Agricultural Product Metering Motor Creep Control
A motor creep control system includes at least one motor and a manifold fluidically coupled to the at least one motor and configured to control flow of a fluid through the at least one motor. The manifold includes an input port, an output port, at least one fluid control valve to control the at least one motor, and a motor creep control valve. A first state of the motor creep control directs the fluid from the input port, through the at least one fluid control and motor, and to the at least one output port. Meanwhile, a second state of the motor creep control in conjunction with the at least one fluid control valve being deactivated directs the fluid from the input port that leaks past the deactivated at least one fluid control valve to the at least one output port, while bypassing the at least one motor.
HYDRAULIC VALVE WITH PRESSURE LIMITER FUNCTION
A hydraulic system includes first and second valve assemblies connected to a common pump. The first valve assembly includes a main valve housed inside a manifold. A pressure compensator valve maintains a constant pressure drop across a variable orifice of the main valve. A pressure limiter valve is in communication with the main valve and the pressure compensator valve, and allows an actuator connected to the first valve assembly to operate independently of the second valve assembly so that fluid flow to a work port of the first valve assembly is not interrupted by operation of the second valve assembly.
Open center to open center load sense conversion valve and hydraulic systems therewith
An open center (OC)-open center load sense (OCLS) conversion valve and hydraulic circuits therewith configured to control flow from a hydraulic pump to multiple hydraulic functions. The conversion valve includes cartridge, load sense, pump, first function supply, first function return, and downstream ports. When an OC cartridge is inserted in the cartridge port, regardless of load sense, the pump and first function supply ports are connected and the first function return and downstream ports are connected. When an OCLS cartridge is inserted in the cartridge port and load sense is detected, the pump and first function supply ports are connected and the first function return and downstream ports are connected. When an OCLS cartridge is inserted in the cartridge port and load sense is not detected, the pump, first function return and downstream ports are connected.

Hydraulic driving system
In a hydraulic driving system, a plurality of loading-line driving devices adjust a flow rate of an operating liquid flowing from a loading-line pump to a loading-line actuator, and a steering-line driving device adjusts a flow rate of the operating liquid flowing from the steering-line pump to the steering actuator. When one of a plurality of loading-line actuators is driving, a switching valve device connects a loading-side passage and a steering-side passage. When any of the plurality of loading-line actuators is not driving, the switching valve device disconnects the loading-side passage and the steering-side passage.
ENGINEERING MACHINERY HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The present invention provides an engineering machinery hydraulic system with compensation differential pressure controllable, uses an electronic pressure compensating valve to solve the problem of flow mismatch under conditions of pressure over-limit and flow saturation, and realizes proportional shunt control and high-precision flow distribution of the system. The engineering machinery hydraulic system disclosed in the present invention has the advantages of low energy consumption, fast response speed, and high flow control precision.
CONTROL DEVICE FOR HYDRAULIC MACHINE
A control device for a hydraulic machine such as a revolving excavator work machine having a structure that can cope with such an engine output decreasing environment as a work under a low atmospheric pressure at a high altitude without generating noise caused by engine rotation number increase. The control device corrects a control output value to be applied to an electromagnetic proportional valve for load-sensing valve control in a load-sensing type pump control system, based on a detected state quantity related to the engine output decreasing environment. When an engine speed-sensitive pump control system is adopted, a control output value generated based on a detected decrease in the actual engine rotation number is combined with a control output value generated by the load-sensing type pump control system.
Pump control system of work machine
A work machine pump control system includes: a pump horsepower control valve (22) which causes a first urging force determining a limited horsepower (F) of a hydraulic pump and a second urging force due to a delivery pressure of the hydraulic pump to act on a spool in opposition to each other and which controls the pump flow rate such that it does not exceed the limited horsepower (F); a target pump flow rate computation section (42) computing a target pump flow rate based on an operation pressure (px) and a load pressure (py); a target horsepower computation section (41) which computes a required horsepower (Freq) corresponding to an operation pressure (px) from a relationship related to the operation pressure (px) and which computes a target horsepower (Ftar) based on the required horsepower (Freq); and a pump horsepower control section (35) which controls the pump horsepower control valve (22) such that the target pump flow rate (Qtar) is delivered with the limited horsepower (F) determined by the pump horsepower control valve (22).
DUAL MARGIN PRIORITY CIRCUIT FOR INCREASED STEERING CAPACITY
A dual pressure margin priority circuit and method for controlling flow from a pump to steering valve and low priority inlets. A steering pressure valve controls flow from pump to steering valve inlets, and provides a steering valve load sense pressure. A priority valve controls flow from pump to low priority inlets. A load sense cutoff valve has a first inlet receiving the steering valve load sense pressure. The load sense cutoff valve controls flow through the priority valve based on steering valve load sense pressure at the first cutoff valve inlet. The cutoff valve can include a second inlet coupled to tank, and a load sense input coupled to the steering valve load sense pressure. The cutoff valve can be a pressure limiter valve. The priority and steering pressure valves can be 2-way proportional flow spool valves with bias springs, and contributing and opposing load sense inputs.
