ALTERNATIVE DAIRY
A method to prepare a food composition includes providing a nut from Canarium or a nut from Cyperus esculentus; removing a flavor from the nut; providing an enzyme; and mixing the nut with the enzyme for an enzymatic reaction to form the food composition, wherein the food composition does not contain animal milk. The method may further include providing a cultivating material and mixing the nut with the cultivating material for a microbial fermentation, providing a whitening agent and mixing the nut with the whitening agent, or providing a baking soda and mixing the nut with the baking soda. The food composition may include a substitute for cheese, dessert, or ice cream.
PRODUCTION OF WATER-SOLUBLE HYDROLYZED CLINOPTILOLITE FRAGMENTS
Methods are provided to make clinoptilolite into a water-soluble hydrolyzed form suitable for various administration routes, including oral administration. Absorption of water-soluble hydrolyzed clinoptilolite fragments can aid in detoxification by binding heavy metals and environmental toxins, can reduce reactive oxygen species and inflammation related to heavy metals and other/environmental toxins, resulting in an increase in energy, and/or in an increase in one or more of focus, concentration, and memory. Water-soluble hydrolyzed clinoptilolite fragments can be combined with one or more dietary supplements, including various vitamins and sleep aids.
Production of water-soluble hydrolyzed clinoptilolite fragments and nutraceutical products based on water-soluble hydrolyzed clinoptilolite fragments

Pesticide residue removal device for refrigerator, and refrigerator
A pesticide residue removal device for a refrigerator, and a refrigerator are provided. The pesticide residue removal device includes: an ozone generator configured to generate ozone; an ozone water container configured to store water therein, where the ozone water container communicates with the ozone generator, so that ozone is dissolved into water of the ozone water container to obtain ozone water; and an atomizer communicating to the ozone water container, receiving and atomizing the ozone water, and supplying the ozone water to a storage space of the refrigerator. The generated ozone water is atomized to fully fill the entire storage compartment of the refrigerator to achieve effective pesticide residue removal and sterilization; ozone water can be prepared on demand to reduce waste; and people are well prevented from getting harmed at an excessive ozone concentration.
Method for removal of metal ions from rice hull
A method for removal of metal ions from rice hulls. The method includes: 1) providing a water storage reactor, and disposing a gas dispersion device at the bottom of the water storage reactor; 2) bagging rice hulls, placing it in the water storage reactor, and pressing down on the bagged rice hulls to be lower than a water surface in the water storage reactor; 3) spraying industrial flue gas into the water storage reactor; controlling the amount of the industrial flue gas such that about 1 g of carbon dioxide is dissolved per 100 g of water, thus generating a carbonic acid solution; 4) allowing the carbonic acid solution to react with metal ions in the rice hulls to yield a precipitate; and 5) washing the rice hulls collected in step 4), washing again with desalinated water, and then squeezing the rice hulls.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FERMENTED FOOD COMPOSITION
According to a manufacturing method of the present invention, Class 2 food allergens can be decomposed even if a protease is not used, and thus a manufacturing cost is inexpensive, and a food composition having a reduced content of Class 2 food allergens can be provided without using salt water which has an effect on the taste. The fermented food composition, obtained by the manufacturing method of the present invention, has a sufficiently reduced content of the Class 2 food allergens, and thus even those who contracts pollinosis or latex allergy can safely take it. The fermented food composition is tasty, and thus it can be used instead of food having the Class 2 food allergens.
Methods for isolating compounds
The present invention in its broadest aspect relates to a method for reducing glycoalkaloid content and turbidity of an aqueous phase comprising compounds selected from two or more of PA, PI, PPO, LipO, pectin, lipid, glycoalkaloid and phenolic compounds of which at least one compound is selected from PA, PT, LipO and PPO; a) providing an aqueous phase comprising compounds selected from two or more of PA, PI, PPO, LipO, pectin, lipid, glycoalkaloid and phenolic compounds of which at least one compound is selected from PA, PT, LipO and PPO; and b) performing one or more steps to reduce the concentration of solanine in the dry matter of the aqueous phase with at least 15 percent, such as at least 20%, such as at least 25% and to achieve an optical density at 620 nm of the remaining aqueous phase of less than 0.7; such as less than 0.5; such as less than 0.3; such as less than 0.2; such as less than 0.1; and thereby obtaining an aqueous phase having reduced glycoalkaloid content and turbidity compared to an untreated aqueous phase.
Titanium-aluminum-zirconium metal oxides
A TiAlZrO metal oxide having the formula Ti.sub.xAl.sub.yZr.sub.zO.sub.n, wherein x is independently 2-10, y is independently 0.5-6, z is independently 2-10, and n is independently 2x+3y/2+2z. A method of separating a mycotoxin from a matrix using a TiAlZrO metal oxide.
Method for crystallising aqueous carbohydrate-containing substances and crystallized product obtained
A method for crystallizing aqueous carbohydrate-containing substances, comprising: purifying the aqueous substance containing carbohydrates; mixing said aqueous substance with a water-absorbing medium; distributing the above mixture in a layer on a high temperature resistant container; heating the mixture layer of the previous step in a microwave apparatus; cooling the mixture layer; re-heating and cooling the mixture layer until it reaches a humidity of 2 to 4%; spraying the crystallized mixture-layer, removing the water-absorbing medium from the crystals obtained; and recovering said crystals. A crystallized or granular product obtained by such a crystallization method.
