The invention relates to a device for holding a head of a pin of a component, said device having a receiving space which defines an opening via which the head of the pin can be inserted; a spring element disposed in the receiving space; and a path limiter which is disposed in the receiving space. The spring element has a receptacle for the head of the pin of the component, and the straight line which connects the geometric center point of the opening to the geometric center point of the receptacle forms a reference line. A curved or bent receiving section of a spring arm of the spring element is provided as part of the receptacle. The receiving section has at least one distance point which is arranged furthest from the reference line than other points along the extension of the curved or bent receiving section.

Recessed housing clip

A friction clip includes a coupling portion having a coupling element, a middle portion adjacent the coupling portion, and an end portion adjacent the middle portion and opposite the coupling portion. The middle portion includes a bent out tab having a first interference edge configured to engage an internal wall of a first canister having a first diameter and the end portion includes a second interference edge configured to engage an internal wall of a second canister having a second diameter. Alternatively, a multi-part friction clip includes a first member that is couplable to a light module, and a second member that is removably couplable to the first member. The second member includes a coupling portion configured to removably engage with the first member, a middle portion having a bent out tab that includes a first interference edge, and an end portion that includes a second interference edge.

Ceiling system

Described herein is a ceiling system in one embodiment includes a grid support member, ceiling panel, and grid hanger configured to support the grid support member in a suspended manner from an overhead structural support. The grid hanger includes a mounting bracket configured for attachment to the structural support and a hanger member. The hanger member is adjustable in a plurality of selectable mounting positions relative to the mounting bracket, thereby allowing the mounted height of the grid support member to be adjusted in the field. In some embodiment, the hanger member is further angularly adjustable relative to the mounting bracket to avoid installation obstacles. Locking elements are provided to secure the hanger member in the selected mounting position. In one embodiment, the grid support member may have a T-shaped cross section.

Clamping ring and shell structure having the same

A clamping ring including a connecting beam and two engaging members is provided. The two engaging members are respectively disposed at two ends of the connecting beam, and the connecting beam and the two engaging members are adapted to accommodate and clamp a wire. At least one of the two engaging members has a curved portion, a column foot, and a hook. The curved portion has an obliquely extended neck block. The neck block is coupled to the corresponding end of the connecting beam, such that the curved portion has a vertical distance with respect to the connecting beam. A hollow groove is formed inside the curved portion. The column foot is coupled to a bottom of the curved portion opposite to the neck block, and an angle is formed between the column foot and the connecting beam. The hook is coupled to the column foot, and a deforming groove is formed between the column foot and the hook.
