Base fastener
The present invention relates to a base fastener which is disposed corresponding to a pair of arc holes on a base. The base fastener comprises a body. The body has a first side, a second side, and a throughhole. The throughhole penetrates through the first side and the second side. A first post and a second post protrude from the second side beside the throughhole. The first post, the second post, and the pair of arc holes are disposed correspondingly and rotatably connected to each other to be assembled with the base firmly.
RELEASABLE IMPACT MITIGATING FASTENER
The releasable impact mitigating fasteners is an adaptable mechanism that may be used as the main energy management source and/or be used as a supplemental energy management source. The improved releasable impact mitigating fasteners are easily incorporated into protective devices such as helmets and/or other protective gear for a variety of activities, applications and/or industries, that require enhanced impact absorption, reusability, and/or quick release capabilities under specifically designed impact loads, etc. Each of the releasable impact mitigating fasteners comprise a first end, a second end and an impact mitigation structure. The first end comprises a face plate, the second end may comprise at least one flange. Each of the releasable impact mitigating fasteners may further comprise a base.
AIRFOIL WITH BODY AND COVER PANEL
An airfoil includes a metal body that has holes, a cover panel carried on the metal body, and push fasteners that extend through the cover panel and into the holes to lock the cover panel on the metal body. Each of the push fasteners includes flexible barbs that engage sides of the holes to resist retraction of the fasteners from the holes. The heads of the push fastener are embedded in recesses in the cover panel.
Single-piece fastener
Aperture retention arms can extend outwardly away from an aperture shaft. An insertion end can be positioned below the aperture retention arms and can have an overall conical shape. The insertion end can include an opening having a closed interior terminal end separating a portion of a first lateral half of the insertion end and leaving another portion of the first lateral half as a connecting bridge below one of the aperture retention arms. The opening can include a channel extending from the closed interior terminal end to an open exterior terminal end to separate a second lateral half of the insertion end below another of the aperture retention arms. The insertion end below the open exterior terminal end of the channel can extend laterally outwardly beyond a straight exterior line defined by laterally outermost points of an outer longitudinal side of the second aperture retention arm.
SPRING CLIP
A spring clip for coupling a panel to a vehicle structure having at least one mounting member, includes a base portion, with upper and lower surface, configured to couplingly engage with the mounting member, and a body portion, having a central axis extending away from the lower surface of the base portion and having a first planar wall member and a second planar wall member, opposingly spaced apart from the first wall member with regards to the central axis, each one of the planar wall members extending away from the lower surface towards and joiningly converging into a distal end on the central axis. The body portion further includes at least a first pair of opposing retention elements, each one disposed on and extending laterally outwards from a respective one of the planar wall members, configured to fixingly engage when inserted into an orifice of the panel, during use.
PIN
A pin comprises a metal body extending along a longitudinal insertion axis (Ox) and has a first and a second end along the longitudinal axis (Ox), an upper face and a lower face opposite the upper face. The pin has two convex portions each having an inclined inner wall and an inclined outer wall, the inclined walls of each convex portion forming a ridge and extending along the longitudinal axis. At least one ridge has on its lower face a protruding blade obtained by cutting and folding the metal body along the longitudinal axis. A concave portion of the pin connects the inner walls of each convex portion via a central surface. The pin has at least one blocking member.
FASTENER AND ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY COMPRISING SUCH A FASTENER
A fastener having two branches extending on either side of a median plane, each branch carrying a tongue, the tongues defining between them a throat between the two branches. When the fastener is reversed with respect to another identical fastener, their respective median planes forming a non-zero angle between them, one branch of the fastener having its distal portion in contact with at least one of the two tongues of the other fastener and its outer face in contact with an inner face of one branch of the other fastener, the distal portion of the other branch of the fastener is substantially in contact with the distal portion of the other branch of the other fastener.
Blind Assembly Fastener System
Disclosed are systems and methods for coupling a first panel to a second panel via a fastening system. The fastening system comprises fastener and a doghouse structure. The fastener includes a head assembly coupled to a collar. The collar is configured to pass through and to retain the second panel via an opening formed in the second panel. The doghouse structure defines a chamber that is configured to receive and secure the head assembly. The doghouse structure is positioned on the first panel and is configured to pass at least partially through the opening.
Blind Assembly Fastener System
Disclosed are systems and methods for coupling a first panel to a second panel via a fastening system. The fastening system comprises fastener, a doghouse structure, and a seal assembly. The fastener includes a head assembly coupled to a collar. The head assembly is configured to engage a doghouse structure positioned on the first panel and the collar is configured to pass through and to retain the second panel via an opening formed in the second panel. The seal assembly includes a seal and a seal carrier. The seal carrier is coupled to the fastener via a frangible connection.
AIR CLEANER
The present disclosure relates to an air cleaner with an improved locking structure. The air cleaner includes a cabinet, a panel having a plurality of holes for discharging air to the front of the cabinet and detachably mounted on the cabinet, and a locking device to detachably connect the cabinet and the panel, wherein the locking device includes a first locking member disposed on the panel, and a second locking member disposed in the cabinet to lock or unlock the first locking member by being rotated by pressing of the first locking member.
