Construction vehicle and fastening member for construction vehicle
A construction vehicle includes a panel removably coupled to a vehicle component and fastening member for removably coupling the panel to the vehicle component. The fastening member includes a main body having a lock stud that is movable to switch the fastening member between a locked position and an unlocked position. The fastening member also includes a ring assembly. The ring assembly defines a first portion and a second portion. The first portion includes a base portion and one or more first tabs. The one or more first tabs are inclined relative to the base portion. The first portion further includes one or more second tabs parallel to the base portion. Further, the one or more first tabs and the one or more second tabs together define a seating portion for receiving the lock stud.
Fixing device
The present disclosure illustrates a fixing device comprising a sleeve which has a through hole inside and has grooves recessed on an outer surface thereof, and is placed inside receiving space of an outer casting tube, and the receiving space being formed with longitudinal protrusion rib disposed on an inside wall thereof and slidable in the grooves, and a head part is disposed inside the receiving space and has a mounting; a resilient component is abutted between the head part and the sleeve; a fastener fixed on the head part and having a riveting part mounted in the mounting hole, and a rod extended from a bottom thereof and inserted through the through hole, and having longitudinal sections and arc surfaces and the rod having a stop part outwardly protruded on a bottom side thereof, and having a guiding incline formed at top thereof.
DEVICE FOR COMPENSATING FOR TOLERANCES
The invention relates to an apparatus for compensating tolerances between a first component and a second component comprising a base element that defines a central longitudinal axis, a compensation element in threaded engagement with the base element, and a holding element fixedly connected to the base element to hold the apparatus at the first component, wherein the holding element comprises a base body, characterized in that a support wall is formed at the base body and has an upper margin remote from the second component in the state of the apparatus held at the first component and comprises a deflection section that is deflectable against a return force along a deflection curve not oriented perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis.
Fastener for securing together two panels
A fastener is provided for securing a first panel to a second panel. The fastener includes a stud insertable through apertures in the first and second panels. A handle pivotally connected to a stud head and pivotal between an upright position and a folded. A biasing assembly is connected to the stud head and the handle that biases the handle outward relative to the stud head. A fastener is also provided for securing together the first and second panels, including a grommet, a receptacle and an insert in threaded engagement with an interior of the receptacle. The receptacle may be a rivet nut.
QUARTER TURN CLIP FOR CONNECTING A VEHICLE METAL SHEET PLATE AND AN EXPANDED POLYPROPYLENE VEHICLE PANEL AND QUARTER TURN CLIP AND EXPANDED POLYPROPYLENE VEHICLE PANEL ASSEMBLY
Quarter turn clip for connecting a vehicle metal sheet plate and an expanded polypropylene vehicle panel, and quarter turn clip and expanded polypropylene vehicle panel assembly. The quarter turn clip is able to perform the sealing and pre-mounting functions despite it comprise neither a sealing ring in order to ensure the sealing function nor additional pre-mounting elements in order to pre-mount the quarter turn clip into the expanded polypropylene vehicle panel.
Vehicle panel assembly and method of panel assembly
A panel assembly for use in a vehicle includes a first face sheet, a second face sheet, and a core layer disposed between the first and second face sheets. The core layer is defined by a base material along a first section of the panel assembly, and the core layer is defined by a honeycomb structure along a second section of the panel assembly. The first section and the second section are discrete, and the first section that includes the base material extends along a perimeter of the panel assembly.
Fasteners
A fastener has a head and a shank coupled to the head and extending along a central axis of the fastener. A plurality of engagement members are disposed on a peripheral surface of the shank and connected to the shank at a point of connection to project away from the shank. The plurality of engagement members can collectively act as external threads and are flexible with respect to the shank to be relatively moveable with respect to the shank.
Removable and serviceable twist lock assembly clip for blind installation
A vehicular assembly and a method of connecting a panel to a vehicular structure in order to form an assembly. The assembly includes a clip that is used to join first and second components each of which defines an aperture therein. The first and second components are sized and shaped such that upon being joined to one another, their respective apertures are substantially aligned with one another and held together by the clip. The clip includes a first connector portion and a second connector portion. The clip can be turned in a twisting or screwing motion about an axis of rotation such that upon insertion of the clip into the aperture of the first component and subsequent rotation, the first connector portion forms a locking engagement with an edge structure that is defined by the aperture of the first component. In addition, upon additional insertion of the clip into the aperture of the second component, the second connector portion of the clip forms a resiliently-biased engagement with an edge structure that is defined by the aperture of the second component. This helps promote the blind installation of automotive components in a more ergonomic manner.
