistage centrifugal pump with two parallel flows of pumped medium comprises a housing consisting of two separate parts, each of which contains impellers and guide apparatus, and a central pressure cover mounted between said parts of the housing. A delivery pipe is vertical and centrally oriented. The pump additionally includes an end transfer cover for transferring fluid from the first part of the housing to the second part via transfer channels provided integrally with the pressure cover and the transfer cover. The impellers are arranged in the first and second parts of the housing such as to be opposed to one another in relation to the central pressure cover. The first part of the housing comprises a horizontal suction pipe and a vertical discharge pipe, which are disposed on the drive side of the pump and are configured in the form of a single cast part. The discharge pipe is connected by a transfer pipe to an annular chamber in the central pressure cover. The invention is directed toward simplifying the installation, assembly and repair of the pump in an operating environment, reducing the length of the pump piping, and allowing for disassembly and repair of the wet end of the pump without disconnecting the suction and discharge pipes.
