Ceiling fan and assembling method thereof
A ceiling fan may include a shaft coupled to a ceiling, a cover to surround the shaft, a main blade having a blade hole which is a space open inward, and a sub-blade positioned in the blade hole. The sub-blade is disposed to have an angle of attack different from an angle of attack of the main blade. The ceiling fan may resolve a red zone of the air flow and may improve air volume and the flow rate due to the dual blades.
Isolation of a fan connector for vibration reduction
A fan carrier is to be placed in physical communication with a fan-side connector of an information handling system. The fan carrier includes a plunger assembly and multiple isolators. The plunger assembly is biased toward an at-rest position. The plunger assembly is in physical communication with the fan-side connector when the plunger assembly is in a deformed position. The isolators are mounted on the fan carrier, and dampen vibration energy in the fan carrier and prevent the vibration energy from being transferred to the fan-side connector. The isolators enable the fan-side connector to float within the fan carrier.
Fan
A fan includes a column assembly, a fan head, a hinge assembly, and a support structure connected to the fan head and the column assembly. The hinge assembly includes a first connection member and a second connection member which are hinge-connected to each other. The first connection member is connected to the column assembly, and the second connection member is connected to the fan head. The fan head is configured to rotate around the support structure, and an axis around which the fan head rotates relative to the support structure coincides with an axis around which the first connection member and the second connection member rotate relative to each other.
SUSPENSION ASSEMBLY OF INDUSTRIAL FAN
A suspension assembly of industrial fans is provided. The suspension assembly of industrial fans includes a suspending main rod and a sub rod. A first adapter is pivotally disposed on a bottom end of the suspension main rod and provided with a plurality of first assembly holes. One end of the sub rod corresponding to the first adapter is pivotally connected with a second adapter which includes second assembly holes corresponding to the first assembly holes. A fan body is installed at the other end of the sub rod. According to environmental requirements and wind field coverage, directions and angles of air flows from the fan body can be changed by adjustment of relative positions of the second assembly holes of the second adapter to the first adapter. Therefore, good air circulation and ventilation in the environment is provided.
Shock absorbing fan casing
A fan casing for mounting of a fan includes a frame including four corner segments and four side segments that are arranged alternately with the corner segments, a seat disposed in the frame, and four support members extending radially and outwardly from the seat and connected respectively to the corner segments. Each support member includes a base connected to the seat and having a width reducing in a direction away from the seat, and a rib connected between the base and the corresponding corner segment. The bases are interconnected to surround the seat. Any two adjacent bases are interconnected to form an arc surface facing the corresponding side segment and adapted to absorb shock.
Cartridge-based fan apparatus
A cartridge-based fan apparatus includes a cartridge component, wherein the cartridge component includes at least an airflow driver and at least a first spindle secured to a rotary device, a cartridge housing unit, wherein the cartridge housing unit includes a cartridge insertion chamber, a motor, and a drive element that mechanically couples the motor to the spindle when the cartridge is inserted in the cartridge insertion chamber, and a securing mechanism that secures the cartridge component in the cartridge insertion chamber.
COOLING FAN
A cooling fan includes: a fan housing mounted on a mounting bracket; a rotary shaft rotatably supported by the fan housing; a rotor fixed to the rotary shaft; a stator fixed to the fan housing and disposed at a predetermined gap from the rotor; an impeller connected to the rotor so as to rotate therewith; and a separation prevention member formed in the mounting bracket so as to prevent the impeller from being separated from the fan housing. the separation prevention bar comprises: a pair of vertical bars formed at opposite edges of the air passage portion in a vertical direction to the mounting bracket and a horizontal bar connecting upper portions of the vertical bars, thereby providing a gap between the impeller and the horizontal bar so that the separation prevention bar does not interfere with rotation of the impeller.
AXIAL FAN
Provided is an axial fan including a pair of fan units, wherein each of the pair of fan units includes a rotor, a motor, and a housing, the rotor includes an impeller cup configured to rotate about a rotation axis, and a fan extending radially from the impeller cup, the motor is provided inside the impeller cup, the housing includes a housing portion housing the rotor, and a base portion supporting the motor, a connection portion is provided to an axial end surface of the base portion and on an inner peripheral side relative to the impeller cup, and the pair of fan units is connected to each other via the connection portions in a direction of the rotation axis.
FAN FRAME ASSEMBLY
A fan frame assembly includes a first fan frame and a second fan frame. The first fan frame includes a first annular wall part and a plurality of first engagement parts connected to the first annular wall part. The second fan frame includes a second annular wall part and a plurality of second engagement parts connected to the second annular wall part. Each of the first engagement parts has a positioning structure extending along an axial direction of the first annular wall part, and each of the second engagement parts has a positioning structure extending along the axial direction of the first annular wall part. when the first engagement parts and the second engagement parts are respectively engaged with each other, the positioning structures of the second engagement parts are positioned by the positioning structures of the first engagement parts.
Quick-release mechanism for fan, fixing assembly for fan, and fan assembly
A quick-release mechanism for fan includes a first lateral cover, a second lateral cover, a latch member, a handle, and a pushing member. The first lateral cover has a slot hole. The latch member extends from the slot hole and has an engaging block and an actuation portion connected to the engaging block. The handle has a first pivot end and a second pivot end pivotally connected to the first lateral cover and the second lateral cover, respectively. The handle is movable between a first position and a second position. The pushing member is disposed at the first pivot end. When the handle is at the first position, the actuation portion moves toward the first lateral cover. When the handle is at the second position, the pushing member pushes the actuation portion to move toward a direction away from the inner surface.
