Universal Sloped Roof Solar Panel Mounting System
A universal mounting system for supporting a plurality of photovoltaic modules on a sloped support surface, such as a sloped roof, is disclosed herein. The universal mounting system may include one or more support surface attachment devices, each support surface attachment device configured to attach one or more photovoltaic modules to a support surface; and one or more module coupling devices, each module coupling device configured to couple a plurality of photovoltaic modules to one another.
COUPLING MECHANISM
Provided is a coupling mechanism that couples a first apparatus and a second apparatus, in which, on a side of the first apparatus, a projection, a first connector that is arranged at a first distance from the projection, and a guiding member that is arranged at a position closer to the first connector than to the projection and that has two protrusions are arranged, on a side of the second apparatus, a hole portion that receives the projection, a second connector that is arranged at the first distance from the hole portion and connected to the first connector, and a guided member that is guided between the two protrusions of the guiding member are arranged, and the second connector is configured to move together with the guided member.
ADJUSTABLE PLATE SUPPORT FOR A PRECAST CONCRETE PANEL
A weldment support for holding a weldment plate in a precast concrete form is provided. The weldment support holds the weldment plate at a predetermined position so that the weldment plate is exposed on one side of the finished precast concrete panel. Weldment plates have one or more studs extending into the form to anchor the plate in the precast concrete panel. The weldment support has multiple adjustment features to secure the weldment support to different sizes of studs and to set the weldment plate at different positions within the form. In some embodiments, one adjustment feature is a plurality of deflectable fingers that engage the stud of the weldment plate, and another adjustment feature is a plurality of segments that can be broken off of the support to set the position of the weldment plate in the form.
JOINT MECHANISM
A joint mechanism includes a first route member and a second route member. The first route member includes; a first pivot point disposed in a first apparatus, which forms a portion of a transport route opposite a first surface of a sheet; and a first pivot section that extends from the first pivot point toward a second apparatus and that has a first abutment member. The second route member includes: a second pivot point disposed in the second apparatus, which forms a portion of the transport route opposite a second surface of the sheet; and a second pivot section that extends from the second pivot point toward the first apparatus and that has a second abutment member. The first abutment member abuts against the second route member and the second abutment member abuts against the first route member to maintain a space to transport the sheet.
DEVICE FOR COMPENSATING FOR TOLERANCES
A device for compensating for tolerances between two parts, in particular vehicle parts, that are to be connected by means of a connecting screw, with a holding device for arranging on a first part, and a compensation device that may be brought into contact with a second part and is situated so as to be movable relative to the holding device, wherein the compensation device has an inner engagement structure for form-fit engagement with threads of the connecting screw.
SURFACE PANEL CONNECTION SYSTEM
Embodiments of the present invention provide a connection system with a projection on a first connector and a co-operating cavity on a second connector to provide push-through connection of the connectors in first and second configurations in which the projection extends to first and second depths respectively within the cavity, wherein one or more of the projection or cavity is movable in two dimensions perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the projection when received in the cavity, wherein the first and second connectors have cooperating locking surfaces arranged to engage each other when the projection is received at the second depth to prevent said movement in two dimensions and wherein the cooperating locking surfaces do not engage each other so as to prevent said movement in two dimensions when the projection is received at the first depth in the receiving cavity.
MOTOR VEHICLE FASTENING SYSTEM FOR FASTENING A FIRST MOTOR VEHICLE COMPONENT TO A SECOND MOTOR VEHICLE COMPONENT
A motor vehicle fastening system for fastening a first motor vehicle component to a second motor vehicle component by a fastening device is provided. The fastening device includes a bolt element, a screw-on element and a tolerance element. The bolt element is connected to the second motor vehicle component in a rotationally fixed manner by screwing the bolt element into the second motor vehicle component up to a contact surface formed on the bolt element. The tolerance element is screwed onto the bolt element and also is supported against the first motor vehicle component such that the tolerance element can be moved relative to the first motor vehicle component along a first axis and a second axis. A screw-on element is arranged on a side surface of the first motor vehicle component facing away from the second motor vehicle component and is screwed onto the bolt element. A spacing element is arranged between the first motor vehicle component and the second motor vehicle component such that the spacing element arranges the first motor vehicle component at a predefined distance from the second motor vehicle component when the screw-on element loads the first motor vehicle component against the second motor vehicle component via the spacing element.
CLAMP UNIT AND CLAMP DEVICE
A clamping unit includes a case with a contact surface, an operation member arranged movable in a pressing cancellation direction and a pressing promotion direction relative to the case, a pressing body arranged in a movable manner in the case to oppose the contact surface, and a movable body between the pressing body and contact surface. At least one of the contact surface, movable body, and pressing body includes an inclined surface. The inclined surface increases a protruding amount of the pressing body from the case when the movable body changes in position as the operation member moves in the pressing promotion direction and eases pressing of the movable body against the pressing body when the movable body changes in position as the operation member moves in the pressing cancellation direction to permit a decrease in the protruding amount of the pressing body from the case.
