A hydraulic control assembly includes means for holding pressure in a cylinder to inhibit boom or arm drop of a machine in the event that a hose between the cylinder and a main control valve (MCV) ruptures. The pressure holding means of the hydraulic control assembly include a hydraulic valve and a parts-in-body check assembly both configured for insertion into a valve cavity defined by a valve body. The hydraulic valve comprises a proportional piloted valve that controls pressure.
Valve Unit
A valve unit (V) has a valve housing (50) that includes a supply oil passage (55) configured to receive operating oil from a hydraulic pump, and a pressure adjustment valve (Va) configured to adjust the pressure of the supply oil passage (55). The pressure adjustment valve (Va) includes a pressure adjustment valve body (61) configured to open and close the supply oil passage (55), a compression coil spring (62) that keeps the pressure adjustment valve body (61) at a closed position when the pressure of the supply oil passage (55) is smaller than a set value and allows the pressure adjustment valve body (61) to open when the pressure of the supply oil passage (55) is not smaller than the set value, and a restriction member (63) configured to, when the pressure adjustment valve body (61) becomes open against the urging force of the spring (62) in response to a pressure of the operating oil, abut against the pressure adjustment valve body (61) to restrict movement of the pressure adjustment valve body (61).

The present invention relates to a hydraulic apparatus, in particular to a hydraulic valve or to a hydraulic regulator, having a housing, at least one piston axially displaceably supported in a housing bore, and a respective at least one compression spring acting on the at least one piston, wherein at least one externally accessible regulating screw is adjustable within the housing bore to set the preload of the compression spring in the axial direction, wherein the adjustment distance of the at least one regulating screw is divided into at least two adjustment ranges and the torque to be applied for the adjustment of the regulating screw is larger in a second adjustment range than in a first adjustment range.

An example valve includes: a pilot seat member comprising: a channel that is fluidly coupled to a first port of the valve, a pilot seat, and one or more cross-holes fluidly coupled to a second port of the valve; a pilot check member configured to be subjected to a fluid force of fluid in the channel of the pilot seat member acting on the pilot check member in a proximal direction; a solenoid actuator sleeve comprising a chamber; a first setting spring disposed in the chamber and configured to bias the solenoid actuator sleeve in a distal direction; and a second setting spring configured to bias the pilot check member in the distal direction, such that the first setting spring and the second setting spring cooperate to apply a biasing force in the distal direction on the pilot check member toward the pilot seat against the fluid force.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL APPARATUS
A hydraulic control apparatus includes an output-side oil passage into which oil from a first oil passage and oil from a second oil passage flow, and a pressure regulating check valve regulating a hydraulic pressure in the second oil passage. The pressure regulating check valve includes first and second elastic portions housed in a spool hole between a valve body and a bottom of the spool hole. A natural length of the second elastic portion is shorter than a distance between the valve body and the bottom when the valve body closes an inflow hole. The second elastic portion applies an elastic force to the valve body in a state in which the valve body opens the inflow hole.
LOAD-CONTROLLED HYDRAULIC SUPPLY FOR AN ATTACHMENT ATTACHED TO AN AGRICULTURAL TRACTOR
A load-controlled hydraulic supply for an attachment attached to an agricultural tractor includes a hydraulic high-pressure source providing a volume flow in a supply line, a pressure-compensated control valve including an actuation device for adjusting the volume flow in the supply line, a return line leading to a hydraulic reservoir, and a load-indicating line. The volume flow is adjusted based on pressure feedback prevailing at the load-indicating line.
LOAD-CONTROLLED HYDRAULIC SUPPLY FOR AN ATTACHMENT ATTACHED TO AN AGRICULTURAL TRACTOR
A load-controlled hydraulic supply for an attachment attached to an agricultural tractor includes a hydraulic high-pressure source providing a volume flow in a supply line, a return line leading to a hydraulic reservoir, and a load-indicating line connected to a device for pressure limiting. The volume flow is adjusted based on pressure feedback prevailing at the load-indicating line.
Pressure limiting device, in particular for an assist system for vehicles
The invention relates to a pressure-limiting device designed to be installed in a system comprising a first line (11) and a second line (12) that can comprise pressurised oil, as well as comprising a discharge and/or booster line (10). The device also comprises a pressure selector (130, 150) in the form of a cage defining two seats (132, 134) and two pressure relief valves (160, 180). The limiting device is characterised in that it further comprises at least one means (170, 172; 190, 192) for regulating a pressure relief valve, disposed on the outside of an axial end of the pressure selector (150), in the form of a cage that allows the loading of the associated pressure relief valve to be regulated.
COUNTER PRESSURE VALVE ARRANGEMENT
A counter pressure valve arrangement for controlling a pressure level of a hydraulic fluid in a return line from a hydraulic actuator arrangement. The counter pressure valve arrangement comprises a counter pressure valve having: a moveable valve member; a counter pressure regulating port configured for being connected to the hydraulic actuator arrangement via the return line; a tank port configured for being connected to a tank or low pressure reservoir for storing low pressure hydraulic fluid; and a pump port configured for being connected to a source of pressurised hydraulic fluid. A first position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the pump port and the counter pressure regulating port for supplying pressurised hydraulic fluid to the return line (4), and a second position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the counter pressure regulating port and the tank port for discharging hydraulic fluid from the return line to the tank.

A counter pressure valve arrangement for controlling a pressure level of a hydraulic fluid in a return line from a hydraulic actuator arrangement. The counter pressure valve arrangement comprises a counter pressure valve having: a moveable valve member; a counter pressure regulating port configured for being connected to the hydraulic actuator arrangement via the return line; a tank port configured for being connected to a tank or low pressure reservoir for storing low pressure hydraulic fluid; and a pump port configured for being connected to a source of pressurised hydraulic fluid. A first position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the pump port and the counter pressure regulating port for supplying pressurised hydraulic fluid to the return line, and a second position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the counter pressure regulating port and the tank port for discharging hydraulic fluid from the return line to the tank.
