Disclosed is a four-way valve including a housing having a refrigerant filling chamber formed therein, a high pressure pipe hole formed on a bottom surface of the housing and coupled to a high pressure pipe through which refrigerant discharged from the compressor flows, a first pipe hole formed on an upper surface of the housing and coupled to a first pipe extending to a first heat exchanger, a second pipe hole formed on the upper surface of the housing and coupled to a second pipe extending to a second heat exchanger, a low pressure pipe hole formed on the upper surface of the housing and configured to allow the refrigerant to be collected to the compressor, and a switching guide configured to rotate to allow the low pressure pipe hole to selectively communicate with the first pipe hole or the second pipe hole.

To achieve the improvement of recovery efficiency from a rod end oil chamber to a head end oil chamber during extending operation of a stick cylinder, and at the same time, to prevent an operation speed of the stick cylinder from being impaired when recovery is impossible., as well as to achieve the reduction of the number of parts, in a construction machine equipped with a stick. It is configured such that a first region Y1 at which a discharge valve passage 14g is opened while being throttled and a second region Y2 at which the discharge valve passage 14g is wider opened than at the first region Y1 are provided, in an operating position of a stick control valve 14 during extending operation of the stick cylinder, and if recovery from the rod end oil chamber 9b to the head end oil chamber 9a during extending operation of the stick cylinder 9 is possible, the stick control valve 14 is caused to be positioned at the first region Y1, and if the recovery is impossible, positioned at the region Y2.

Hydraulic control valve

A new means of achieving a valve float position in a closed centered hydraulic control valve. The valve has a main spool position whereby pressure compensator load sense control pressure is drained to tank through the main spool. Secondly, a pin acts on the pressure compensator to prevent the main pump flow from reaching the main section spool. Finally, the new spool position adds a connection from the consumer to tank, enabling a float position.

Failsafe valve for geared rotary actuator

A failsafe vale provides Hole-In-The-Wall failsafe functionality for thin-wing aircraft control surface actuation systems having a geared rotary actuator powered by a hydraulic rotary motor. The failsafe valve is associated with the hydraulic rotary motor and mechanically connected to the control surface, and enables the flight control surface to return to an aerodynamically neutral failsafe position if electrical control and/or hydraulic pressure is lost. When the failsafe valve receives a normal command pressure from the hydraulic system, the valve is inactive and the actuation system operates normally. However, if there is a loss of electrical command capacity to control hydraulic valves and/or a loss of hydraulic pressure, the failsafe valve is activated and connects one of the motor hydraulic control lines to the case return line for the motor if the control surface is away from its failsafe position. Consequently, the control surface will be hydraulically powered or aerodynamically ratcheted to its failsafe position in the failure event.

The unit includes a control slide movable into different working positions in an axial direction for controlling a hydraulic flow between the hydraulic ports and a slide housing surrounding the control slide. The control slide includes a control segment which is delimited in the axial direction by a control edge, and cooperates with an axial housing segment of the slide housing for controlling a flow cross section for hydraulic flow at the control segment. The control slide is rotationally driven about an axis of rotation in a rotational direction. The control edge of the control segment or the housing segment cooperating with the control segment is designed such that the flow cross section has a different size depending on a rotational position of the control slide.
