HYDRAULIC MACHINE
A hydraulic machine. A boom actuator includes a large chamber and a small chamber. A recovery unit receives fluid discharged from the large chamber and then recovers energy. A recovery line connects the large chamber and the recovery unit. An accumulator is connected to a first point on the recovery line. A discharge valve is disposed on the recovery line between the first point and the recovery unit. A first sensor measures a pressure in the accumulator. A controller controls opening and closing of the discharge valve. The controller performs anti-bouncing control of: determining a target pressure in the accumulator corresponding to a load pressure applied to fluid in the large chamber by a load according to a predetermined correspondence; and controlling the opening and closing of the discharge valve such that the pressure in the accumulator measured by the first sensor reaches the target pressure.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM
A hydraulic control system includes a first hydraulic cylinder, a second hydraulic cylinder, a fluid supply apparatus, a first control valve bank, a second control valve bank, a third control valve bank, and a first check valve. The first control valve bank is configured to independently control the first hydraulic cylinder; the second control valve bank is configured to independently control the second hydraulic cylinder; and the third control valve bank is configured to synchronously control the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder. Synchronous volume control is implemented through series connection of the hydraulic cylinders, and has quite high synchronization precision, which is measured to be up to two percent.
Hydraulic valve and system
An apparatus includes a hydraulic circuit that is configured to selectively open fluid communication between one portion of the hydraulic circuit and another portion of the hydraulic circuit, such as a reservoir, based on the flow of the hydraulic fluid in the one portion. When the flow of hydraulic fluid exceeds a selected threshold in the one portion of the hydraulic circuit, the flow of fluid urges the opening of a hydraulic component of the hydraulic circuit to allow fluid communication between the one portion and the reservoir to discharge fluid from the one portion.
Hydraulic system for working machine
A hydraulic system includes a first supply line connecting a boom control valve and a bottom side of a boom cylinder, a second supply line connecting the boom control valve and a rod side of the boom cylinder, a leveling switch valve having: a first operating position allowing a leveling operation of a working tool; and a first stopping position allowing the leveling operation to stop, a ride controller including: a ride-control switch valve connected to a branched fluid line branched from the first supply line; and an accumulator configured to perform an anti-vibrating operation for suppressing a pressure fluctuation of the boom cylinder, and a drain fluid line to discharge operation fluid in a downstream section extending from the leveling switch valve to the rod side of the boom cylinder in the second supply line when the leveling switch valve is switched to the first stopping position.
DUAL POWER ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC MOTION CONTROL SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a motion control unit that is capable of receiving electrical power from an electrical power source and hydraulic power from a hydraulic power source. The motion control is configured to produce a blended power output derived from the electrical and hydraulic power which can be used to power a hydraulic actuator. The motion control unit can also split hydraulic power recovered from hydraulic actuator to the electrical power source and the hydraulic power source.
Hydraulic cylinder device
A hydraulic cylinder device includes: a pump; a valve body disposed so as to partition an inside of a chamber into chambers; and a non-return valve including a movable member, an elastic member and a support member. The movable member moves to open/close one opening portion that is an opening portion on the one chamber side in a case that forms a flow channel from the one chamber toward an exterior. The elastic member gives force to the movable member in a direction to close the one opening portion, and has one end portion supported by the movable member. The support member is disposed to close an opening portion on the exterior side in the case to support the other end portion of the elastic member, and has a through hole that serves as a throttle of the flow channel from the one chamber toward the exterior.
Submersible Hydraulic Power Units with Interchangeable Manifolds
Submersible hydraulic power units with interchangeable manifolds for hydraulic systems are provided. In one embodiment, submersible hydraulic power unit (“SHPU”) for moving hydraulic fluid between a first chamber and a second chamber of a hydraulic device is provided, the SHPU comprising: a tank for storing hydraulic fluid, wherein the tank houses: a motor submerged in the hydraulic fluid, the motor having a powered on and a powered off configuration based on at least one command signal; and a pump submerged in the hydraulic fluid and connected to the motor, wherein the motor drives the pump to route the hydraulic fluid in and out of the tank; and a lid attached to the tank, wherein the lid comprises at least one opening allowing an interchangeable manifold to connect to the pump.
Actuator predictive system
An actuator system includes a piston-cylinder arrangement including a piston that is movable with respect to a cylinder. A first flow path is in fluid communication with the piston-cylinder arrangement and a second flow path is in fluid communication with the piston-cylinder arrangement. A control system is operable to fluidly connect the first flow path to a source of high-pressure fluid and to connect the second flow path to a drain to move the piston in a first direction. A pressure sensor is fluidly connected to the first flow path and is operable to measure sufficient pressure data during the movement of the piston to generate a pressure versus time curve. The control system is operable to compare the generated pressure versus time curve to a known standard pressure versus time curve stored in the control system to determine the condition of the piston-cylinder arrangement.
Three-rotational-degree-of-freedom connection mechanism, robot, robot arm, and robot hand
A three-rotational-degree-of-freedom connection mechanism required for a robot that can make motion similar to a human has a simple structure, and there is no restriction on motion within a movable range. The three-rotational-degree-of-freedom connection mechanism includes a joint connecting a second member rotatably to a first member with three rotational degrees of freedom including rotation around a torsion axis, three actuators each including variable length links having a variable length, and power sources for generating force changing the lengths of variable length links and three first-member-side link attaching units provided in first member and the second-member-side link attaching units provided on the second member such that variable length links having a twisted relationship with respect to a torsion axis exist in each state within a movable range of joint.
CONTROL DEVICE AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME
This control device controls movement of a valve body of a valve device included in a hydraulic system and includes: a stroke command calculator that calculates a stroke command for the valve body on the basis of an opening command that is input to the stroke command calculator; an observer that estimates, on the basis of the stroke command, a dynamic deviation of a stroke of the valve body that corresponds to the stroke command; and a flow force estimator that estimates, on the basis of the stroke command and the dynamic deviation, a flow force acting on the valve body. The stroke command calculator calculates the stroke command on the basis of the flow force in addition to the opening command.
