Solar panel mounting configuration
11221034 · 2022-01-11 · ·

Mounting clamps may be utilized to quickly and easily secure solar panel modules relative to mounting rails, which may in turn be secured relative to a mounting surface (e.g., a roof). The mounting clamps may be configured to quickly secure the solar pane modules relative to the mounting rails by tightening a tightening element to pull a clamp element toward the surface of a mounting rail, thereby clamping a portion (e.g., a frame) of a solar panel module between the clamping element and an outer surface of the mounting rail.

CONNECTORS

Embodiments of this application relate to connectors configured for coupling to a hollow structure, for joining hollow structures together, and/or for joining a hollow structure to a functional element. A connector may be configured to couple to one or more hollow structures, and may be further configured to couple to one or more functional elements. Exemplary connectors comprise a shell and a plug.

A framing system includes a first connection assembly that engages with a substrate. The first connection assembly includes a first connector and a track. At least one spring flange defined by the first connector engages with a fastener positioned along the substrate to maintain the first connection assembly in a fixed position relative to the substrate and to interconnect the substrate with the track. The framing system further includes a second connection assembly defining a second connector engaged to a stud. The second connection assembly engages with the first connection assembly to interconnect the stud with the track.

Connecting apparatus

A connecting apparatus includes a main body having a first half member and a second half member; the second ends of the two half members configured to open or close relatively to each other; an accommodating cavity formed between the first and second half members; a driving member and an actuating member installed inside the accommodating cavity; the driving member capable of driving the actuating member to move toward the second ends of the two half members to an opened position, thereby expanding the second ends of the two half members outward. The connecting apparatus is installed inside an elongated member, and latch portions on the second ends of the two half members are able to latch onto another elongated member to achieve a connection between elongated members.

Shower plug bracket and moving assembly

A shower plug bracket and a moving assembly are provided. The shower plug bracket includes a base and a plug bracket portion. The plug bracket portion is configured to rotate up and down to adjust a use angle, the two cooperate with a locking structure, the locking structure includes a first component and a second component, the first component is connected to the base, the second component is disposed on the plug bracket portion, the first component is disposed with first teeth, the second component is disposed with second teeth, and the first teeth are engaged with the second teeth. When the plug bracket portion rotates upward or downward, the first teeth of the first component are disengaged from the second teeth of the second component. When the plug bracket portion stops rotating, the first teeth and the second teeth reset to an engaged state.

Structural fastener

A U-shaped clamp to attach or snap a conduit or pipe to a slotted structural member. The U-shaped clamp includes a bottom portion, a first side having a first wing connected to the bottom portion; a second side having a second wing connected to the bottom portion thereby forming a U-shaped structure with the first and second sides. The at least one wing snaps into a strut ledge or a rolled edge of the structural member when in an engaged position. The structural member may be a strut or a receiver. The wings engage and snap into curled ends or lips on sides of the strut and thus may adapt the pipe clamp to the strut. Alternatively, the U-shaped clamp may snap into suitably sized strut ledges or a rolled edges on the structural member.

Cable bracket assembly

A mounting bracket used to attach cables to a cable tray rung. The mounting bracket has a bracket main body and a bracket spring attachment. The bracket main body includes a base plate and a cable attachment member for supporting the cables. The bracket spring attachment slidingly engages the bracket main body to form the mounting bracket. The bracket spring attachment secures the assembled mounting bracket to the cable tray rung.

Mechanical connector, two part connector and muntin clip for providing a frictional engagement

The present application provides a mechanical connector adapted for coupling to a mating element, as part of muntin clip or a two part connector. The mechanical connector includes a body having at least one surface adapted for engaging a reciprocal surface of the mating element, wherein the at least one surface of the body of the mechanical connector slides across and frictionally engages the reciprocal surface of the mating element across a predefined distance during the coupling and decoupling of the mechanical connector relative to the mating element. The mechanical connector further includes one or more protruding elements, coupled to the at least one surface of the body of the mechanical connector, which extend in a direction toward the reciprocal surface of the mating element during engagement of the at least one surface of the mechanical connector with the reciprocal surface of the mating element, where the protruding elements is attached to the at least one surface at a first end of the protruding element and being free at the second end of the protruding element, and where the protruding element can separately flex along the length of the protruding element toward each of multiple directions including opposite directions. When the mechanical connector engages and slides relative to the mating element, the one or more protrusions are caused to flex in a direction that is substantially opposite a direction of the movement of the mechanical connector relative to the mating element along at least a portion of the predefined distance.
