ELECTRO-HYDROSTATIC ACTUATION SYSTEM
An electro-hydrostatic actuation system and a method for driving a hydraulic actuator, e.g. a hydraulic cylinder, are described, wherein the system comprising a leakage branch, and wherein preferably an additional pump is arranged. The system further comprises a source for providing hydraulic liquid; a high-pressure circuit to direct the hydraulic liquid to a hydraulic actuator, such as e.g. a hydraulic cylinder; a low-pressure circuit having several branches; a main pump for hydraulic liquid arranged in the high-pressure circuit, comprising a housing having a high-pressure section and a low-pressure section, separated by gap sealings, wherein the high-pressure section comprises a first outlet and a second outlet to provide the hydraulic liquid flow in the high-pressure circuit; and wherein the low- pressure section comprises a leakage outlet; an electric motor driving the main pump.
HYDRAULIC SERIAL REPHASING CIRCUITS
A hydraulic circuit includes a hydraulic power unit, a first cylinder pair coupled with the hydraulic power unit, and a second cylinder pair coupled with the hydraulic power unit in parallel with the first cylinder pair. Re-phasing valves coupled with each cylinder of the first and second cylinder pairs are activated when a respective one of the cylinders reaches one of a fully extended or a fully retracted position. The hydraulic circuit incorporates the serially plumbed, re-phasing cylinders for synchronized movement in a system with multiple pairs of cylinders.
Synchronized hybrid clamp force controller for lift truck attachment
A hydraulic control circuit operable to selectively hydraulically link first and second hydraulic actuators and to bypass that hydraulic link.
Hydraulic system for a mobile rescue stretcher and mobile rescue stretcher
A hydraulic system for a mobile rescue stretcher has a hydraulic cylinder, with first and second working chambers, a tank and pump. The first and second chambers are connected to the pump via first and second line arrangements, respectively, and can be pressurized by the pump. Hydraulic fluid flows out of the first chamber via the first line arrangement when pressure is applied to the second chamber. The first line arrangement has a first check valve which opens when pressure is applied to the second line arrangement. Hydraulic fluid flows out of the second chamber via the second line arrangement when pressure is applied to the first chamber. The second line arrangement has a first branch line connected to the pump and a second branch line connected to the tank. A pressure valve in the second branch line opens when pressure is applied to the second line arrangement.
Power units with manual override controls for hydraulic systems
A power unit with manual override control for a hydraulic system having an initial state and at least one operational state is provided, comprising: a tank for storing hydraulic fluid that moves between a first chamber and a second chamber of a hydraulic cylinder; a pump that routes the hydraulic fluid in and out of the tank; a first relief valve; a first solenoid valve configured to shift between a plurality of positions based on the at least one operational state of the hydraulic system; a first check valve connected to the first solenoid valve; a manual override control unit comprising: a second check valve; and a second solenoid valve configured to shift between a plurality of positions based on activation of a manual override control, wherein the activation of the manual override control returns the hydraulic system from the at least one operational state to the initial state.
High-Low System for Balers, Compactors and Transfer Station Compactors
The present invention provides an improved high-low hydraulic system for compacting machinery, such as balers, horizontal balers, compactors, transfer station compactors, and the like. The high-low hydraulic system comprises at least one double rotary pump, a plurality of directional control valves, a pilot-operated back pressure reducing valve, a flow control valve, a plurality of one-way valves, and a plurality of pressure switches. The high-low hydraulic system may be regenerative or non-regenerative and provides many advantages over conventional hydraulic systems. Such advantages include greater system efficiency due to a reduced back pressure during the time of the retraction stroke and clever flow sequencing, mitigation of hydraulic shocks at the beginning and end of compaction and retraction strokes, and reduced cycle time of the cylinder during operation due to the concurrent filling of the rod end side during decompression of the blind end side after the compaction stroke. Moreover, the present high-low hydraulic system allows for the cylinder to operate at three or more independent speeds. Additionally, the present high-low hydraulic system may also comprise an accumulator and pressure transducer that further assist with substantially maintaining a predetermined hydraulic pressure on the blind end side after the completion of the compaction stroke.
Steering device, steering device for ship and switching valve
A steering device includes: a cylinder demarcated into first and second chambers by a piston; a main valve having first and second shuttle chambers; a hydraulic source having first and second discharge ports; a first oil passage configured to connect the first chamber and the first shuttle chamber; a second oil passage configured to connect the second chamber and the second shuttle chamber; a third oil passage configured to connect the first shuttle chamber and the first discharge port; a fourth oil passage configured to connect the second shuttle chamber and the second discharge port; and a tank connected to the main valve via the third oil passage and the fourth oil passage. One of the first shuttle chamber and the second shuttle chamber of the main valve is in an opened state when the hydraulic source is stopped.
Pump device and hydraulic actuator
Provided is a pump device and a hydraulic actuator that can reduce the number of steps of performance measurement. The pump device includes: a switching valve for switching a flow of oil to a first chamber or a second chamber of a cylinder device, the inside of which is segmented into the first chamber and the second chamber by a piston; an up blow valve (first chamber-side relief valve) that relieves pressure of a first chamber-side flow path connected to the first chamber; and a down blow valve (second chamber-side relief valve) that relieves pressure of a second chamber-side flow path connected to the second chamber.
Motion control
Motion of rams in fluid cylinders to drive machine parts is equalized by equalization chambers between drive chambers for equalizing outward and inward driven motion of the rams and the attached machine parts, irrespective of portions of loads and forces on the machine parts in relation to the rams. Duplicated machine parts may be closely positioned or widely separated, while providing the same controlled equalized movement irrespective of loading. The movable elements may be tilted to new angular positions before they are translated by the rams.
