20210105944 · 2021-04-15 ·

A harvester is provided with a draper head that has a frame extending substantially across a working width of the draper head. Cutting elements are arranged at a front side of the draper head and connected to the frame. Conveying surfaces and conveying members transport cut crop from the cutting elements to a discharge location of the draper head. A reel extends transversely to a working direction of the draper head across the working width of the draper head. Reel support arms are pivotably supported on the frame and support the reel. A hydraulic adjusting drive is operatively connected to the reel support arms to pivot the reel support arms to carry out a height adjustment of the reel. A hydraulic circuit is operatively connected to the hydraulic adjusting drive and has a hydraulic valve that is able to lock the hydraulic circuit.

Actuator control valve arrangement

A spoiler actuator can be operated by applying high pressure to a first chamber of the actuator on receipt of a command to extend the spoiler; applying high pressure to a second chamber of the actuator on receipt of a command to retract the spoiler; and on failure of a supply of the high pressure actuating an anti-extension valve to prevent extension of the spoiler; disengaging the anti-extension valve to permit extension if pressure applied to the anti-extension valve exceeds a predetermined force of a spring biasing the anti-extension valve to the engaged position, wherein additional force is applied to the anti-extension valve if the spoiler is retracted beyond a neutral position.

SOLENOID FLOW CONTROL VALVE

A solenoid flow control valve includes: an inlet passage that allows an inlet port to communicate with a pilot pressure chamber; an outlet passage that allows the pilot pressure chamber to communicate with an outlet port; a fixed restrictor provided on the outlet passage; a pilot spool that closes the inlet passage when a solenoid is in a non-excitation state, whereas when solenoid is in an excitation state, opens inlet passage at an opening degree corresponding to an input current value to generate a pilot pressure corresponding to the input current value in pilot pressure chamber, the pilot spool opening a bypass passage when input current value is less and closes bypass passage when input current value is greater than or equal to the predetermined value; and a main spool that controls a flow rate from inlet to outlet port in accordance with the pilot pressure chamber's pilot pressure.

Electrohydraulic control circuit for a large manipulator

An electrohydraulic control circuit includes a hydraulically-operated drive assembly and an emergency valve. The hydraulically-operated drive assembly includes an electrically-actuated proportional valve and hydraulic operating lines. The proportional valve is connected to the hydraulic operating lines for actuation of the drive assembly in a normal operation mode. The proportional valve is also connected to a pressure supply line and to a return line. The emergency valve is connected to the hydraulic operating lines for actuation of the drive assembly in an emergency operation mode. In the emergency operation mode, the emergency valve is actuated via an emergency operating unit.

ACTUATOR CONTROL ARRANGEMENT

An actuator control arrangement comprising: a hydraulic actuator having a housing and a piston rod axially moveable within the housing between a neutral position, a retracted position and an extended position with respect to the housing in response to application of pressure to the piston rod; the arrangement further comprising a check valve moveable between a first position providing a flow path between a pressure source and the actuator, and a second position in which the flow path is closed off; and characterised by a mechanical link between the piston rod and the check valve, actuated in response to the piston rod passing a predetermined retracted position in a negative stroke direction, to set the check valve to the first position.
