WHEELCHAIR LIFT SYSTEMS
A wheelchair lift system for a vehicle comprises: a platform for accommodating a wheelchair; a lifting arm; a hydraulic circuit including a hydraulic actuator arranged to act on the lifting arm to raise and lower the platform; a barrier mounted on the platform and pivotable between a raised position and a lowered position; a plurality of sensors each arranged to generate a sensor output; a user input device arranged to generate control signals to control operation of the lift; and a control unit. The control unit is arranged to receive the control signals and to receive the sensor output from each of the sensors and to control the hydraulic circuit thereby to control of the lift to perform a number of different operations. The control unit is also operable in a fully operational mode and a safety mode and is arranged to perform a plurality of checks on the sensor outputs, and to record a result of each of the checks, and to switch between the fully operational mode and the safety mode based on the results.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDER WITH MATCHING BIAS
A hydraulic actuator has a lower cylinder comprising a lower cylinder extension area and a lower cylinder retraction area, an upper cylinder comprising an upper cylinder extension area and an upper cylinder retraction area, and an actuator shaft. The actuator shaft has a lower cylinder piston disposed in the lower cylinder, an upper cylinder piston disposed in the upper cylinder, a lower shaft connecting the lower cylinder piston to the upper cylinder piston, and an upper shaft extending from the upper cylinder piston and at least partially externally from the upper cylinder. At least one of fluid flow of the lower cylinder matches fluid flow of the upper cylinder and (1) an internal diameter of the lower cylinder is not equal to the an internal diameter of the upper cylinder and (2) a diameter of the lower shaft is not equal to a diameter of the upper shaft.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WITH ELECTRONIC IDENTIFIERS
A hose assembly for a hydraulic system, the hose assembly includes: a first hose coupled a pump with a hydraulic actuator using a first port, wherein the first hose comprises a first electronic device configured to provide identification information for the first hose, a second hose coupled with the hydraulic actuator with a hydraulic return component using a second port, wherein the second hose comprises a second electronic device configured to provide identification information for the second hose; and a controller. The controller receives connection signals and identification information for the first hose and the second hose, determines a connection fault based on at least one of the first connection signal and the second connection signal, and adjusts internal operation of a hydraulic manifold.

The failure detection device is a failure detection device of a pilot circuit, the pilot circuit including: a pilot pressure source; a pilot pressure supply unit that supplies pilot pressure to a control valve; a pilot oil path that connects the pilot pressure source and a pilot pressure supply unit; and a pressure control unit that controls a pressure of the pilot oil path, the failure detection device including: a pressure sensor that measures the pressure on a downstream side in a pilot pressure supply direction of the pressure control unit; and a controller that controls the pressure control unit to sequentially switch the pressure of the pilot oil path and performs a failure diagnosis based on a measurement result of the pressure sensor at this time, as an operation lever which receives an operation for operating the actuator returns to a neutral state.
Arrangement with On/Off Valve, Pneumatic Actuator, Magnetic Valve and Function Monitoring Device
An arrangement includes a field device with an on/off valve, a pneumatic actuator that moves the on/off valve, when applied with compressed air, into one on/off position and when ventilated into the other on/off position, a magnetic valve that applies compressed air to the actuator during electric actuation and ventilates the actuator during non-actuation and a function monitoring device that detects at least one parameter that refers to the movement of the on/off valve, where the function monitoring device includes a magnetic field sensor detecting changes to a magnetic field, where the magnetic field sensor is arranged in the region of the magnetic valve and generates a signal awakening the function monitoring device to detect the at least one parameter.
Hydraulic Drive Device for Working Machine
There is provided a hydraulic drive device for a working machine with which a number of times of maintenance can be reduced. A controller (20) opens a first on-off valve (25a), closes a second on-off valve (25b), switches a first directional switching valve (30a) to a first position (A), and switches a second directional switching valve (30b) to a third position (C), thereby pressure oil from a hydraulic pump (1a) is supplied from the first on-off valve to an actuator (5a) through the first directional switching valve. When history data of the first on-off valve is determined to satisfy a prescribed condition, the controller closes the first on-off valve, opens the second on-off valve, switches the first directional switching valve to a second position (B), and switches the second directional switching valve to a fourth position (D), thereby pressure oil from the hydraulic pump is supplied from the second on-off valve to the actuator through the second directional switching valve. For example, the controller determines that the prescribed condition is satisfied when an operation number of times of the first on-off valve reaches a first prescribed value.
Construction machine
A construction machine incorporates a hydraulic closed circuit system capable of suppressing, even where a selector valve is stuck in an open state by a failure of the selector valve or a control system therefor, unintended operation of a hydraulic actuator and continuing operation of a machine body. The construction machine includes first sensors that detect open-closed states of a plurality of switching valves, first compulsory valve closing devices that change over the plurality of switching valves to a closed position irrespective of open-close control by a machine body controller, and a valve device controller that controls, when it is detected based on the open-closed states of the plurality of selector values detected by the first sensors that one of the plurality of selector values is stuck in an open state, the first compulsory valve closing device such that other selector valve connected to one of the plurality of closed circuit pumps to which the one selector valve is connected is closed.
Leakage modulation in hydraulic systems containing a three-way spool valve
Hydraulic systems and associated methods configured to reduce leakage past a spool valve when the system is in a neutral state. Leakage reduction is achieved by shifting the spool valve within the spool bore. The shifting direction can depend on whether the system has a relatively high load or a relatively low load in the neutral state. The amount of shifting can depend on the pressure differential between the supply line and the work port, and/or the pressure differential between the work port and the tank line.
CONTROL VALVE, DERRICKING CYLINDER AND WORKING METHOD THEREOF, AERIAL WORK PLATFORM
Provided are a control valve, a derricking cylinder and a working method thereof, and an aerial work platform, relating to the field of aerial work. The control valve of the derricking cylinder includes a first balance valve provided on the oil circuit between the first port G and the second port F, and a second balance valve provided on the oil circuit between the third port H and the fourth port E; and a switch valve in series with the first balance valve is further provided on the oil circuit between the first port G and the second port F.

A pressure control device is provided and includes a body which has a groove-shaped flow path including a groove part and a widened part connected to the groove part and having a width larger than a width of the groove part, and a filter unit which captures foreign matters mixed in a fluid which passes through the groove-shaped flow path. The filter unit includes a frame body being in a cylindrical shape and including a through hole part which penetrates in a direction along a central axis, and at least one filter member being in a planar plate shape disposed to intercept the through hole part and supported inside the frame body, in which the filter unit is accommodated in the widened part so that a direction orthogonal to the central axis of the frame body is along a depth direction of the widened part.
