CYLINDER, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, CONSTRUCTION MACHINE AND PROCEDURE
A cylinder has a piston part, a cylinder part, and a pipe section connected to the piston or cylinder parts. A portion of the pipe section encloses a pressure compartment which receives a fluid to apply a pressure on a pressure surface so the piston part is displaced in a first stroke direction. A first return pressure compartment receives a fluid to apply a pressure on a first return pressure surface so that the piston part is displaced in a second return stroke direction. The first return pressure compartment is positioned on the outside of the pipe section, and the area of the first return pressure surface is substantially equal to the area of the return pressure surface so that a volume-neutral operation of the cylinder is provided. Also described is a hydraulic system, an excavator comprising the cylinder and a procedure for operation of the cylinder.
CYLINDER DEVICE FOR A HYDRAULIC LIFTING DEVICE WITH DISTANCE MEASUREMENT, HYDRAULIC LIFTING DEVICE, CHASSIS AND MOBILE DEVICE
A cylinder device for a hydraulic lifting device has a housing and a piston rod axially movable relative to the housing. A rotary element is mounted on the housing in such a way that a rotary movement of the rotary element relative to the housing is possible and an axial movement of the rotary element relative to the housing is prevented. The piston rod has a movement transmission element, wherein the movement transmission element translates an axial movement of the piston rod into a rotary movement of the rotary element. A sensor unit is attached to the housing, which detects the rotary movement of the rotary element. Furthermore, a hydraulic lifting device with such a cylinder device, a chassis of a mobile device with a lifting device and a mobile device with a chassis are provided.
Hydraulic actuator arrangement
A hydraulic actuator arrangement (1) is described comprising a hydraulic actuator having a pressure chamber (2), a cylinder (3) in a cylinder housing (4), and a piston (5) connected to a piston rod, a hydraulic pump (7) connected to the pressure chamber (2) and an electric motor (8) driving the hydraulic pump (7), wherein the pump (7) and the motor (8) are arranged within the actuator. Such an actuator arrangement should have many application possibilities. To this end, a hydraulic pressure amplifier (10) is arranged between the hydraulic pump (7) and the pressure chamber (2).
Seal device for hydraulic circuit
In a seal device for a hydraulic circuit, in which an oil passage that supplies hydraulic oil to or discharges the hydraulic oil from a hydraulic actuator operated by hydraulic pressure is formed over at least two members that relatively move, and a seal member that seals a gap between the two members in a liquid-tight manner is disposed in an interior of a groove section that is formed in at least either one of the two members, a communication section that allows the groove section to communicate with any portion of the oil passage such that the hydraulic oil in the interior of the groove section moves along with supply of the hydraulic oil to or discharge of the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic actuator is formed.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDER, FOR EXAMPLE FOR USE WITH A HYDRAULIC TOOL
The invention relates to a hydraulic cylinder, for example for use with a hydraulic tool, which hydraulic tool is provided with a frame and an element which is movable with respect to the frame by means of the hydraulic cylinder.
A hydraulic tool which is operated by means of a hydraulic cylinder as described above is known from, for example, European patent no. 0641618. This patent discloses a frame which is coupleable to a jib of an excavator or the like and to which an assembly of two jaws can be coupled. One of the jaws is pivotable with respect to the other jaw by means of a hydraulic adjusting cylinder (a double-acting piston/cylinder combination).
COUNTERBALANCED RETRACT ACTUATOR FOR LANDING GEAR
An aircraft landing gear actuation system which uses two separate actuation forces to retract aircraft landing gear is disclosed. One of the actuation forces may be provided by an actuator, such as a hydraulic actuator. Another of these actuation forces may be provided by a pressurized fluid that is directed into the actuator through a conduit that extends into a hollow interior of an actuator rod of the actuator. The pressurized fluid may be provided from a pressurized fluid source that contains a fixed volume of pressurized fluid. This pressurized fluid may exert a force on an actuator piston of the actuator or the actuator rod. The pressurized fluid may also be used to dampen the deployment of the landing gear.
Sensor unit for fluidic cylinder and fluidic cylinder
A sensor unit for a fluidic cylinder having a base carrier on which a circumferential seal is formed, so that an interior of the fluidic cylinder is sealable, and having a position sensor for detecting a position of the piston, and having a pressure sensor for detecting a pressure in the interior.
SEAL GROOVE COOLING FLOW
Disclosed are seal arrangements in a hydraulic device. The seal arrangement includes a seal channel defining a loop. A seal is seated within the seal channel. A coolant flow passage has a first part intersecting with the seal channel at a first point and a second part intersecting with the seal channel at a second point. The first part of the coolant flow passage is configured to provide hydraulic fluid to the seal channel such that, at the first point, a first portion of the hydraulic fluid flows in a first direction around the loop and a second portion of the hydraulic fluid flows in a second direction opposite to the first direction around the loop. At the second point, the first portion of hydraulic fluid and the second portion of hydraulic fluid are configured to flow into the second part of the coolant flow passage.
HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR, WORKING DEVICE, AND ENERGY-WOOD GRAPPLE
A hydraulic actuator includes two or more cylinder parts that nest inside each other, each cylinder part including a piston and piston rod forming an operating element and a cylindrical component, inside which the operating element is arranged, the piston of the inner cylinder part being inside the piston rod of the outer cylinder part, chambers formed for each cylinder part, a pressure-medium feed arrangement creating work-movement in the operating element by the pressure medium led to the chambers, a pressure-difference-controlled valve controlling operation of the hydraulic actuator between a first ducting and a second ducting, controlling the feed of the pressure medium among the chambers and a pressure-difference-controlled spool valve including a housing, connecting chambers and a spool arranged to move backwards and forwards in the housing to open and close the connections creating a work movement alternately by the operating element of the inner or outer cylinder part.
Aircraft assembly
An aircraft assembly having: a first part; a second part, the second part being movably mounted with respect to the first part; an electro-hydraulic actuator coupled between the second part and a first anchor point, the actuator comprising a cylinder defining a bore and a piston and rod assembly slidably mounted within the bore and an active chamber within which an increase in fluid pressure causes the actuator to change during a first phase between first and second extension states to move the second part relative to the first part. The electro-hydraulic actuator further includes a hydraulic fluid supply circuit comprising a piezo-electric pump operable to supply pressurised fluid to the active chamber to change the actuator between first and second extension states.
